Man oh man. Faye was an absolute delight. From day one all the staff was there to help with coordination. The atmosphere they help create is nothing short of amazing. It was raining, but you would ve never known we were supposed to get married outside with how easily they pivoted and turned the reception hall into a ceremony. Faye I want to personally say thank you because you were there every step of the way. Even during the ceremony sewing my button back on, creating a bustle for Allison to dance easier, coordinating everything perfectly. It was truly the perfect wedding and thank you all at the Pavilion at Vida Bella for making a dream wedding come true!

Where to start? From the amazing staff to the ample amount of photos ops, this is where dream wedding are made. They helped through every moment and made sure everything was perfect. Faye and the owners were grand and they got down with us and enjoyed the night which was amazing. Even in raining times everything came together and made an unforgettable moment in time. We had the opportunity to celebrate our twins Quinceañera (15th birthday) at this beautiful venue. We fell in love with the place as soon as we drive in. The owners were involved from the beginning and our coordinator Adriana made sure our night was unforgettable. Thank you for taking care of us! I would highly recommend this venue. Working with Michele, The Vida Bela team and our amazing coordinator Faye was literally a dream come true! I searched and searched for venues and when I toured this one, Michele s love for her place showed and made me fall in love with it. We purchased the gold package which included almost everything needed to for our perfect day. When the day came it was better than anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend The Pavilion at Vida Bela for your big day whether it is a wedding, quince or just a big family event. This team will literally put their heart into it. We are beyond thankful for everything they did for us.

Michele, the owner of the Pavilion at La Vida Bela was a pleasure to work with during our engagement. She is so kind, helpful, and always goes out of her way to make sure things are taken care of. As for the venue, we could not have made a better choice! It s a beautiful venue in a beautiful location. All of my guests have raves about the venue. We loved their all inclusive package! Their preferred vendors were fantastic. We would probably go with a different Dj (Weddings Unlimited) if we were to go back but MiChef, More than a Memory Floral, and ETM bartending were AMAZING!! Our wedding planner Faye is the reason our day went perfectly. Faye is so kind and makes sure everything you want is set in place. She was so easy to work with and always responded quickly!

Not only is the venue stunning and left all our guests speechless, but our entire day ran seamlessly thanks to the all inclusive option we were presented with & chose! Aside from the breath taking design, (I mean come on there s a whole island on the property built perfectly for an intimate, unique wedding ceremony)the people are just downright amazing. Michele is so responsive to any concerns you have. They have awesome all inclusive options. Oh and they are in a safe location to even do fireworks if you choose to. Would recommend this venue a million times over.

The owners of the pavilion of vida bela are just God sent! They went above and beyond to make my day absolutely wonderful. From the first moment of meeting them, I knew I wanted to have my wedding at the pavilion at vida bela. While it is a very beautiful venue, the assistance they provide is just exceptional, especially for a busy person as myself! And then my wedding planner they provided, Faye. Faye was absolutely amazing! She took care of everything, even the things I didn t know I needed or wanted. She handled it all, almost as if she had super powers lol! I m just so very happy I chose the pavilion of vida bela for my special day, it was the best decision ever!

Michele and Faye were an amazing team and helped us tremendously with our wedding. They were very organized and always made sure everything was what we wanted. They contacted us frequently and always made sure we had any questions. They also contacted the vendors to make sure everything was correct. I was contemplating giving this place a three star review but the only reason I am giving two is because of the premises. We booked our event here June 25th the owner (the male) is honestly so disrespectful! He portrays a kind attitude until the day of the event. We were told we would have two people working the event at night but it was a coordinator and the owners husband. He followed us throughout the night and the whole night felt so heavy. However, Adrinna the coordinator was so kind and helpful. The day before the event we were allowed a two hour set up. The lady looked very distraught as if we were a burden to be there. One of my family members by the back heard her say I hope they know they have to be out of here by 8pm then later on, on a call whom we supposed was with her husband she said why did you leave, this is why I needed you here .The man did not allow for us to set up a white bouncy castle because he claimed it would ruin his grass. He wanted it to be placed by the rocks, then my mother explained to him that a bouncy castle cannot be set on rocks. He then proceeded to say that we could have it set up but only if we brought our own generator!! He made it very clear that we were not allowed to use his electricity. Our band which we payed thousands of dollars to was not allowed to fully set up because the owner kept complaining about it being too loud and about it pulling so much electricity. He then recommended we use a generator and when it was brought for the band to us he physically pulled the cords away and threw them back inside because he claimed the door could not be open. BUT THE DOOR WAS SLIGHTLY CRACKED IT WAS JUST A FEW CORDS RUNNING THROUGH. So we couldn t even use the generator at the end. Even though the band was approved prior to the event, THE VENUE IS NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE SUCH EQUIPMENT. Due to the venue not being equipped for such equipment the power went out, not just for the band or the DJ but the entire venue lost power. To make things worse he told one of my guests he wasn t even okay with the idea of renting the venue out. That it was the idea of his wife. That he only built it for his daughter s wedding and he wasn t okay with renting it out, but he was convinced by his wife. So many of my guests felt so uncomfortable which makes me sad because we wanted an experience where everybody felt welcomed. To top it off though I did find him personally in the kitchen PACKING OUR BBQ RIBS TO TAKE SOME HOME. Which I would have never minded if he would have at least treated my family with kindness but the vibes were just not it.

Now that my son and new daughter s big day has come, I would so love to shoutout the amazing people at the venue! Michelle, owner, and Faye, day of coordinator, we re so sweet and amazing throughout the day and night! The venue was beautiful and welcoming to all the guests. Could not have imagined their wedding day go any other way! This venue is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Inside and outside was stunning! Michele and Faye are so amazing to work with and really hears you out and listens to what you want! It is all inclusive with a photo booth area, outside games, a S more bar area, the bar area, kitchen, and a lot of decor to use. They gave wonderful vendors to choose from. Flowers by More Than A Memory we re just perfect! Carrie was fantastic to work with and super sweet!!! Her husband helped put flowers and greenery inside and out! Could not of asked for anything else. Would use them again!!! The food was catered by MiChef and everyone loved it and his staff was polite and professional. Would use them again!!! DJ and MC and photographer and the photo booth was with Weddings Unlimited they did an amazing job throughout the night! The bartenders were from exquisite taste and treated guests like they were at their favorite bar! All of us enjoyed all of the amazing vendors!! But most of all we enjoyed being at The Pavilion Vida Bela for such an all around amazing wedding day!

If youre considering The Pavilion at Vida Bela as your venue, do it! I got married here may 2021 and it was the absolute best experience. Not only the day..but the year, months, weeks, and days leading up to it. The owner worked with us with many delays, the pandemic, and indecisiveness on my part. Not only that, but she went above and beyond to help ensure I had the best wedding day possible. She, in her free time, still messaged me pictures of decor, reception ideas, etc. This was not included and just shows how much thought and care is put into this place. The actual wedding day we received the same quality of care. Especially from the coordinator Rhonda. Rhonda also went above and beyond what i expected. The owners and Rhonda were so thoughtful, caring, considerate, and kind. I can not recommend this venue enough.

The grounds are beautiful and that is the only reason I m giving it one star. The overall experience was a disappointment. The day of coordinator was worthless. Don t let them tell you that they will take care of all day of items or you will be up schitt creek without a paddle. A guest stepped in to the role as coordinator for the bride s sanity and they didn t like that. They even caused a confrontation with the bride and groom (during their reception) when they told her she was no longer allowed to speak to the bride or help the reception to run smoothly. They were very unprofessional. The ceremony area was covered in pine straw at 4:00 when the wedding started at 5:30. We asked for the area to be swept and we were told they couldn t sweep if we were putting decorations out .. all of that SHOULD have been done way before 4, but we had to bring it to their attention that it needed to be done. Apparently the owners son was in charge of that part and when we asked if he was going to sweep the aisle we were told no, so a guest of the bride did it. Overall, the venue is nice but I would never recommend it to a couple looking to get married. Take your money somewhere else.

I have known and worked with Michele Amini and her family for many years. I recently got engaged and she has gone over and above to make my wedding plans happen. This place is beautiful! It goes with any theme you choose for your party. There s so many places inside and out where you can take pictures. You can have a quinciañera, wedding, baby shower, baptism, first communion, confirmation, or bridal party. The staff is super friendly! They welcome everyone, and accommodate your needs if possible. I have loved Pavilion at Vida Bela even when it was in concept form, because I have seen such attention to detail from the Amini family and sheer excellence in all they do for some years. You could waste your money in a hotel banquet hall and have a boring wedding or you could go to Vida Bela and have the most amazing wedding day of your life. This place is gorgeous with a variety of activities/options that will take your wedding to next level. Have your ceremony on the island, hang out on the patio and enjoy some hot and fresh mini donuts, enjoy the view while having a drink, relax inside the spacious venue, light up some fire works by the lake and much more.
