We have been SO pleased with every arrangement we have received from Post Oak Florist. Debbie is an attentive listener and an intuitive designer. We use her for chancel flowers for Sunday worship, and without even being asked, she works in appropriate colors from the Liturgical calendar on weeks when I give her little to go on. She is an excellent communicator and always timely with her invoices (which our bookkeeper appreciates!) I am so thankful someone recommended her to us, and likewise, I cant recommend her highly enough!

Postoak Florist did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding ceremony and reception. Debbie was fantastic to work with and is super knowledgeable. The flowers at the church, reception and on the cake were absolutely beautiful. They also went out of their way to pick up decor after the wedding. They went above and beyond. Last year my sister ordered an expensive bouquet from here and a bunch of carnations were delivered. Long story short, the florist whined about the prices advertised by Teleflora werent acceptable to her. Nobody made her be a Teleflora partner. This week a friend ordered a bouquet and chocolates from here for me. When I sent her a picture, she was disappointed in what was delivered as opposed to what she ordered. I told her the same thing I told my sister, thanks for the thought, but next time order from Tiffs Treats

Three other florists had told me to call back on Wednesday when the the truck came in with new plants. Postoak (Auggie) offered to call the driver to see what would be on the truck on Wednesday. He called me back and I was able to decide and purchase at that time. Then when the plant arrived, Auggie sent me a picture of the actual plant with delivery time. My experience at PostOak florist was amazing! I ordered a arrangement from another florist locally in town and was highly disappointed with what I was given at time of pick up. I frantically sat in the parking lot of that florist looking for other florist in town because I was to embarrassed to give my mother the arrangement for Mother s Day. I found PostOak florist and called immediately. They said that they had arrangements in the fridge that were ready for pickup. Once I got there, they let me know that if there was an arrangement in the refrigerator I liked, they could add anything to it and even change the vase if I wanted to.They made the arrangement just like I wanted it and also was able to use flowers from the other arrangement I picked up earlier from a different florist so everything wasn t completely wasted. I was so happy with my experience and everybody there was so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this florist and will continue to be their customer.

Excellent service! I needed some flowers for my wifes funeral. It was a Friday afternoon and the funeral was to be held at the monastery in Washington, Texas on the following Monday. Very difficult situation indeed. The staff at Post Oak could have turned us away given the short notice, but they actually helped us out more than we could have imagined. I got engaged 07/28/2020 and married on 10/18/2020. I was not able to meet with Debbie prior to my wedding because I got married in college station but live in dallas. She managed to help me understand flowers over the phone. She patiently explained the details of the flowers and went as far as googling the flowers with me while on the phone. I was very nervous not being able to come in and see my flowers prior to the big day. She was kind and texted me pictures of the flowers that week Of my wedding. Debbie was so amazing to work with for my wedding!! At our first meeting, she sat down and went through every single detail with me. She was so knowledgeable about the flowers and options. She knew what would look best based on our colors, and she had pictures of the church/venue to help me visualize. She made me feel so at ease! I unexpectedly had to move my wedding out of state last minute, and Debbie worked with me! She made all of my original arrangements and packed them perfectly in an ice chest. The flowers made the trip out of state and looked/smelled amazing for my big day! She was so gracious, sweet, and understanding about the whole situation. I am so thankful for Debbie and her team for making my wedding planning process smooth and making my wedding flowers happen!! Amazing place and high quality, personal arrangements! I have ordered flowers from more florists than I can count and Postoak Florist is easily my favorite! I got my bouquet plus other flowers for my wedding from them. First off, let me start by saying Thank you to Heather at Post Oak Florist for helping me get flowers to my Mother who is in the hospital, I live in a different town, but wanted to send something Special to her. Called from out of state to order flowers for my elderly mom the lady who answered the phone was very rude first she laughed... said she could only sell me flowers that were already made up and couldnt make me an arrangement and if she would of had the order by the 12th she could of done it. We had a WONDERFUL experience today! My son (17) stopped by, so that he could buy flowers for his girlfriend (first time), and the nice lady who helped him was amazing! Went to Postoak Florist with my bridal bouquet and I was wondering if I did a good job or did I mess up the whole thing. Ask for a pointers on how it was and they said Great Job but here is a few things wrong. Even though they were busy with weddings. They went out of the way to help me out with my bridal bouquet. A very close friend of mine passed away on May 19th 2018 and her husband received three or four floral arrangements from Postoak Florist and I will tell you that each and every one of them were absolutely beautiful. I was present when one Arrangement was delivered to my friends home, Bethany was the delivery driver. My fiance and I visited Post Oak Florist today to briefly talk about flowers for our wedding. When we entered the store it seemed like there was no one working there and only customers, because no one paid us any attention. They only glanced at us briefly. After a few minutes one lady very rudely greeted us after I glanced at her. She basically asked what we were doing there and I responded that we were wondering about flowers for our wedding and she just said you need an appointment with her. Then, another lady proceeded to give me a stack of bridal magazines, mumbled something about a wedding rehearsal and being busy then shoo-ed us out the door. Not only thing, but there was one older lady in the back room constantly staring and my fiance and I, not breaking eye-contact. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience, and if further experiences will be this way, there is no reason why they should even be in business, as customer service should be a priority. We definitely will not be returning and discourage others from choosing Post Oak Florist.

Not only do they have a great selection, they also really deliver on their promise! I ordered from afar (used to live in CS, now in NJ), and even though my recipient was not home when I said they will be (my bad), Post Oak insisted on making sure they deliver - they tried 5 times!!! I ordered a bouquet online from their catalog (mainly consisting of pink and white roses and pink carnations). They called me to say that they didnt have the flowers for the bouquet, so I asked them for something similar in color, especially pink. However the bouquet that they delivered had mostly red roses (only one pink) and white daisies, and was tied with a red ribbon instead of pink like the picture. Since it is for my friend to go with her pink wedding dress, I feel really disappointed with the result.

Always get beautiful flowers and great service! Debbie did my wedding flowers and even though the specific roses I wanted were no longer available she got ones that were just about identical. When my daughter passed away she handled all the funeral flowers, and they were beautiful. Every year for my babys birthday I still have Debbie make an arrangement to take to the cemetery and they are always so kind and helpful. Will never use another florist! Postoak is the best by far!

They have an issue with their website where if you go to review your order and want to make a change or cancel, if you dont click cancel order or accidentally leave the site, it will charge you anyways. I called and asked them about it. Their manager and employee, Joanna, were NOT very helpful (and somewhat rude). They charged me money to cancel even though the date to ship was weeks away. Being in Aggieland, Id expect them to be understanding that their website is messed up and it was their issue. As an Aggie myself, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I use Post Oak for my wedding. We had several meetings to discuss what I wanted. I did change my mind a few times. The first time I changed my mind I had a meeting with her and she didnt let me know the cost for a month. The cost of the flowers I wanted to the first time was WAY over priced.So I changed my center pieces. I had very clear and simple center pieces. I also sent pictures of the center pieces I wanted. The day of the wedding arrived. I happened to be out in the hallway when they arrived. The center pieces were NOT what I ordered. They had flowers I didnt want and greenery I didnt ask for. The florist had to come up to my venue and fix the center pieces. It was an extra stress on what should have been a stress free day!

Great experience. I showed up 5 minutes before closing time on a Friday, yet Richard (as I recall, thats his name) went above and beyond to set me up with a late Valentines Day bouquet. He went back and forth with several different kinds of flowers until I had made up my mind, then taught me how to best arrange them myself (part of my planned present). Then, after all was said and done, he even let me off the hook with a few little extras he forgot to include on the bill. TEN MINUTES AFTER CLOSING TIME! Now thats good service. Oh, and it cost about half of what I was expecting. Boom.

Great local florist shop, went looking for some unique flowers at the right price. We stopped off at HEB first thinking that we could get some good prices, the people werent very helpfull or knowledgeable of what they had. We stumbled upon PostOak Florist by chance and it was a great find! Richard helped us find some very unique and interesting flowers, he was knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices were even better than HEB with far superior quality. Great florist with great staff!!
