Awesome customer service. I called shopping around for an alternative to my credit unions title company. They took the time to answer my questions and explain which fee is variable and which fees are set by the state (same with every company). Highly recommend you give ATC a call.

I have worked with many title companies, but thus far, Austin Title surpasses the level of service they provide to me and my clients. I have used Veronica Harrison, Cedar Park office for many, many years. She understands me and gets me. She is an expert in her field, she is very responsive, and is always willing to help. Austin titles marketing department, Jenny Newman, Pam Carroll and Roxanne Ford are the best and also provide great customer service. Overall, Austin title is awesome!

Austin Title is a 5 star A+ Title company. Austin Title s accuracy and thoroughness was top notch. My wife and I used them in our recent Austin home sell. We worked directly with Jennifer and Linda through most of the transaction. Our closing took 20 calendar days. By far our quickest ever. Our previous record was 28 days. I m positive this all happened because Linda and Jennifer worked closely as a team with our realtor(Friedrich Realty) and our transaction coordinator(TC Solutions). Not a single ball was dropped in the 20 days and there were a lot of balls in the air. Including the buyers were on vacation for part of the time. As the seller, all of our tasks were completed within 13 days and rushed to get everything in line. In some cases, like the survey, it was even cheaper to book and pay right away. We were also given status of the buyers tasks being complete, which gave us full confidence the home would close on time. There were surveys, inspections, banks an HOA transfer and a large list of other items Austin Title had to track and get accurate. In the 30+ years my wife and I have been involved in real estate, this is the only time everything was perfect on the disclosure sheets and nothing remained undone. Linda and Jennifer kept constant communications with the whole team, including us, as those items came due and what was checked off the list.

Garbage title company! Didnt have correct paperwork, incorrect down payment amount, and didnt even have the keys to the house at time of signing!! Absolutely use someone else!
