My party and myself went here for my birthday. We sat there for over 10-15min, no greeting no sorry for the wait or anything just to get our drink order. The waitress was slow and had a bad attitude. Our food was mediocre warm, never even came by to ask if we want refills. Other people in her area were also upset by her. We paid and went and sat at the bar to test a theory cause the bartender seemed faster. Without missing a beat as soon as we sat down she greeted us and asked our drink order and what we would like. We got our drink order within 3min and our desert came out within 6min or so. She even kept coming by to make sure we were fine and such. Compared to the other waitress, we maybe saw her 3 times. Once to get our drink order way late, once as she looked around and lastly to give our check. It wasnt like we had a big party it was just my gf and myself..we were polite and such so it wasnt us. Amazing how we have a small order and it was terrible but a bar tender can bring out our food and drinks fast. With the bar tender our desert was hot, unlike the waitress order we had. This is purely unacceptable in an establishment such as this. Never in all the times we went here have we had such terrible experience. Only reason for the stars is because of the bar tender taking care of us in a timely fashion. If the waitress came by when she saw us as like we did when we walked in, we would have gotten more drinks, apps for happy hr ect. But she took her time for it could be way past happy hr so we passed on all of that. She saw us sitting at the bar and she rolled her eyes at us in disgust because we choose not to have her as our server anymore. Others on the area were even saying where is she we need to go, tired of sitting here and this food is cold. Seems like she was off goofing off and let the food sit back there, cause the plates werent warm unlike when we got the desert from the bartender. We watched her as we sat at the bar she even took her time just standing around and playing with her phone. She didnt have a pinpad like other waiters and such just a pen and paper so we knew it wasnt the pin pad they carry around. We also noticed her keep touching her face and eyes in public before she picked up drinks and such. She never brought any of our food, it was other waiters/waitresses that were bringing her area, unlike other sections where they brought out their own section. If we knew we were gonna get a waitress like her tonight we would have never went. When we told the bartender our experience tonight I still had my org drink which was sprite/starry from when we sat down from over an hr. She was like was this water I said you would think that, but no its watered down from the ice, its actually starry or sprite, i was afraid she wouldnt come to refill our drinks which she didnt. She even was shocked at that cause you could tell. My gf had sweet tea and the glass was empty never refilled..the only time the waitress asked if we waited drinks to take with us is when we got our check. Like seriously you ask us after we pay if we want more to drink?

I don t leave reviews very often, but from the moment we were seated, it was clear that Noah was dedicated to ensuring we had a fantastic experience. Noah greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. We went to celebrate our twins birthdays. Our waitress was mostly good. She missed my dessert order. Thats okay. I shouldnt have it anyway. The bartender, though.....holy cow!!!! My daughter and I ordered a Lucky Ducky to share. Rather than send the waitress back to explain they were out of some of the alcohol ingredients they sent a $15 drink out WITHOUT it hoping we wouldnt notice. I dont know about other people, but I can tell when tequila/peach schnapps is missing from a drink that is supposed to have it. Wrong decision to make!!! The manager did remove the drink from our bill, but they seemed not too concerned that their bartender would pull something so unethical on a customer. We are loyalty members, but I dont know that we will dine there again.

We enjoy this location of BJs for a good lunch spot after church or our kiddo s sporting events. While we enjoy the food and plenty of option for kids and adults both, we also have especially appreciated the service, particularly our recent server, Haylee, who was sweet and personable along with attentive to our needs and requests. I got the unlimited soup and salad, and it was all just meh. Their broccoli cheddar soup has a weird fake cheese taste, and is way too thick and gloppy. They put way too much dressing on the Caesar, and the chicken tortilla soup was a plain broth that seemed to just have chicken and corn dumped in it right before serving. And then they dumped a ton of parsley in it (yes, parsley-not cilantro), and it was not good. Their house salad was nice and my husband enjoyed the chili. We usually like their food, but I will not get this again.

We had a great time! Z, our waitress, was AMAZING!!! She was so professional and courteous. Everything went so smoothly. The food was delicious and we even commented to ourselves on how professional the food runners were dressed bc they looked like cooks. Dont even get me started on the pizookies bc those were BOMB good. OMG. Everything was wonderful. We really want to thank Z for a great time. We will be returning. Thanks guys! :)

I visit BJ s in Cedar Park, Texas almost weekly. Andrea is my bartender of choice. She s why I keep coming back and sitting at the bar. She s attentive but not intrusive. Always looking after her customers. She s open to answering any questions I have on food recommendations with suggestions on what I might like. She does good. Again, she is why I keep coming back for my dinner at the bar. Kudos to her. She s a great asset for my favorite BJ s.

If i ve being honest this might be one of the best restaurants I ve been to in a while. My wife and kids love this place, this was our 3rd time dining here. We truly enjoy it all, My wife and kids love the selection on the menu. The staff are amazing! they re very friendly.The 3 times we ve been here it is always very clean and neat. Their bathrooms are immaculate. I recommend this place for a little get together with your family. Kid-friendliness: plenty of stuff for the kids to pick from & they loved the coloring paper and crayons

The staff was exceptional!! My waitress today, Jenise was extremely attentive. I truly enjoyed her service with as busy as it was being a Saturday evening at dinner time. I was seated within 1 minute of arrival. Denise had my order within 5 minutes of being seated!! Food was delivered with equal speed. Proper seving order. From waling in, to paying my bill - I highly recommend stopping here if youre in Cedar Park, Texas Wheelchair accessibility: Although Im traveling by motorcycle this trip, I have a son that is in a wheelchair. I always pay close attention to accessibility . There were ample spots for parking, and seating availability was reasonably easy.

Our ahi poke was extremely too salty, the the avocados were brown, and the tuna looked to have a strange texture. But mostly it was too salty to eat. The the pizza had no sauce on it, except one side of the crust, there was barely any cheese, so the sauce that was on it dried up. Very disappointed in the whole experience. It was midday on a Saturday. Hoping that the chef was just hungover or something because I have never had such bad food at any other location. Will not be going back.

Medium rare steak came full rare on one half, and way undersized for the cost! Size of my hand -- for $35, at lunch. Asparagus so small and dry it poked my mouth. 4 out of 5 of us did not enjoy our plates. But the server was great. Way overpriced and not yummy. Longhorn, in contrast, has one 50% larger and for 2/3 the price, with plump amazing asparagus, and done right every time. This is the second time weve been, last time was the same. Wont ever be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Used to be a big BJ s fan. Went to the one in Round Rock a year ago with my boyfriend and it was terrible. A year went by and we decided to try the Cedar Park location. The waiter took over 10 mins to greet us, I ordered a glass of wine that he asked me 3 times to confirm the order. It still came out wrong. My boyfriend s order was incorrect even after he confirmed and we confirmed it was wrong. He started to avoid us because it was so bad. The table behind us also had their order wrong and same waiter. Not a manager in sight. The hostess stand was a mess with tons of workers just hanging out. The curtains were falling off the rods. We wanted to order our daughter take out but couldnt wait to get out of there so we didnt. Never going back here again. Best part is now both of our stomachs hurt. What has happened to BJ s?

Went here last night to use the coupon we had from Fathers Day. Everything was great until I got to the bottom of my plate to find a hair. I had already eaten basically the whole thing, so I just wanted to bring it to someones attention. The waitress took my plate and said she would get the manager. He never came. I saw him shaking his head at the waitress in the corner, so we figured something was up. He looked angry. They discounted my plate which I appreciated. After that the customer service became very abrupt. We just felt like they wanted us to leave. They made us feel like we did something wrong. We had already decided to tip based on the full price of the meal, but the way we were treated after made us change our mind. I most likely wont go back. At least not to this location. Outside this incident, the food was actually good until it wasnt.

After my friend and I left there about $200 for two, they told us that they couldn t serve us anymore and we can say that they kicked us out the door, although the establishment was still working and we behaved very adequately, to say that I m shocked by this is not what not to say.
