Timothy and team did a great job on my recent IP. Ive been told we will receive a patent for all our claims. It was the masterful back and forth with the PTO which convinced the examiner of the novelty on my invention. Not sure that would have turned out as well with a different team.

Before Thompson patent Law I wasnt sure where to begin. Timothy an agent of T.P.L broke it down for me. after speaking with Hanna another agent of T.P.L. I felt they were the right company to work with and so sure of themselves they offered to refund me my money if I didnt want to move forward with them. I thought that was great. He showed me I really wasnt ready to pursue a patent. I know any other company would have taken my money first then tell me it wasnt patentable. I feel well inform and Im ready to get things in order so I can patent my Idea. they gave me a strategy which I could put into practice to obtain my Patent. Thank You Thompson Patent Law.

I have personally dealt with in-house and external IP forms throughout my working career, and in the last 25 years, I have never found a firm more experienced, tenacious (yet gracious) in this field. They have a very unique patent formula developed by the lead attorney, Mr. Craige Thompson, as referenced in his book available on Amazon. Going through this very methodical process flushes out some of the ideas that can expand a patent and allow breathability to truly produce something that, as a client, I truly feel is a litigation-quality patent. Timothy, who works in his office, has perhaps one of the deepest understandings of not just the patent process but of extremely unique and difficult scientific and engineering concepts as well. Prior to coming to Thompson Patent Law Office, American Ruck was trying to talk to manufacturers to help us to build our prototypes. We didn t want to disclose our IP without protections in place. Thompson Patent Law has been the exclusive firm we have used for all our patent and trademark applications since I founded our company. We still retain them even though we are a Minnesota-based company and Craige and his team relocated to Austin Texas a couple years ago. I would recommend them to anyone in the nation. At the end of the day, good patents gets written and approved by people. Getting a patent approved by an examiner requires a conversation between human beings. Thompson Patent Law excels at the human element of the patent process. They have always come through for us. Having a conversation about a patent with an attorney and engaging a firm can be a very intimidating process. What I most appreciate about Craige Thompson and his team is that they are approachable and friendly. Craige and his team are brilliant at what they do but they never make you feel stupid for not being an expert in the confusing, esoteric world of Patent Law.
