The tables are way too close together. The music is so loud you cant hear anyone at the table. Multiple people at our table mentioned this during our visit. Theres not waiting area in the restaurant and people are forced to wait outside in any and all weather.

Extreemly loud, you have to yell at each other to hear. Tables are very tight and close. Very little room at each table. No waiting room. No matter the weather, you wait outside, rain, sleat, heat or snow. No covered area outside either.

This place gets really busy on weekend evenings with lots of customers, but we didn t have to wait long for dinner. The food came out quickly, and the staff were very friendly. Both the music and the steaks were great! I think this is a fantastic spot for group gatherings.

Went to visit my son and decided to have lunch here. I loved the customer service. There were smiling faces and good service. We did not wait long for our food. I had the country fried sirloin medium rare, a baked sweet potato with honey cinnamon butter and butter corn. My husband had the Ft. Worth Ribeye with steamed veggies and cesar salad. Our son had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. Ask the food was DELICIOUS! My steak was so tasty and juicy! And the rolls they bring out of course were yummy well. The only small thing I was a little annoyed with was the noise but we were seated next to the bar so Im not sure if an area away from the bar wouldve been less noisy. Overall, excellent service and atmosphere. Will be visiting again for sure.

It was a very very busy evening at College Stations TEXAS ROADHOUSE when we arrived. However, LESLY & KAITLYN at the entrance, taking names and numbers, with their welcoming smiles and cheerful personas gave us hope so we provided our contact name & number. The time quoted was a long, the the happy faces of folks leaving after their meals was a clue that it would be worth the wait! However, we would periodically return to the entrance podium to see if there were updated sooner entry/dining changes! Each time, those two ladies were spectacular in their interactions with us and with everyone else we observed, en masse, descending upon them! As we were led to our table we were impressed with every aspect of the restaurant, including every Texas Roadhouse team member we passed on the way to our table looked thrilled to be there, as did the guests they were interacting with! Our server (whose name I am going to locate but dont have right now) and FARRAH were outstanding in their welcome, and with all aspects of our fabulously enjoyable and delicious meal - it is putting in mildly that we experienced exquisite attention and care throughout our time in the TEXAS ROADHOUSE restaurant! The food was prepared to perfection!

We usually dine in here once a week. This Friday, our server rushed us terribly. When our food arrived, we asked him to refresh our drinks, and he responded, For here or to go? What the heck? Our steaks had just arrived, and we were still eating our appetizers. Anyway, we continued eating. In the span of 5 minutes, he passed by and side-eyed us three times, looking disappointed when we still had food on our plates. It s hard to explain, but he really rushed us. You might think we spent too much time there, but trust me, we weren t there to chat; we were super hungry and just eating. I understand that Friday nights are great for tips and that tables should turn quickly, but we should agree that I can t finish a 14-ounce steak in just 5 minutes, right? I m paying $70, so please let me eat my food comfortably. Anyway, I did leave a 15% tip, but that night was a disappointment, and the server really did not deserve it.

I ve been having issue getting the salad I want. 3 times I ordered a ceasar salad and was given a garden salad. I called and placed my order and am certain I said ceasar. Never complained because I know stuff happens but tonight was the last straw. I placed a order at 7:45 for 8:45 and they called at 8:36 to inform me there was no rice or ceasar salad for my order. So I reordered my side and salad. After I pick it up I get home and there s no butter for the bread, no utensils, and NO CROUTONS in my salad. Customer service goes far and given the current economy I just think they d try a little harder. I ve gone here my whole life and this past year is the worst service I ve ever received. The servers aren t rude but it s frustrating to order and not what you re paying for.

I went in today for lunch and took my family , our server Brandon was honestly pretty good with everything no complaints , when we got the food my steak was cold and undercooked , my husband told me his shrimp was undercooked as well but also just cold to the touch. I also ordered two sides of mash potatoes with my steak and Inside both of those mash potato side bowls I found green beans in my bowl which I didn t order, I m not trying to complain but I just want them to be more aware of what they are serving

Talk about down home Texas hospitality!! Food was excellent with a perfectly cooked ribeye. Service by Kelsey, the bartender, was first class. She was super friendly and was always checking in on me and all of the other patrons at the bar. Food service was pretty quick for a busy evening. When next in College Staton, this is a must visit. Come hungry!! UPDATE: returned on Aug 7th and met with the same phenomenal hospitality and service!! Hannah was the bartender and was exceptional. Super friendly, genuinely nice, and prompt service. Steak was outstanding again. You can t go wrong here.

Love the steaks and service but... It would be nicer if we were able hear what our server was saying and not have to yell to be heard. This is my ONLY complaint here. I am embarrassed to say the music was far too loud . Due to the fact theres always a wait to be seated, I understand table turn-over is a priority. However rather than encouraging customers to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal the staff rushed around and the kitchen staff seemed to be having a war or some kind of problem not breaking dishes and poorly expediting food orders..... My husband and I went to Roadhouse, to celebrate our last date out before our baby girl arrived. We told our server (Alena) what we were in there for when she asked, and she brought us a handwritten card by the end of our meal - congratulating us on our baby and offering prayers for a safe delivery. It was so sweet that it brought me to tears at the table. In all my years, Ive never had such a thoughtful thing happen at a restaurant, and it moved me deeply. Outside of that, the service was amazing! Alena was prompt, we never wanted for anything, and the manager also made a stop over at our table to check on us. Make sure you put Texas Roadhouse on your list of must-visit places next time youre looking for a place to eat! 10/10 would recommend!

I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse probably over 100 times in my life and this is the first time I have had such an issue with them. I ordered a dozen and a half rolls (18) and I waited just about 40 minutes to receive them. This was after my quoted 20 minute pick-up time. So all in all, about an hour total from ordering to pickup. I asked for assistance but was essentially just told that they were busy and they would get my order out when they received it. They only took my name once but then came up to my vehicle multiple times with different orders. That shows me that theyre not very organized. While I sat in line waiting, I saw around 15 to 20 different vehicles arrive and leave with their big orders while I was left waiting for my small order. A very upsetting part about this was that when I received the rolls, they were not very hot to the touch. This tells me that they were not made fresh for my order but I still had to wait for them as if they were. Now I know this restaurant can be quite busy and things can slip through the cracks but this honestly just really upset me. I still love Texas Roadhouse and will enjoy going to my locations back home, but I cannot see myself going to the College Station location ever again.

Took food out for my daughter s birthday, we were so excited to enjoy a dinner we didn t have to cook for a change. Got it home and was so disappointed. My broccoli had brown squishy spots all over it, my grilled chicken was dried out and tasteless, my daughter s steak medallions were full of gristle and she threw all but 2 bites she could salvage away, and the butter she ordered for her much anticipated sweet potato was missing. I would rate this evenings visit higher than 5 stars if I could. I came in at about 9:15, was promptly seated and ordered my meal; which was excellent by the way. I was drinking a lot of water; having just gotten off work and my server keep me hydrated and provided me a plentiful stock of lemon wedges to go with it. The best part, a kind, anonymous soul picked up my tab! Im just sorry that I only had $5 cash to provide a better tip. All in all, tonight was awesome; my medium rare sirloin was especially tasty before it was free!

Placed an order for pick up more than an hour in advance. When we arrived the staff asked us to pull around and wait. After 30 minutes of waiting (40 minutes past the time we ste for pickup) we were told the ribeye was not available, again this is over and hour and half after making the order and waiting at the store 30+ minutes. We have never received great service here over the years we have lived in town but this time was absolutely ridiculous. *Edit Was told we wouldnt be charged for the ribeye they didnt have. That was a lie. We were charged 26.99$(plus tax) for something we didnt even receive.

To Reserve: arrange for (a room, seat, ticket, etc.) to be kept for the use of a particular person and not given to anyone else. EDIT: I apologize for the potential inaccuracy of my prior review. My relatively small group called ahead the day before, day of and an hour before. The frequency of the calls was at the staff s request and we were assured that they would have a table ready if we showed up by an agreed upon time. I was then frustrated when we were ready a minute earlier than agreed and asked to wait 30 minutes outside on the dark, 50 degree, metal benches with Luke Bryan uncomfortably loud. Post meal there is nothing else notable for which to add as feedback.

Service: we were warmly greeted and immediately seated. Our server was Ashley and she was accommodating in every way. The manager Gabby came over to introduce herself and offer any assistance. All in all we were constantly checked in on, everyone was kind. I most appreciated that my server listened to my allergy concerns, spoke with the chef and there were no issues. Product: does sirloin steak was tender and cooked perfectly, the taste was phenomenal. Five stars for the steak. I ordered a sweet potato which was soft and delicious. And I had some raw vegetables because there was basically nothing else that can be healthy as a side option. Ambiance: ample seating, low lighting, appropriate decoration and music volume. The owner Brad is a local and friendly man. His staff have nothing but good things to say about him. The service was good, thank goodness to checking in on the app first, it saves alot of the wait time. Great place. Miss living in College Station, we use to eat here every Monday for kids night. Most of the food is great. Service is always A+ and if its not, a quick mention gets it fixed FAST. Would give 5 stars based on rolls/butter alone, but it is so loud its hard to carry on a conversation. Especially when there seems to be endless bdays being celebrated and staff doesnt realize they are yelling in other customers ears. The guy that sat us even thought we were being rude because he simply couldnt hear our responses as we walked behind him.

Picked up food last night and I am about to take it all back to them in a minute. The chicken fried chicken tasted like it was fried in old fish grease, awful. Thank God I had a baked potato- it and my drink were the only things I half enjoyed.

I had the portobello mushroom chicken. Their pork chops are good as well. The service was friendly and they kept my drink full. The atmosphere can be a little loud if youre trying to have a conversation.

It only took moving to Texas, & hearing the locals rave about the Texas Roadhouse to FINALLY cave in & give it a try. What a neat experience it was to go for our very first visit on Valentines Day!! The restaurant didnt open until 3pm. We arrived at about 3:15 because we knew being a holiday it would probably get busy. Sure enough there was already a significant amount of cars in the parking lot. There was some sort of tent set up outside, also limiting parking. There was already a little bit of a wait [ it gets very busy, we werent sure if we were skipped when being seated at first. I wouldnt recommend coming at peak times as it can be really loud & difficult to park!] The Valentines Day theming was so fun! I also loved that you got to walk in & see them freshly making the complimentary rolls & the steaks. The cinnamon butter they serve with the rolls is a great combo. As we were guided to our table we were asked if we had been to the restaurant before, which was a no, & so we got a nice welcoming. Our waitress was very attentive. The manager caught wind it was our first time ever at TX Roadhouse so he stopped by our table & gave us a basket of peanuts with some free samples of their house chili, & a coupon for a free appetizer! (He didnt make it clear it couldnt be used during the same visit however.) All the food tasted great!! We had 3 medium containers of leftovers & left full! They had both a Valentines Day special menu & an early bird special menu to choose from if you desired. Only 3 options for desserts but neither of us had any room left. I dont know about if you wanted to pay with cash, but they had it set up to pay on a credit card right at your table which was really easy & convenient. When we were leaving, I walked passed the parking lot tent, & was offered another coupon for another free appetizer on a future visit!! This certainly made up for not being able to use my previous coupon on the same day. Overall a fun memorable first visit, & now we have 2 incentives to go back!

They have a pretty small and average size menu, other than their rolls it s nothing special. My biggest complaint is the blaring music! Like can yall turn it down a notch?! Im having to yell at my waiter just to order and can t even talk with my table. Between the loud music, and people trying to talk over the music it s not an enjoyable environment to eat it in. Also I ended up just ordering the boneless buffalo wings (an appetizer) it came out cold and they were just nuggets with sauce on them.
