I cant express how awesome the staff was, Steven was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in there every day even though it was my first time there. I recommend the steakhouse beef sandwich if you love a good savory bite!

Everything was bland and flavorless. Somehow the Mac and cheese has less flavor than Kraft. Cookies were mid. Sandwich was very mid. Instead of splitting up to get a sandwich and burritos, we all should have went next door to eat but we wanted to try something new. Maybe if they used seasonings then it could be okay but I feel like the competition wins when it comes to sandwiches, even the hot peppers barely had any kick.

I used to love potbelly and go there all the time for lunch. However, my recent experience today trying to order from this store using UberEats was a massive disappointment. First thing, they just outright cancelled my first order after I had already waited almost an hour for it to be delivered. Nothing worse, then doing a late lunch because Im busy with work, then to remember you ordered food and was wondering how much longer only to find the store cancelled your order without so much as a phone call. So I re-ordered, and changed my order around a bit, perhaps they were out of the large multi-grain, who knows, they didnt tell me what the previous problem was. Again I wait yet another hour to eat my lunch, getting very grumpy at this stage because Im HUNGRY. However, when my wreak sandwich finally arrived, they had SERIOUSLY drowned my sandwich in mayo and mustard. I Literally, had problems just picking up the sandwich without huge globs of mayo/mustard sauce falling off. I had to use a napkin to try to wipe off this massive amount of excess sauce. It felt like whomever cancelled my order in the first place, seemed to be trying to take revenge on me for having to gall to re-order my food and interrupt his day. That is how it felt at the very least.

Great people who will take care of you. I absent mindedly gave the wrong sandwich instructions to them, and didnt realize until they were about to put toppings on them. They remade those sandwiches and gave me the two extra sandwiches that got mixed up for free. I will happily keep going here!

I USED to like this place and go here every week until I tried ordering online. NONE of my sandwiches had ANY of the toppings I asked for AND were on the WRONG bread. Who wants a roast beef sandwich with NO toppings for $15??? Such a rip off, dont go here there are plenty of better sandwich places out there that cost MUCH less that this overpriced garbage.

Every time I order from this restaurant there is a bigger disappointment the staff is awful. They are supposed to open the restaurant at 10 AM and I was there at 10:20 the doors were locked. I could finally get in and the person literally made me feel like he is paying for my food, and I was supposed to prepare my food that he s paying And he didn t even say my name when he was handing my food to me this restaurant should not be open. But I love the food. I think it s worth it to take the extra mile and go to the other location just don t order it from here. On February 16th, My husband placed an online order using their OFFICIAL online system 15 mins before the store opened and when I arrived to the store they told me that they didn t see the order so it wasn t ready. They also told me that if I wanted my sandwiches, I would have to pay AGAIN. I showed them the order confirmation email, order number, the names, the phone number and the pending credit card statement that showed I was charged the right amount. The manager still told me that I had to pay for the sandwiches (in a rude aggressive manner) and come back if the pending charge was posted in 3 days to get a refund (keep in mind The store is 25 minutes away from my house and I will have to keep an eye on the statement???). Another lady showed up from the kitchen and said it was ok and they will figure out themselves with an attitude as if I was a begger. As a result, I waited for 50 minutes while there was no other customers to get my sandwiches and did not pay but I was treated like a begger with no sympathy, no smiles, nothing. And turns out I already paid for the sandwiches anyways. My credit card shows the charges posted. And I waited 50 minutes while (I repeat) they had no other customers to serve. Noone. Was treated badly. I was already having a bad day and couldn t think of leaving the place and dispute the charge with the credit card. Overall a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never go back.

Perhaps our favorite sandwich shop we always look forward to a visit to Potbelly - my favorite is the hot ham and melted swiss on the multigrain toasted bread - biggie of course! This location is staffed with friendly folks who have always provided us with great service. Its also a good location in the middle of all the 1431/183toll shopping. My only complaint is during busy times the tables have a tendency not to get cleaned - perhaps a function of not yet being fully staffed as they once were. Ive always found one of the fun things about Potbelly is that each location has a local vibe. Take a moment to look around on the walls and enjoy!

I have been to this location at least 10 times and every single time I pick up my order the staff is friendly and food is delicious. The worst location. They just give you toasted bread with nothing inside. I even asked him to add extra veggies. Worse part is you cant see what garbage they put on your sandwich. Great product; clean establishment, very clean restrooms. The friendly staff was helpful and got my order perfect. Definitely a great product the BLT was slamming. The Broccoli Cheese soup is better than Jasons Deli but was a little cold, I think they just changed the pans. Overall great experience will definitely be back.

Ordered twice from this shop and both times the chips were stale and the soda flat. The meatball sammich was good on the first order, but the second order sammich had wilted lettuce and bad tasting onions. Maybe I just ordered on a couple of their off days. Ive tried this place twice now, and theyre just okay. Not sure how you can run out of broccoli soup at 1pm, unless they just didnt make it than why have it on the menu??
