Food was tasty per usual, but our waiter never put in one of our meals. We were on a time crunch so we told to just forget about it. The waiter did not seem very apologetic about it nor did they really check up on us much and drinks did run out. The atmosphere is cool, but it is loud so if you do not like loud places do not go here at peak times. The garlic knots and bacon cheese fries are a must try. The bar has a good variety of drinks as well. Love coming here, but was very dissapointed in service this time as its usually perfect.

I am not much of a burger guy, but when I find a spicy burger its a must try. This one did not disappoint, it could have been spicier and if you read my other food places I like to visit youll get it. Either way Im coming back to Bubbas for the primeto rib! Should be easy since they just opened one in Katy! See you guys soon.

This is the first time Ive been to this location. Its was packed and we still got excellent service. The staff was great, we got seated within 10 mins and the owner even came by our table a few times to ask how everything was. I will definitely be back next time we come visit family. Ive never been disappointed at the other locations up in North Texas. Excellent food, excellent employees and excellent service. Thank you Waco Bubbas 33

Place is amazing. Had to stop eating to writes this review. Ive only written one or 2 reviews. This place is amazing. The front of the house is attentive and amazing. Good check ins not overly so you have stop eating to talk. Managers are absolutely wonderful. Dessy our server is absolutely wonderful. Food is so good and perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Eaten dinner a time or two in past but this time, I ordered takeout at 1:49pm. Told 15 mins. Texted Here. #2 when i arrived 5 mins early. Response was my order is not ready. Of course not, Im early. After 25 min I texted again. and same response. No one ever came out. So I left. Just before 5pm I received a call from restaurant asking if I still wanted my order. Nice lady. Very apologetic after I explained. She said they were having computer problems !!! I wont order or recommend takeout from Bubbas ever again.

My party of 27 and I had an amazing dining experience on Saturday July 6th! We were able to call ahead to ensure a minimal wait. Surprisingly everyone in my party arrived on time (4pm) and were seated right away. We were taken care of by a few waitstaff and every one of them were so attentive and polite. Tish (sp) or Tiff was so great! I would also like to say EVERY PERSONS ORDER CAME OUT CORRECT !!!!! Our food was hot and tasted great. I am from Georgia and was in town for my college graduation dinner. Our party ranged from ages 2-79 lol and there was something for everyone l. All in all my dining experience was top notch from the moment we walked in the door -kudos to the entire staff working that day.

They charged us $2 to play their electronic trivia game on the table - after we sat waiting on someone to say hello for several minutes we started playing on the electronic device to see if we were supposed to use it to view a menu and order (hostess did not say a word to us about how to proceed and menus were hidden against a wall (how often are these cleaned if they just go right back against the wall ) We continued waiting and decided to play a round of the trivia. No warning about a charge. No sign on the table. Nothing. We complained and they dropped the charge. But they didn t get the point - you shouldn t put something on the table that will charge a fee if it s used.

Worst service ever.! Getting a table was no problem considering it was Sunday and wasn t busy. It was just me and my son who is 3 years old. We got a table and we sat there for 20 minutes and nobody had came to our table to check on us or get our drink or food order. Other tables next to us kept getting helped while me and my son just watched while everybody else got served and nobody even looked at us! All while they had 7 different people standing in the front desk laughing and on their phone Poor service and poor management let manager know and did nothing after we was walking out.

My husband and I went to Bubbas for dinner and had a great experience. The staff was so welcoming and friendly from the hostess to the bartenders to the manager. We decided to eat at the bar and were so glad we did. Jeffrey and Miranda took great care of us. We had a few modifications on our order and they made sure everything was prepared as requested. The manager, Gabby, checked on us (and everyone else at the bar) to see how our food was and if we needed anything. It was obvious the staff enjoyed working together as anyone was cheerful which made the atmosphere inviting and fun. We will definitely be going back for more meals. Thanks for a great dining experience to the staff at Bubbas! Parking: There is plenty of parking all around the restaurant. They have numerous handicap spots at the entrances as well. Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of menu options for the kids. They also host a monthly kids night with an activity and photo booth.

Was sat immediately after walking in which was great but once we were sat we waited 40 minutes until we decided to just get up and leave. Not a single word was spoken to us about them being short handed or running behind schedule and the table that got sat at the same time as us had already order and had eaten their meal. It would ve been different if we were just told they were running behind or short handed but no one even stopped to talk to us to let us know what was going on. Disgusting food!!! We ordered chipotle pasta and got something horrible. Instead of chipotle sauce, the whole pasta was covered in disgusting grease that smelled horrible. There were no vegetables as stated in the menu, just the burnt shrimp. It felt like they rinsed the old dirty frying pan and dumped all the grease on top of pasta. Never going to order again!!!

I was in your restaurant Wednesday for the first time. My husband and I were meeting friends I went to school with over 50 years ago. I just picked Bubba s 33 by chance. The service and the food were EXCELLENT! The manager, I think his name was Mike even stopped by the table. We arrived at 12:30 and never left until 5:00. I was so impressed that during that time no one tried to get us to leave or rush us out. I live in Austin but the next time we re in Waco we will definitely be back. We did leave the server a generous tip for sitting so long. I highly recommend Bubba s 33 in Waco. Parking: No problem parking but unfortunately there were no handicap spots available. Still it was fine. Wheelchair accessibility: We were given a table that was easily accessible for my wheelchair.

I went there at about 8:30, The hostess was friendly and pleasant. We were immediately seated with a party of two -this was a date night- Seats and table were clean and the waitress was prompt in taking my drink order. Drinks could have been stronger for the price I paid unfortunately however they were delicious. Ordered nachos and shared them with my date they were very good and would recommend them for an appetizer. TVs were on several different channels offering entertainment to a variety of ages. When rating restaurants, there are 3 criteria. Food, Service and Cleanliness (Google has it as Atmosphere) So if all 3 are as expected, or par for the course, I will rate the restaurant 4 Stars. If one of them is below, the other 2 need to be above to pick up the slack. That is my standard. The Best thing about this place was the food! Which is good because its a restaurant and they sell food. I got a burger and fries and both of them were fantastic. They came out hot. They were good portions and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was also very nice, TVs everywhere playing sports and the restaurant seemed very clean. Including the restroom! The service was good as well. A different person brought our food out than our waitress, that was an opportunity for someone else to engage with us. Our waitress Quinn, did check in on us multiple times and she was very attentive. Overall I had a great experience And I will definitely return.

Awesome awesome place!! A solid 5 stars from us. Our table had the sunshine and bacon cheeseburgers and the monte cristos everything was phenomenal!! 3/13/2024 @6:45 PM I was excited to experience Bubbas and walked in to get on the list. The person at the desk started taking my information to put me on the list. But then stopped and said, that if I was okay with eating in the bar I could go sit at the table on the other side of the bar by the window. I did that and sat and looked at the menu. About 10minutes later a waitress came by and yelled at me for sitting there saying the tables were not available and that I MUST move because her manager said so. I calmly explained that I was told to sit at that table by the person at the reception desk. She became unsettled, and yelled that I had to leave because she already talked to the manager and he said I had to leave. So I got up and went to the front desk. The person that told me to sit there was gone and the manager had taken his place. He knew who I was and was also angry with me. I was treated like I decided to break the rules. Like I was doing something very wrong. As I walked out I saw that waitress telling the story to her peers and pointing at me. After heading outside to wait and felt sick to my stomach from the interaction and just decided to leave. I wont be going back.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electric, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food... oh my goodness, the food was out of this world! My family and I visit this location on Saturday. Was our 2nd time here . 1st time didnt go good but we decided to give it another try. Saturday we got seated in the bar area even though we had kids . Was very loud. We continue to order we where very close to the kitchen we can see few people in there wearing Long jewelry , Long hair and some would use the same gloves touching a lot of different things. That same night I felt sick. Only to wake up with diarrhea and vomiting at 4 am . After me was my husband and my kids. WE CLEARLY GOT FOOD POISONING. Never coming here again. My entire family was sick

We joined the waitlist before we got there & were able to check in thru a text message once we were in the parking lot. I highly recommend doing this as we would have waited much longer than the 20 min or so if we hadnt. I had the veggie handmade, stone fired pizza and it was easy one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. The crust was flavorful and not tough at all. It had the perfect amount of toppings. My hubby had the Sunrise burger and it was a winner. It had two patties so it was tall and it was messy! The service was great and food came out quick. We would definitely eat here again!!

We love Bubbas!!! Their food is the BEST, especially their fries. Burgers and boneless wings are great, too. The only downside to the place is its really loud and difficult to hear when youre talking to someone, but the food makes it worth it. The servers are always super friendly, too.

The food was overwhelmingly amazing and exceeded my expectations. This is not the usual food you would get from a chain restaurant. It is so much better. The seasoning was perfect for everything I tried, and the house sauces were delicious. If youre looking for mediocre, go to another restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant and didnt make it feel like a loud bar. TVs were on with music playing and I wasnt drowned out talking to others at the table. The service was great. The waitress made herself available when needed and did not rush us to order or leave.
