Senior portraits, which incidentally look laughably bad, range in price from $177-$555. It would be nice to have a few to send to family, just to mark the occasion, but thats not gonna happen for $200. Lifetouch has lost touch with reality.

These prices are obsurd!!! I refuse to believe anyone paying $164 for 1 pose. The proofs didn t even look good. I ve taken a lot of family photos and have NEVER come this close in price in terms of what your actually getting. The background was some lockers.

We paid $20 to get a yearbook picture taken for her senior year and when the proofs came I was absolutely floored at the prices. $399 for a cd of 12 untouched images? Which are not different poses, just computer edited background changes. $164 for 1 pose and 2 - 5x7s and some other nonsense small pictures? Shop local and find a professional photographer and save your money people. We found one for $150 and it includes 3 outfits, 12 images and 1 hr on location pictures. Prestige has really lost their way and are ripping families off during the most important time of their childs life.

I just finished my senior photos for school and the photographer was super nice and really patient. I didn t get his name but he was working the EVHS photos on October 5th around 11:30 am. He was really amazing and should get some credit for his work! So glad I got him and the company s employees all seem super nice. Looks like a great company with wonderful employees!

Very nice area. Set up where photos are taken is awesome. Photographers are pretty awesome, they know their stuff! The way they have the place set up for social distancing is great and they have sanitizer available. Very clean office too and great customer service

Clean, pretty studio. Yearbook photo required a wardrobe change when arriving that we were unprepared for. If you are getting just yearbook and cap & gown pics done (the $10 package) for the yearbook photo girls are required to wear provided camisole shirt with draped velvet covering that falls off the shoulders. We were unprepared for this. Recommend girls wearing or bringing a string strap shirt or strapless shirt with strapless bra or shirt/bra that straps can easily be pulled off the shoulders and will stay in place while having pictures taken. The photographer seemed to just go thru the motions, didnt really take her time with us or put too much personalized touch in our session. Overall not bad for the price.

Its just lifetouch but they charge $$$ for one pose. When you have an appt lots of kids have the same appt so you still have to wait. 2 stars because my son said they were really helpful taking the pics when he was shy

My wife and I took our daughter just this evening to prestige portraits first time ever going. We will be doing this again for our son next year since he is a junior. Everybody was great from when we first got there until we left. Our daughter was the last student of the night since we had a evening appt at 7:15pm. Two people in particular that we worked with were really good Alicia and Aarron!! Just want to give them props, they were great with getting her postioned the correct way with the lighting and the background choices. They let us look at the pics on their cameras after the pics were taken all around very pleased! We will be BACK next year for our son when he is a senior. Again Alicia and Aarron did a really good job!

Charged us a sitting fee for just yearbook picture. All seniors at my daughters high school are required to go to them for yearbook photo, plus any senior photos you want to buy. We use another photographer for senior photos. The appointment card Prestige Portraits sent in mail to all seniors clearly states A yearbook image will be taken at no charge. However, they insisted on charging sitting fee, even though we made it clear we were just there for a yearbook photo. After photo, we went home and confirmed that the appointment card said no charge. Called to ask for refund, left voicemail, no response. Not a huge amount of money, but it seems a little odd that seniors need to pay just to get their picture into yearbook. I would not recommend high schools using them for yearbook photos. Also, their photo packages are very pricey.

I have my septum pierced, and when I went in to have my senior portraits taken, I was wearing a small but visible gold septum ring. I have just received my proofs back, and it seems that they have edited my septum out of almost all the pictures. This was done without my knowledge, and for no clear reason. My school has no policy against facial piercings, and it was never requested of them. Aside from that, one of the portraits was obviously softened without a single care, as my hand (which was resting on my neck) has been softened so it has no definition and blends into my face almost perfectly. These photos overall are very unflattering and poorly edited, along with the erasing of my septum ring, made for an overall unpleasant experience.

Great staff did a wonderful job on the extra pictures I ordered. I didnt think they took the same amt of care with the standard senior poses. Will have to see the pictures to be sure but when I went through them to find the pictures for my keychains i was not impressed with those pictures. I know my son was very handsome in the extra pictures so it wasnt his fault.

They have a very kind environment, but they dont seem to know enough about photography to be doing it professionally. They have very low quality pictures for the high prices that are paid to get them. For example, in my graduation pictures, they had me in dark robes against a dark background. You couldnt even see my hair! My face was the only thing that came out in most of them. And their poor lighting angles didnt help. Would not recommend indoor photos here.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! Never ever go there. They spelled my name wrong (Julia), Im not sure how the hell you do that. They spelled my name Jluia. When I went, they didnt care about us, they just wanted to push everyone out the door. Horrible experience. They didnt care and they ruined my senior pictures and my senior yearbook.

Horrible customer service - never answer the phone. I paid for a certain amount of proofs and was shorted. You cannot see my sons cap and gown with the dark background and had a crooked tie the whole time. Poor background choices and photographer kept looking at the manual.
