You just cant beat Toadies! They have Denton prices with a mid-cities location. The pizzas are Insanely Good and Inexpensive, the Thursday tacos are a local tradition, and the bar specials rock. The staff are knowledgeable friendly and give a d*amn. Check them out. Thanks guys!

Honestly- always love coming here. Pre-children, post-children have been seldomly coming here for 6+ years since we bought our house in Hurst. Food is ALWAYS good. Service is what to be expected- not over baring and you always have what you need. Never have to go out of your way to ask for anything. Bathrooms always clean. Serveware always clean. 10/10 recommend toadies to any locals. Love this place!!!!

Dimly lit, pretty slow for a Friday night, standard fare for a small dive bar. The service was attentive but not overbearing- she always seemed to arrive at the right time. The burgers were excellent. Think Red Robin quality @ Whataburger price. Got an appetizer, 2 beers & 2 meals for $60. Overall a pretty good experience. We will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: Somewhat kid friendly early evening. However, there were ashtrays on the tables but only saw 1 or 2 people smoking. Well ventilated.

Well, it s funny cause I went on a Sunday night and it said a little busier than usual, yet it was dead. 7 people and 5 were regulars. Mind you the waitress was great. Very nice and had no problem helping me with the menu options. The food seemed wonderful. Looked and smelled great. The build a burger option with all the add one had me making the perfect burger. The Catfish tacos with rice and beans looked excellent. Boy was I wrong. Bland is an understatement. Burger was over cooked and dry as well as the catfish. Waffle fries too hard. Rice and beans were cold. The beans were actually good and would have been great if they were hot. I know it s a bar, but this is well below bar standards. My stars reflect that it was Sunday night and the food looked great. Good salsa and the have regular dill juice for the Jamison and pickle backers.

BRING A MEASURING CUP!!! Irish nachos are absolute fire, the drinks are half pours or maybe even quarter pours unfortunately. $200 tab and I could drive the police chief home. Do not drink here or just drink beer. Place used to be great so disappointing. The two stars are for the nachos, so sick!

If you like whíte trash this place is for you! Me and my friend always come here and have no problems. I m assuming the server (tish) tonight was already angry or something but she spazzed out like a tweàker and was so rude to us for literally no reason. Then the manger (Jeff) comes over and basically defends the server even though she was rude to loyal customers!!! And then he shakes my hand and squeezes it so hard trying to act tough and assert dominance over a situation that was not even that big of a deal, haha such a shïthole, we were happy to take our business over to Burton street.

I didnt expect much, going into a local bar and ordering food. My waitress, Chelsea, was busy, but you wouldnt have known it. She was always back before I needed her. She anticipated my needs. She is amazing and a gem. I hadnt planned on going to Toadies, but her fun and attentive service made it a place I would want to plan on going to. Thank you, Chelsea!

We had an overnighter near DFW. Wanted some food but didn t want to get dressed. I picked this place based on the menu. Pulled up and I thought uh oh . Walked in, was greeted quickly and soon had menus. I ordered a burger. Huge burger with great fries. Washed it down with a cold local beer. Daughter has vodka pasta and loved it. This place quickly turned into my favorite bar hands down. Their motto should be come as you are as all are welcome there, staff is friendly and very attentive. Bartenders make sure youre never sitting with an empty drink. Food is phenomenal, a lot of bar food can be very hit and miss. Not the case here, best wings and crawfish in DFW bar none. If you like UFC they show the PPVs with no cover, just order more and tip heavier. Come on is this even a question at this point? Andrew, Chaz, and the rest of the staff there. The guy working was phenomenal and engaging, gave us a historical perspective of this place and the area, and made especially delicious drinks ( not on the menu, but he is extremely talented). I had the brisket sliders, and they were very tasty as well as the fries, I could not stop eating!! Everyone in our group was very happy with their food and drink choices. We had a party of 8, and he served us perfectly The place itself could use a fresh coat of paint and updating.

First time coming here and what a great bar experience! I m a wheelchair user and the bar staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to me on a busy night. Only down side was how tight the bathroom is using a wheelchair but it s so worth it with how great the bar staff is! Definitely will be back! Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots, ramps and good room to move around on the bar floor but just a little tight in the bathroom (there is a clean stall though with grip bars!)

First time here I was not thrilled when we pulled in but I soon changed my mind! Our server Josie was amazing great service! Loved the music playing! I ordered my first crawfish of the season! It s still early so they were not that big but they were cooked to perfection! When you squeeze the tail snd the meat pops out perfectly they were cooked just right! They were spicy at first but they were Spicy in good way! I normally don t eat potatoes and corn but they were delicious too, Darrell had a chicken fried steak he said a little gristly he won t get that again said salad was fresh and crisp Mac and cheese was good. But back to my very own 3 lbs of crawfish had to take them home cause he doesn t like to wait on me! I can t wait to come back!!!

They are VERY VERY RACIST. If you are not white/Caucasian, you re not welcome here! Me and my friends tried to order and they refused to take our order. The waitress names BLUE threw a drink on me and my friends after we asked her why she couldn t take our order after waiting 30+ minutes. This place is definitely a hidden gem. Great atmosphere, good food, great service. One of the cleanest bars we ve ever been to. Andrew does a great job making sure you re taken care of. My only complaint (maybe not a complaint to some) Andrew makes you another drink without you asking, which is fine unless you don t want another or want to change your order. It s really easy to rack up a tab when you re getting drinks you don t ask for. Parking: Good parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible at all. Very uneven pavement and if you re not paying attention the stairs outside can be dangerous

Its not often you get wowed by a chicken sandwich but WOW. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken sliders and they were bursting with the right amount flavor on thick slices of chicken cooked perfectly. great lil spot. food was good drinks where good . everything came out right. had 1 bartender an a server? it was a few Saturdays ago. my server was Trista ? i think. well she was awesome keep up with my drinks an food. then there was a dj.. playing some good music wasnt very many people but u can tell everyone was having a good time. only reason i gave it a4 instead of a 5 was the bathroom was small and dirty... well paper towels all over the floor and then theres karaoke like 3 days a week smh who can stand that so many times. every bar in the area does karaoke all the time.. gotta be different. the dj was different i would go back on a regular just to hear what he got on his play list.. an well the server an that biggg Burger i had.. yuummm.

Went there for the first time on a sat after afternoon. Walked in was not greeted. Sat down waited 10 minutes . The bartender lady with blue hair looked at us never acknowledged us. Never came over. Just stood there talking about a game on TV. IT wasnt like she was busy. So lost a customer and I usually tip well.
