Updates: As promised, after 10 years waiting, my struggle come to the end. And my case got approved. Thanks to the Manning Asylum Lawyers. I hired the Manning Immigration team when I already had a pending immigration case. Before deciding to hire them, I watched many of Mannings YouTube videos that he uploaded, as well as some of his live videos. In a world with a large number of lawyers and choices, my main interest in his office was related to Brians previous work experience as an Asylum officer. It gave me the idea that since he used to work there, he should have a lot of knowledge from the inside that other lawyers don t have. My pending immigration case was originally handled by a paralegal that some people recommended to me. Since that day, I have been regretting my decision. I scheduled a consultation with his team. I m sure many of us, during the consultation, will expect Brian to be present. However, you also have to understand that as a lawyer, he needs to handle the more important part of the job, so you will have to talk with someone from his team. After consulting with them, I was still concerned and really wanted Brian to look at my case. A couple of days later, I got a voicemail from him. I do not list any prices for their services because every case is individual, and the fees will always be different. Thats why, if you want to know how much it will cost, you need to schedule a consultation. After receiving this message, I really appreciated the personal attention to my case. At this moment, I am still waiting for the actual result of Manning teams work, meaning that they did all that they could, but the rest depends on how the process will go. After many months of working with them back and forth (please be patient, they may need some time to reply back to you, since they have many clients) to add additional evidence and do some paperwork, we finally got to the point where the job is done. All that we have left is to wait and see the response, and if there are any additional actions required. But after all the paperwork finally collected, I feel way more confident that I have a bigger chance to get successful results, compared with my situation before I hired Mannings team. Additionally, I want to say thank you to Valentina for her patience with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is still not sure whom to hire. I would say, take a look at your papers. If youre not sure that all the papers you have in your hands will lead you to the result you want, then hire Mannings team to get this confidence. If I do not forget I will update the review with the final results. But make sure you also understand that the immigration lawyers do all what they can, the most important part is on you and how everything will go in the end.

Hi everyone..!!!! Usually, I am not a fan of leaving reviews, but this time I have to! A week ago the Immigration Judge approved my case! I would like to share my experience working with Brain Mannings law firm! They are amazing! This is what professionals do! Our communications over almost 2 years were amazing. They always timely replied to me, clearing my concerns and questions regarding all processes. Brian Manning and his team are assisting me in my political asylum case. I have not yet defended the case, but they appear very knowledgeable. They sent a questionnaire regarding my personal statement, which has been immensely helpful. This process has allowed me to prepare for potential questions, and based on my responses, they suggested additional evidence that supports my statement (I am currently in this phase). Ive realized Ive fallen behind due to my occupation, and theyre constantly checking on you and offering support which is nice and professional from them. Following this, they will reintroduce the case and wait for further response. If no response is received within 60 days, they will send an email essentially threatening USCIS with the prospect of filing a lawsuit based on the extended waiting period for the right to an interview. If there is still no response, they will proceed to officially sue them to finally secure the right to an interview.
