Simply not a fan of the food options but I honestly dont come here for the food. As far as service, on several occasions the bar staff has failed to attend to patrons. Not just slow. Sometimes completely ignored. I have witnessed others and on one occasion myself, walked away empty handed from the bar. The rest of the staff are great and very helpful.

They changed everything for adults no seats for patrons unsafe for kids I hate it, whomever remodeled it is going to cost them thousands, games now rip you off and the toys are better at dollar tree. It use to be Wonderful. Employees lazy took over a hour to get a drink w 6 bartenders. Its boring and really stupid do not waste your money its basically for men only the decor the set up its not for women or children like a pervert place.

Love this place. Its surprising that the food is as good as it is. They even have some healthy options. Just really noisy. Bring ear plugs if youre sensitive to noise. Lots of fun playing the games on Wednesdays when they are 1/2 price.

As always a great atmosphere and games are always a blast with the family. However, the service and food was absolutely atrocious. Myself and multiple other people in my group asked for multiple refills, some didnt get it while others did. We watched as other people around us who got there up to 20 minutes after us get their food first. When we finally got our food it was all cold like it had been sitting there ready for quite a bit. We love Dave and busters for all the games and memories but damn the ball was dropped on the food and service.

Cards had tickets and tokens left. Then all of a sudden our whole group had a glitch or something. The cards reset. We lost all the tickets and tokens went up. But then when we checked balance the next day they were all 0 and 0. We paid hundreds of dollars and got scammed.

Parking: Free parking around the perimeter of the mall Kid-friendliness: Plenty of video, VR, and active games plus TVs to watch sports. Suitable for families, date nights, friend groups, or coworker gatherings. Some activities are cheaper on weekdays. We went on a busy Saturday night just to play a few games and have a drink. We haven t tried the food there. It s nice that it s open until 1:00 am. The cost can add up pretty quickly, which is the main downside.

I went to this Dave n busters location a couple of weeks ago and I first have to say is do not come to this location the staff is mean and not polite I went with my cousins to this Dave n busters location and there was an employee who was watching are every move and she asked us if we had an adult even though we were clearly 18 but she did not believe us when we told her.I felt like I couldn t even play games and have a good time without her watching our every move.And I also saw her questioning every teenager who came through the door like the teenagers are just trying to have a good time but your ruining it.She was a blond white female with really short hair and glasses I think she was the host.Dave n busters do better with the hiring!

There is something for everybody. Arrived and did not have tons of time to thoroughly explore, many games out of service, however we still had plenty to play and enjoy ourselves. So far so good. I recently visited Dave & Buster s, and it was a fantastic experience overall! The place has a great mix of entertainment for both kids and adults. The arcade games are top-notch, with a wide variety of classic and new options that kept everyone in our group engaged for hours. The food was better than I expected for an entertainment venue, with a decent menu selection and some surprisingly tasty dishes. The drinks were also well-made, though a bit on the pricier side. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our game cards. The only reason I m not giving it five stars is because it can get a bit crowded, especially during peak hours, which can lead to some long waits for games or service. However, if you go during a less busy time, you re in for a great time. All in all, Dave & Buster s is a solid choice for a fun night out, whether you re with friends or family. I ll definitely be coming back!

We went for a family night and it was fun but there were a few issues. First, I sat at the bar to order for about 30 minutes and no one came to take my order. We had to go down to the other end and wave our card around to get help. The beer garden was cool but there was some sort of malfunction with the card swipe. Luckily the guy working there gave me half the beer for free and recharged the card. The light saber vr was amazing! Like all these places the cash out was ridiculously over priced but we came for the games and drinks so no big. All the games seemed to be working and the drinks were good with plenty of tables around so you could game and drink. Would still go back but I would probably get a table just so we had a dedicated server for drinks.

Spent $275 for 5 people to have dinner and bought a $50 game card. The food was literally the most processed tasting food I ve ever tasted. The creamy pasta chicken Tasted like rubber and plastic. I am literally disgusted by the food. I would never come and spend money here again. For context me and my wife had dinner at Fogo de chao the night prior and paid $250 gladly. No comparison to the far below average Dave and busters.

I absolutely love Dave & Busters but one thing that I will not recommend is to eat and be served at Dave & Busters . Honestly their food is not great. The service is always horrible. The bar is always full and theres not enough staff. I truly blame the service being terrible with the fact that they dont have enough staff. Its a good place. I recommend going . just dont get your hopes up on the food and dining experience

I come here all the time and usually enjoy myself, food is great and staff is friendly. The last time I went was Saturday evening and there were some police present. They may always be there, I dont usually go late on Saturdays. One of them decided to come up and harass me, a small woman, indicating I was doing something wrong because I wasnt playing the games. It was weird and uncomfortable. Just be aware and be careful <3

This location had a lot more seating for the restaurant and not as much room for the games. They may have about the same amount of games, but they are so close together that it can be hard to move around. The food was good, though the waiter seemed extremely impatient for us to decide. One of my friends started his order. I said we werent ready. The waiter still brought the other order out so that he had gotten his food and finished before I got mine. I would be a little more understanding if the restaurant was busy. Though it was almost empty. This experience wasnt the best I have had at a Dave & Busters. It was also far from the worst. I would come back to this location again when I am in Houston.

Went there on 07/01/24 around 10pm. Baybrook location. We had a group of about 10 people. In my group there was a table of kids under the age of 14. The waitress not only took forever with the drinks but when the kids asked for more drinks she told them the machine was broken. The kids didn t say anything until we left the place but how could someone lie about that. Also, why do that to kids??? Because they won t speak up??? I know it was a lie because the other people around us were getting drinks. If people don t want to work with customers they need to look for another job. Paying $20 - $30 for a plate and not including the games we played to get treated that way is not acceptable. Dave and Busters do better on your hiring. The employee was Hispanic, short, straight hair

Theyve done an excellent job remodeling the Dave & Busters in Baybrook! This place is the perfect location to watch a game because there are so many large screens. One of the best D&B locations in Houston. Ive visited several times and never had a bad experience. I will say, the stuff at their prize shop are not always interesting but besides that the arcade is a good mix of games and has lots to do for people of all ages. I went during a weekday evening and it wasnt busy inside D&B, very comfortable and not so overstimulating. Although the outdoor field in the Baybrook plaza was extremely busy and full of life but it was a hot Houston day.

This is a wonderful Dave & Busters! Incredibly friendly staff! Clean floors and table tops! Attentive service! There was a power surge during a thunderstorm and the staff ensured everyone was ok. Have to give a shout out to Tate in the Winners Circle! He helped me use the app (which I also recommend!) and provides excellent customer service! I also recommend renting the bays. It was great to have somewhere to relax to during gaming breaks.

Great trip! Took my daughter on Sunday right when they opened. The two people at the door we probably the most useless customer service associates Ive ever met. They hate their job, or they were hung over. Either way, they should both be fired. Now, after our first 10 minutes, the rest of our visit was awesome!!! The location was bright and clean. MUCH BETTER than the I-10 location. All the games seemed to be working, and all the employees were smiling. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were quickly and happily resolved. When we decided to eat, we were waited on by Meggy. She was not only very knowledgeable about the new menu but patiently helped my daughter pick her lunch....... and dessert. Lol. Our lunch experience couldnt have been better, mainly due to how attentive and helpful Meggy was. Overall, it was a great trip, and we will definitely be back again. Great Job D&B!!!

I came with family and friends to enjoy this place that they recommended to us and we really loved it. We had a lot of fun, there is a lot of possibility of having a good time in individual games or among several. I highly recommend the La Arena experience, its quite fun, its worth it.
