Service was not good staff was distracted we got the menus and we ordered. We never got silverware and order took a little bit long then we only got half of what we ordered. When we asked yhey hadnt taken the full order so they took another 20 mins to bring the rest of the food. Then we ordered a side of fries and the bill. Took them another almost 30 mins to bring the check. Place was not that full when we got there and was crowded by the time we leave. First and last time for me. Food was over expensive. Spend 100$ with a really bad service and food was ok not that worth it.

Im not crazy about coming back here, they give you the waitresss tip without you approving the charge, there were 4 of us, each of us ordered a dish and a drink, because for bringing the food to the table the waitress gave a $30 dollar tip, I dont say Until we did the math, I wanted to call the bank and cancel the transaction because of thieves and abusive people $30 tip, dont go too far... I will also share this experience in the food group or restaurants in Garland so that people dont fall for it this abuse

All very delicious, good atmosphere. Unfortunately, on Saturday I had a bad experience, the bar for a six of beer charged me a bill of 188 dollars every time and gone, the other girl had never passed me when she served me, the bills were always correct but with This short girl with long hair charges me that much, she even hid it from me after charging me that amount. This seems very bad to me.

In this place they have good food and micheladas Daniia gave us exceptional service, unfortunately I am disappointed by the fact that they have taken away her tip that she earned for giving us good service and attention since we have been there on several occasions paying bills that are around 400 and they also denied us to continue consuming without giving us any explanation.

It was our first time visiting this restaurant im not going to lie I did enjoy the food and also the drinks. The only reason I am giving the rating I did is because they add a gratuity on the check and they do not tell you!! Keep in mind it was only 4 of us. I made the mistake of not checking correctly and I added an extra tip. But again I wasn t expecting they would do that, there was nothing on the menu that said that. I really did like it which is the sucky part because I would have gone back.

The ceviche tasteless, the shrimp they use is for cocktails not for cevice, the octopus chicharrón is good. The atmosphere is passable if they take away the microphone from the person who is with it. Everything is passable except the mandatory tip that they handle. I had high expectations for this place but I will neither recommend it nor return.

I dont recommend the flank steak tacos, the meat is cooked, not cooked, the ceviche is good but not one of the best, what I did like was the shrimp with bacon, in terms of service we had a detail but nothing important, the bathrooms They were more than clean, excellent with that, and the tips are what disappointed me the most, we paid more than 30 dollars for the tip and there is no option to choose, they simply add it to you, that is why we made the decision not to return

My girl and, I were trying to find a nice seafood place so we gave this a try to this place, I tried the Cóctel Campechana and it was pretty good, also I ordered a Michelada was a pretty nice drink too, my girl ordered a Mojarra and ceviche, I m very picky About ceviche the ceviche from this place was pretty good, so we had a pretty good experience also the customer service was awesome, and maybe the price is a little high for some people but it is worth trying it if you are looking for a good seafood place, also they mentioned that they do Karaoke on Fridays so Im definitely going to come back to check it out.

If you are from the coast and are far from your country and your state, it is honestly worth coming here. It is the closest to the flavors of home. After having bad experiences with seafood in the USA, it is the first place I leave satisfied and happy. The ceviche is excellent, the portions are good and the shrimp cocktail is 90% seafood and 10% vegetables, not like most vegetable cocktails that you end up consuming and not seafood that you leave half eaten for the same reason. If you are one of those who eat mojarras with your hands and not with a fork like me, it is worth ordering it because it is a good size and also tastes good. We will definitely return.

The food was okay, the service wasn t all that. There was only two waitresses when I went, and they were fairly busy. She came by our table a few times to check on us. When asked to split the check at the end she said she was not able to do. This seemed strange then I realized she got an 18% tip for bills over $120. As I am all for tipping, I don t like when restaurants decide how much I should tip. Her service was not worth $25 in tip. some plates are good some others are bad they are not consistent with flavor, they are pricy and dont use quality products, you expect better quality for higher prices but here is not like that, they use for example catfish what is one of the worst fishes and cheapest options. The fish soup was awesome. The flavor hit the spot after a hangover. But the seafood fried basket was just okay. It came with fries, and they just werent great. The fried shrimp were small and needed seasoning. I have no complaints about the fried fish. Food
