I spent a large portion of my life in West Texas. I always enjoyed going to the HTeaO in my town, and I missed it a lot when I moved to Central Texas. This location isnt too far from where I work, and being able to come in and the tea be the same, great quality each time is a treat I look forward to. This location is always clean and nice looking as well, and the snack selection is always great.

Typical teenagers with no clue about customer service. Next time, know something about your products so you can answer questions in the drive thru for customers. Referring them to your website to get information about your teas that YOU SHOULD know is so bad for business. How hard would it be to have a list of those details for the drive thru or have it on your menu if you are that lazy. They were going to let me order something that I might not like vs. being helpful and knowing the product. This is a teaching moment for corporate.

Updated review: I have only been going here for a few months but regularly. I like the sweet coconut tea there. Recently it has not been consistent in taste. One time the tea had no coconut flavor, just tasted like sweet tea. Other times including today 8/19/24 there is a just a mild coconut flavor. Makes me not want to go as often if its not going to be consistent.

I recently decided to try this place out for the first time and opted to order online to explore the menu at my leisure and ensure my order would be ready by the time I arrived. The process of ordering through the app was straightforward, and I appreciated the convenience it offered. Upon arrival, I noticed only one car in the parking lot and none in the drive-thru, so I chose the drive-thru for its convenience. After a brief wait for someone to respond over the speaker, I informed them that I was there to pick up an online order. To my surprise, I was abruptly told to go inside without any explanation. Once inside, the experience did not improve. Two employees were present but neither greeted me or acknowledged my presence in a friendly manner. I stated that I was there for an online order and was handed my drinks without any further interaction. The lack of basic customer service left a lot to be desired. Overall, this experience was disappointing. The initial convenience of ordering online was overshadowed by the lack of communication and poor customer service at the location.

I can t say enough good things about HTeaO and specifically this location-. All of their drinks are high-quality and absolutely delicious and I love that you can try them before committing to whatever you re going to buy. The flavor combinations are endless and I have yet to try one of their to use that. I don t absolutely love. And the employees at this location are always so happy and so kind. We went today for national tea day, and the place was packed. Thanks to be amazing specials. The store was clean. All of the tears were stocked and ready to go and Annabelle who was manning the register was doing a fantastic job at helping every customer and efficient but thorough manner. Keep up the awesome work! We make it in at least 3 to 4 times a week these days, can t get enough!!

Drove 30 minutes to this location to get horchata iced coffee only to discover they don t serve coffee products. It s on the online menu. AND I called before to see if they have it because this isn t the first HTeaO I ve driven to looking for this. But, they couldn t bother to answer their phone. So I had to drive there. I give up with these places and I give up trying to find horchata iced coffee. Sigh. And maybe make it clearer on your menus that not all the amazing drinks shown are actually sold anywhere on this planet.
