When we got in they were extremely short staffed. We waited for quite awhile to be seated, the host was MIA. THEN Daniel came in and strategically sat everyone who was waiting (about 20 people worth of groups) by himself. He then took all the orders of the groups he sat. Give this man a raise. He was quick to help, took initiative, and was a kind and attentive server. We love Daniel.

Stopped for dinner at 5:30 pm on Sunday. There were only 2 other people eating. Wife ordered Classicc eggs Benedict. I didn t know that was served over hard. My 2x2x2 came out as 1x1x1 w/2 pancakes. Had to ask for the rest of my food. Should ve just eaten it and ask for the 55 &older discount since I qualify and saved $4-5 bucks. There was no reason for us to be there 27 mins to get our food. I think I know the reason you are not open 24 hrs.

Sat down at 9:12, didn t order until over 45 minutes later Got our food after 10:15. Server Alice sat us, told us she would take another table s order and then be right back over to take ours. That other table RECEIVED their food before Alice even came back over to take our order. In fact, that other table received their food, decided they were still hungry, ordered more food, and got that second batch of food before we ordered. When our order was actually taken, Alice said Oh, about that wait guys, we re just really busy. And, y know, people get tired. We were one of three tables in the entire restaurant We had watched her wander around the host stand, be on her phone, talk for an extensive period to people it seemed like she knew or was friends with. She was not busy at all. Her interactions thus far already left a pretty bad taste in our mouths. My boyfriend s water glass sat empty from two minutes after sitting down until AFTER WE GOT THE CHECK. His water glass was never filled and mine got filled once after sitting empty all of dinner. I ordered the griddle combo with the Strawberry Banana Protein pancakes with egg whites and the standard sides of hash browns and sausage. The banana for the pancakes was so over ripe and on the verge of being rotten that it made the entire stack taste horrible. Cheese was PILED onto the egg whites that it left a ginormous grease pile after I removed what I could. Nothing about cheese being on the eggs is on the menu. My boyfriend ordered the Spicy Poblano omelet and it came out great! They have two different songs playing from the overhead speaker at the same time while they have music playing in the kitchen that is very audible to customers and we were not sitting near the kitchen at all. Having all of these songs playing was so bizarre. Definite cognitive dissonance. Alice definitely was more interested in finding out how much we tipped her than our actual experience because she checked on us more times after handing us the receipt than she did the entire dinner. Receipt didn t have an itemized list and Alice told us she couldn t provide one. She blamed it on the system and said that her manager wasn t in to check. I believe we were over charged but really couldn t do anything to check without an itemized receipt so take that with a grain of salt. Only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the omelet and because the restaurant actually seemed like I d be a great IHOP with a little direction?

I placed an order through your website and when entering my zip code in, the closest nearby option is actually 25 minutes down the road from me. When I tried to call the manager of the location the order was sent, Rhonda, she was incredibly rude and told me that she couldnt do anything about it because it was a lot of food and she is responsible for food cost and best I can do is microwave it for you or put it under the lamp. The online system recommended a further location than it should have and the manager wasnt even willing to remake the food to ensure quality and on top of that was extremely rude and condescending. When we arrived to pick up the food, Rhonda had not done what she promised (to put it under the heat lamp) because the food was behind the counter and cold. When my wife pointed out that the food was cold she said, Well what do you expect, you ordered it an hour ago... This is completely unacceptable.

I feel very bad since the man working was the only server. As well as the only hostess. Hence forth he could not complete his job to his best abilities. Once me and my husband got our food we quickly asked for a water refill and some ranch. We in fact never got our refill or ranch. Instead we were disregarded the rest of our evening and the next time our waiter came back it was to give us the check then quickly running away before we could ask for some water since we had spicy food and weee super thirsty. Again, food was amazing, we just could not get ahold of our waiter the entire time. As well as this being our second bad experience at ihop. I feel bad since our waiter could have had a amazing qualities if he just had some extra assistance during his shift.

The waiter took 20 minutes to get us a single tiny cup of pesto, even after we had asked him 4 times, he also did not get extra pesto on our order when we asked twice at the time of the order. We had to get up and walk to the waiter to get Tabasco sauce, and he consistently forgot about us unless we had an active request, being gone for up to 20 minutes without refilling our drinks or asking about our experience. Very bad experience in this restaurant and the food was not good enough to make it worth it.

I dont know where to start. My husband and I stopped for breakfast around 10am, there were maybe 3 other families eating there, and some how it took nearly 45 minutes for an omelet and pancakes. The coffee was awful and tasted old. Our waitress appeared annoyed with us being there, and the only other waiter spent the ENTIRE 45 minutes laughing loudly and talking obnoxiously with the couple that sat near us. When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly smile of Michelle. She quickly seated me, and my waitress arrived shortly thereafter. Iterica was quick on her feet, never stopping. She took my order, brought my order, checked on me twice, and closed my order, all within the span of an hour. I was in and out quicker than a McDonalds, which was quite a feat considering it was a busy Good Friday morning. I was in town on business but will definitely eat at this IHOP again. The food? Oh my goodness! That was the best steak and eggs I ever had. Dennys, you need to step up your game or all my business is going to IHOP.

Met a friend for breakfast. I got the berry lemon ricotta crepes. They were really good. I wish I had asked for strawberry topping. It came with blueberry. I had nothing left, so I did enjoy them. My friend got a combo with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and French toast. She loved it all. The French toast was the largest I have seen. Customer service was awesome!

Food is fair. We wanted to enjoy breakfast on a snowy day in Texas. However, we felt unpleasant because someone discriminated us with skin color. When our family entered the restaurant, a lady guided us a place with largely ripped seats (see attached photos please!) although there is no any other customer at the restaurant. When my wife asked her to lead us to another seat, the lady told us that other places would be the same. However, we found other places with unripped benches, and we realized that all the other places were not ripped so much as the place where she guided us first. Any way, we moved to eat at the other place with unripped seats. When we were waiting for food after ordering, other (white) customers arrived, and the lady guided them to a nice place (with unripped seat) with smiling face. We couldnt expect the lady would be so nice and kind. It happened on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. In his famous speech, Dr. Martin Luther King said: I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

On a Friday at 6pm, we waited at the front to be seated for about 10 minutes while the employees could be heard talking in the kitchen. As one employee left, the other took us to a table and disappeared for another 10-15 minutes....there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant. Nobody came to take our order. Two employees finally came out of the kitchen, but instead of waiting on either of the tables, walked around talking about what sections other employees were going to be working. We sat and observed for a while and were getting ready to leave when she finally came to the table and said whats going on? ..as I put on my jacket. I came in on a Sunday afternoon, it didnt seem to busy and I was seated upon entering the restaurant. I was greeted warmly by the host and seated at a booth, I was alone so it was just me at the table. The host provided a menu and silverware, however I waited almost 15 minutes before my waiter attended me. The restaurant wasnt particularly busy and I wasnt in a rush, but I feel like 15 minutes is still quite a while to have someone wait to have their order taken. The food was hot and fresh, the pancakes were delicious. Asked for sweet tea and he brought out unsweetened tea. I took a sip and asked the waiter if this was sweet tea? (knowing it wasnt) he said no and walked away. Service was terrible. Only seen our waitress 2 times for the order and to bring food. My egg white omelette was good but everything else was cold and terrible. Overall it was the worst experience Ive had at an IHOP ever. The wait for a waitress to come take our order was terrible, the wait on food was even longer, then we waited for the waitress to come back for the check! Absolutely ridiculous! Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options way more than GF options. Dietary restrictions: They have some gluten free options but not many. I have a gluten allergy and the waitress didnt know that was a real thing and didnt know what she was doing. I told her no gluten can touch my food and the cooks MUST change their gloves and she looked at me like a deer in headlights.

We ate at this location on May 11th. I have not done this review because we tried to contact the Manager by phone. We left two messages with no response. We were here for a late lunch (2:06 PM). There were only six people in the restaurant. We ordered and received our meals in about ten minutes. My wifes turkey club seemed to be made with scraps of meat. Shecsaid it was tough and hadca freezer burned flavor. The fries were cold and tated of dirty oil. My meal was a breakfast. The eggs were ordered over medium. They had hard yolks and a brown crust over the whole bottom of the eggs. The bacon was half cooked. I ordered it crispy. My orange juice was watery. I had my wife taste it to make it was not my taste buds. Our waitress had an I wish I was not here attitude. We do not send food back because you do not know what can be done to your meal. We have given up on the Manager getting back with us. We will be contacting their corporate office now. I would not suggest this location. I called the restaurant and asked that they have the manager or owner call me. That was the day after I posted this review. I wanted a week and called again and left the same request. Still no response. So, I called and emailed IHOP. They responded with a generic form letter response. Their letter said that they would have the regional manager contact me. After two weeks with no further contact, I called and emailed again. I received the exact same form letter again. Here it is a week later and no further contact. I guess one little fish in the ocean does not mean anything to this big corporation. Like they say, one happy customer will tell all their friends One unhappy customer will tell anyone and everyone. Guess which I will do. I normally do not take things to this level. This place was that BAD.

This location has major problems. Service is excruciatingly slow, and dont bother to order through a delivery service since they dont even bother to make the order. Your driver will eventually leave and cancel your order after waiting 15 minutes. I tried to call them to ask what the problem was, but they wouldnt answer the phone. I tried three times. This is the second worst dining experience I have had in my 74 years on this earth. And it had nothing to do with the food we never got any and everything to do with the absolute dearth of service and responsiveness. It started when we waited for someone to seat us although the restaurant was only half full. A server finally seated us with menus but rather than beginning the drink order process he simply walked away. Well we sat and sat and sat for about 15 minutes and you might ask why we waited so long, but no server came within 20 feet of us nor the other tables around us. Finally a server came to a nearby table and I flagged him down and asked if we had a server for our table. He said, That s another server s table but she has a big table at the other end of the building...Sorry about that . No I ll make sure she knows you re here, I ll take your drink orders , nothing. I m still unsure what he was sorry about. But we waited another ten minutes and when no one came my daughter went to the front and asked the Seating person if we had a server. Her response was I ll go check . Either she did or she didn t but she neither reported back nor talked anyone into taking our table. So five minutes later we got up and left. About 30 minutes of our lives wasted for NOTHING. At my age I probably could have used those 30 minutes. We drove cross town, got served and had a nice meal in the same time as the bad experience in IHOP. We have lived in BCS for 30 years. Over that time many alternatives have entered the food service market. Restaurants need to learn that if they want to stay in business their food and service needs to be as good or better than the worst of their competitors. This IHOP is not. I will never go back to this restaurant again.

We went here first, (close to home). Waited to be seated and there were five tables with patrons. Three of these tables had two people each and they had no food. Two of the waitresses saw us and said nothing. The bus person saw us and said that someone would be with us. We continue to wait and decided to leave. Superb service. Very friendly staff. The place is brand new. Unlike other places, when the bell rings at the front, a courteous person greets shortly. The food was great and of course the price is always right! We have gone to the other IHOP restaurants in town. This one has the best service. I recently had the pleasure of dining at the IHOP restaurant located near William D. Fitch in College Station, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere that immediately set a positive tone for our meal. One of the first things that struck me was the impeccable cleanliness of the establishment. The floors were spotless, tables were wiped down, and the overall hygiene of the place was commendable. Its always reassuring to dine in a clean environment, and IHOP definitely excelled in this aspect. The service we received at IHOP was truly outstanding. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that our dining experience was top-notch. We didnt have to wait long to be seated, and our server promptly provided us with clean menus and took our drink orders. Throughout the meal, our server was attentive to our needs, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything and ensuring that our food was delivered timely. Speaking of the food, IHOP did not disappoint. The menu offered a wide range of options, from classic breakfast favorites to delectable lunch and dinner items. Whether youre in the mood for pancakes, omelettes, burgers, or sandwiches, IHOP has something for everyone. Our orders arrived promptly and were cooked to perfection. The presentation was appealing, and the flavors were delicious. Each bite was a delight, and its safe to say that IHOP lived up to its reputation for serving satisfying meals. In terms of location, IHOPs proximity to William D. Fitch in College Station is excellent. Its conveniently situated, making it easily accessible for locals and visitors alike. Whether youre looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, IHOPs location makes it a convenient choice. The interior design of the restaurant was also worth mentioning. 3 groups left out of the 6 waiting just to find someone to seat us in otherwise empty restaurant. The staff seemed to care less and if there was a manager they were too incompetent or lazy to know what was going on with their front of house. After finally getting seated and ordering, the food at at the serving station (we could physically see it sitting there from where we were seated) long enough to become luke warm/cold. The server had the personality of a dead clam. Long story short, horrible management, bad service, cold but otherwise typical IHOP food. Only people that did their job appropriately were in the back of house

This was our 3rd time to visit to this IHOP in College St.. All three times we have had to stand and wait to be stated and continually asking to be seated. The problem seemed to be that there were no clean tables, at. 10:00 am. When, the waitress finally cleaned a table, then she never offered it to us. We finally seated ourselves! It took, for every to get our food and then we had no silverware or napkins to eat with. My sister went to another dining area and retrieved silverware. Others were waiting to be seated and waiting on their food. I asked for a to go box and I was delivered a used one, with crumbs and a drop of syrup in it. The young-waitress had an I dont care attitude and never offered an apology. Mind you this was not a busy time or day for, the restaurant.

Holy Cow....had to wait for them to milk the cow and grow the coffee beans. No front desk receptionist for at least 30 minutes. And this was on a Sunday with no wait being posted. Food was as expected........should have went to McDonalds next door.

Food is fine, restaurant is clean, but when the hostess came to the desk to take down my name, this was our interaction: Hostess: on you on the list? Me: not yet! Hostess: okay whats your name? Me: Becka, for 3 Hostess: okay Me: do you know how long the wait will be? Hostess: [exasperated] ugh, I dont know? I dont know. I really dont know. And she just didnt make eye contact with me.
