Great appliance with many customizable features and settings. I purchased from Home Depot with additional services for delivery and installation offered by the Humble, TX store. However, I was extremely disappointed with the delivery and installation process that was NOT coordinated or provisioned properly nor professionally. My order was delivered but never installed for over two weeks while it just sat in the middle of my kitchen unboxed and exposed. Apparently, the stores Appliance/Kitchen team failed to project manage my order as instructed (according to Lisa, member of management). I called online support to initiate customer complaint about my online order, but was given a solution for reimbursement with inconvenience credit. Still left with an appliance purchased that was delivered and never installed going into week three. Later, I was then told by the store to choose my own installer. This was a fortunate lesson for me, because I was planning to use the locations remodeling and renovation services thats featured online. But if a simple dishwasher can not be project managed appropriately and in the middle of the process, the customer is given the ultimatum of choosing their own installer? I plan to stay far away from Home Depot services.

Took over a half an hour to get someone to open a locked gate to buy a weed eater. Went to 3 people including the customer service desk to get help and nobody wanted to help. Go to Lowes as Home Depot doesnt care about there customers and you will rarely see any employees actually working

No one wanted to help us get a lawn mower yesterday waited 30 minutes even customer service just sat there and stared at us. Finally after the 5th time goin to them they decided they would unlock it for us told us to grab the lawnmower and was just plain rude. One older gentleman who was also waiting decided to just leave one of the employee said something along the line of a perpetual break. Seems like everyone was unfriendly and didnt want to help. I would recommend to go elsewhere maby a diffrent home depot

I dealt with Paul in the rental dept. Extremely rude and no customer service skills. Waited 20 minutes while he went outside. Came back inside and told me its going to be while. No prob, but at least apologize for the wait. He also could have acknowledged me when he went outside and said he would be right with me. Youre by yourself, so I understand there will be a wait, just show a little customer service. Youre in retail!

I ve been coming to this location for over 7 years now and I can honestly say I have no complaints. They ve always had whatever I ve needed and getting in and out is always quick. The cashiers are always friendly and don t mind having small talk. It may just be me but I don t recall ever running into anyone who just didn t seem to be having a pretty good day.

Please be aware you have only 48 hrs to return a major appliance,even though we wasnt aware of this return policy.The LG washer and dryer all in one unit is just horrible,it takes 6 plus hrs to dry a set of sheets even though its advertised as during a load from wash to dry to 2 hrs.This is a very common problem with the set and Lg and Home Depot are giving us a big run around .I friend in Ohio is going though the same problem, if you look up this set this is a on going problem, very poor design and service .

A disabled man asked for help from another employee and was told he was to busy with something else to help him. We go in here weekly and spend alot of time and money. Well what can I say I rented a skid steer on the skid came off twice during the course of a week and then I ended up paying more than I should have because I had two days down and I called and I called and I called and then finally after promising me two days one of the managers decided to tell the other managers know were not going to give him two days were going to give him one day so I got refunded for one day I feel like I got totally screwed literally giving me half of what I was originally told because I was out for approximately 2 and 1/2 days which was the difference between getting the project done and not I strongly dont recommend renting their heavy equipment because one your responsible if the tires are bad and you have to put the spare on yourself and theres no maintenance or no companies that can come out and fix the tractor if theres a problem its on you if I had known this Id never would have used their service although the person is running this service and the tool department were very kind very polite and I give them five stars its the company policy thats the Thats unprofessional and lack of responsibility the part that bug me the most is the really nice young ladies that help me pretty much had their hands tied because the big boss decided to screw me for a day I give Home Depot a zero but their employees I give them five stars

I can honestly say that today was my last day shopping at this Home Depot. My dad and I went in 12/23/22 around 4pm to get a shelf holder. There were 3 employees standing around talking (2 males and 1 female). My dad says excuse me and proceeded to inquire about the item location and had shown them what he was looking for. The taller gentleman said that might be in isle 11, but also my dad was explaining to him what exactly he needed. The shorter older man looked at my dad and continued on with his conversation and the taller man began to engage with him, like my dad wasn t even there. We were looking confused because we didn t know if he was talking to us or what. The young lady said, let me take you over there This actually made me upset because if a customer is asking for assistance, why would you continue on the clock to engage in your personal conversation at that moment. Unfortunately, I did not get their names which normally I would do, but I was just too perplexed on what just happened. No, the store was not busy, no they were not assisting another costumer and no they were not concerned on even assisting us (only the woman assisted). Now, Home Depot I m sure you do not want people on the clock engaging in their own personal conversations when a customer asks for assistance on where an item may be located. I m sure you don t want customers to leave the store feeling like they are better off driving to a further location due to your employees not offering their customer service. If I m spending my hard earned money at a store, I want excellent customer service and not just pointing on where an item is. If you want help, do not come here just go to another hardware store. This is not the first piss poor customer service that I have encountered at this location as well. I don t care for excuses on why they did what they did, give results. Everyone needs to take a customer service training and possibly act out a few real life scenarios. Invest in customer service videos, in live training or something. Nobody has time to deal with people not wanting to work but only wants to collect a check!

YOLANDA(Salley) is the worst employee I have ever worked with. We have an account with home depot and a home depot pro card. Our home depot pro card was not working and it said to go to the help desk. Yolanda immediately gave us attitude and started insuating that we didnt pay our bills. When we asked for Yolandas name she said it was Salley. We then later found out from her fellow employee that her name was in fact YOLANDA. Nice going Yolanda we spend 1000s of dollars her a month and we will NOT be going back here. We will be going to Lowes for all future purchases. Youre such a good employee Yolanda.

This place has the worst treatment of customers or does not exist. I asked three employees, two of whom didnt know, and another who didnt, was accommodating parts. If you are a senior citizen and go to this place and need some help, you can forget it. I went there to buy a patio umbrella and 2 outdoor wicker chairs. I got 2 of the flat carts and an employee helped me load the umbrella then disappeared. So I m left standing there with 2 full carts and wondering how I will get them to check out by myself. Several employees walked by but no one offered to help, so then I went hunting. Found a young man to help and he got me through check out and got the 2 full carts loaded in my truck. Good customer service has been lost on the younger generation. They can t be bothered with helping people. I will NEVER step foot in this Home Depot again.

I didnt have the best experience because I had two different employees say they were going to come help me and left me standing there for 15 mins. I tried to get further help in that employee left and he went a different direction. I just happen to see a young man coming down another aisle. His name was static and he helped us find what we needed. He got it off the top of the shelf and in boxed everything for us so that we could get our air filters! He was extremely helpful in finding the correct filters we needed.
