Wow, what a beautiful experience. From the time I booked with Ms. Erma to my wedding day, she was amazing. She welcomed me and made me feel like family. Our endless conversations went from booking the event to shopping, saving money to spiritual guidance. I truly believe God lead me to book with her. She is so creative and very understanding. Ms. Erma made my day special and I thank her for being there for me. I can t wait to book again.

Wish I could give 0 stars! I wouldn t recommend this event center to no one. The owner and her son is beyond disrespectful! Walking around harassing the guest, and making bad comments! But wanted the guest up and gone at 6 and threatening to lock them in while the center was being cleaned. Do not waste your money here! Bad for business!

I attended a baby shower at this facility. Customer service was the absolute WORST. The owner was very rude and disrespectful. The event started at 3. The owner was late and rushed us out. She called one of the host stupid after she was being polite. Respecting her elders. The building was nice. But the customer service was poor. She followed the guest around and as the guest were parking she was standing in 105 degree heat watching the cars come in. Harassing the guest!

I paid 75 dollars for a poor stitch job on my black dress., a total rip off. She will tell you she can do any sewing job and will take your money. and when you pick it up it looks like a kindergarden did the job.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!This place is not good for prom send offs. The owner was unprofessional and very rude to the guest. The owner acted improperly with guest by entering the girls dressing area to rush them even though they were on time. The venue locked the door before the agreed upon time to end. Overall I definitely would not recommend using this venue for prom send off.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Made attempts to destroy decorations for a graduation send off. All the while in the background recording and smiling. I m sure to use footage of the event to boost her business. Invaded the space of the event by making sure we felt,saw and heard her presence

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The older lady was extremely rude and threatened to call the police on us. She messed up my kids prom send off last night 5/11/2024 due to her parking problems. She gets mad about the number of guess that attended for a prom send off of 6 seniors. 6 seniors of family and friends. Something someone has no control over at all. Who can put a number on a head count like this. She was rushing our event, rushing our girls to get dress. Coming all in their room telling them to hurry up. Getting into it with the guess etc. We had the worst experience on such a special day which we thought it was going to be.

My family had a prom send off on last night and what was supposed to be a great night was horrid the owner is rude parking is trash she rushed us the entire time was paid to have the send off from 6/8 the owner started to take down our decorations and locked us out I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BIHHH TO A DOG

Do not book here. Erma is extremely rude and does not want to accommodate her guests. I signed a contract that stated we were to have white table cloths, and once she saw that we were having barbecue for food she did not want to provide the white table cloths as promised. I have never heard of an event center that does not process table clothes of ANY color, no matter what kind of food you are having because that is a part of their job. We ended up getting our own table cloths and no money was taken off. Parking is horrible, she will lie like there are plenty of spots when there is not. She was extremely argumentative, and she stayed the entire duration of our event and even was walking around which I have never seen or heard of from an event center owner. DO NOT BOOK HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

BEWARE!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! YOU WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY AND MS. ERMA WILL BE THERE THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME OF THE EVENT WATCHING!!! The building was dirty. I had to sweep and mop the floor on the day of the event. When i asked for a mop and some mop water, I was asked How many do you want?. I didnt say anything. When i recieved the mop bucket, the mop water was so black and nasty it was ridiculous. We were told what we can and cannot do the entire time we were trying to setup. Also the parking is not big at all. AC doesnt work properly thats why they have all the fans in the building. No money was given back. The soap dispenser does not work, the water in the ladies bathroom does not drain properly. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING THE VENUE. READ!READ!READ!!! ABORT MISSION!!!!LEAVE QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE!!!

The lady erma is very rude, we went to decorate for a client but erma would make rude remarks and I felt like she did not want us there. The client hired me to decorate and I was doing a job yet erma would make remarks the entire time and be rude about every little thing the son and the lady who was with the son amazing people they should run the venue.

I used this company for my daughter s sweet 16 10/2 of this year, and all I can say is STAY AWAY. This lady is the reason a lot of black owned businesses have bad names. My daughter sweet 16 was awful, and the worst part about it, We flew in from Colorado to have her event in Texas at this location. Ms. Erma comes off real nice, sweet, and kind until the money is all in hand and the event is beginning to start. Not only did I use her building I paid her to cater which she decided not to provide utensils, napkins, cups,or drinks. As for the food smh I could have paid my daughter friends for better food. I paid for fried and baked chicken wings and received cold fried/baked chicken tenders. We do not eat pork and I asked for everything to be turkey. There was no turkey in the greens and the bake beans had pork. The rolls where from the freezer section and hard as ever. The yams which I asked for sweet potatoes where out a can and all the food was extremely cold. She provide a bogus contract that she tried to run by me in which I informed her that wasn t my signature etc and she confirmed, but still tried to use the contract against me. The ladies that worked my event where very kind and to be honest you should retire and give the event hall to them. During my daughter sweet 16 ms Erma decided to showcase the room off that I rented during my daughters bday bash. Very un professional, and not worth the hassle at all. From one blacked owned business to another, please get it together your embarrassing us and honestly should be closed down.

I went last night to a wedding and I am sorry nothing to what the pictures on the website...it was so hot inside. The bathrooms had run out of toilet paper and no soap!! The celling didnt have the celling fans at all...sorry and parking was the worst nightmare!! check somewhere else if you want a better celebration!!

This event center was run by a highly unprofessional individual. We walked in and the center was hot and guests were sweating and fanning themselves. The entrance to the event center was dirty and we had to sweep and clean things out ourselves. It is a huge event center but only enough room for about 10 cars in the parking lot so be aware that parking is an issue. The lady running the center was rude and spoke to guests and hosts like she did not want them around. She told us we would have 45 minutes after the event to clean up but walked up as soon as the event ended asking for more money and sarcastically asking what time we are planned to be out. Please take your business elsewhere so that you can get adequate service for your money.
