I absolutely LOVE my Starbucks near me! Theyre always so nice and welcoming. Great food, great drinks, and amazing service! This Starbucks is one of the BEST Ive EVER been to. 10/10 recommend! If you are ever inside the store please ask for Emerie! She was absolutely fantastic! I am dairy free and she gave me amazing options and even made me a different drink when I explained I am so sorry but I did not like the first one. She was so sweet and understanding. She is literally the best.

We ordered a large quantity of drinks for a work event, and the team was very helpful! I spilled two of the drinks in the back of my car and Cole was kind enough to help me clean the spill while getting the drinks remade! 10/10 service

Ordered a frap with whip cream for my boyfriend to pick up and they gave him a flat top lid with no straw (no whip) and it wouldn t come out of the hole of the lid so i had to wait for it to melt to drink. would have just ordered a cold coffee if i knew it was gonna be like that. Very inconvenient but the drink tasted great and the ham and cheese croissant was good too.

I get some people dont like their jobs but if you make a drink right the first time you dont have to be pissed about having to remake it. Ive worked in service before and this place is going downhill in the last month. - daily orderer. Not happy about this at all. Update- The fact that this happened again and my drink instead of being remade had the top scraped off for a second time. I have no time to deal with this every day. Please make your workers read the FULL order ticket. this is ridiculous.

Due to the drive-through line being a bit long, I decided to go into the café, wasn t busy at all. I ordered my drink at 7:49 and didn t receive my drink until 8:09. It took 20 minutes. I normally show lots grace in these situations because I understand the drive through and mobile orders are possibly busy but I did find it very ridiculous to have waited 20 minutes for one drink.

This is one of the slowest locations in the BCS area. To wait in the drive-through for 40 minutes plus another 10 at the window, for two drinks, seems excessive. Then just to have the cashier gives an excuse that they are short staffed was insulting when all you see is 6 people standing around. This isn t the first time but it will be the last I m officially done with the location!

I love my coffee. But it s sad that they can t read the ticket with my order or they are too lazy to make it correctly. If someone pays for 4-5 shots of espresso they should receive that amount. I love all the Starbucks in this area because everyone is kind, but this location is by far my favorite! I ve never walked in without being welcomed with a smile and warm greeting. I order the same drink everywhere, and this is the only location that makes it perfect every time! Can t say enough great things about the baristas and the quality of service. This is the best starbucks in town by far. They are always so kind and welcoming in the drive through or if you go inside. They work hard to get your drinks to you with expedience and accuracy. They are really consistent and if they do make a mistake they will do everything to fix it. I really respect these guys for the work they do. Its such an important waypoint in my week and they always make the experience a good one.

I continue to try to go to this place at least twice a week and it never fails they always make my coffee wrong. I get the sweetest reception they love to get my name and then call me sweetheart and asked me to please pull forward. However when I get to the window I m always disappointed! They added caramel drizzle to my drink nowhere in my order did I ever mention caramel drizzle nor have I ever desire to have caramel drizzle but guess what it was in both of my coffees this morning. I tried to call to talk to them to tell them I would rather them invest more in making my order correctly then blowing smoke my direction but they don t answer the phone. I hate to say this but Dutch Bros down the road may just have my business from now on

I go to other Starbuckss in town often to study, but every time I go to this Starbucks it is for a drink to go. Each time I have gotten a refresher drink from this location, they DO NOT pay attention to your drink specifications. The first couple of times I did not complain, but after a continuous lack of attention to detail I began to say when my drink was incorrect. There has been few times my drink has been properly made here, but it was when I ordered a simple iced white chocolate mocha. I recommend driving to a different Starbucks to get your drinks.

Getting my food took way too long. Yeah I know they were busy but when the food prep person is working all by herself RIGHT NEXT to the drive thru window, I really shouldn t have expected quick service. The management of this store should seriously look at moving the ovens away from the drive thru window and put them on the counter next behind and to left of the cash registers; just like every other Starbucks I ve been in. The young lady did apologize for the wait and I think she was just as frustrated with the delay as I am/was.

Went and got two drinks. The frappe was filled with whip cream at the bottom and top to disguise that the drink we payed for was hardly there. The other was a strawberry acia and it was served with no strawberries in it and it tasted like water. I had to request strawberries after my drink was handed to me. Horrible service.

They say they open at 5a, but Ive been by multiple times, even past 6a and all the lights are off and no one is there. It is hit or miss on if theyre open at 5a. The website says 5a and there are no signs saying theyre opening later. Just disappointing when you want a coffee before work and drive passed two open coffee places for Starbucks, and theyre not open.
