Dont order any fries larger than a small bc they will cheat you. I had more fries in my small which came with a bundle than the large fry. They precook the meat so the sandwiches never feel fresh. The service is nice for the most part, but whomever is expediting the orders is cheating people.

We ve been going to this location for five years one time a year, which is my dogs birthday. I don t want to come off as a Karen but my experience was really bad and ruined the moment for my dog and myself. I asked for a single plain patty and whip cream on the side for my dog. They brought out a patty with ketchup and onion and other things on it. I explained that I asked for a plain patty. The manager seemed irritated, and told me to pull into the drive thru parking spot. Which took more than 10 minutes to receive a single plain patty. I asked the worker if the whip cream was in the bag and he said yes yes, so I open to bag and there was no whip cream. I said oh no there is no whip cream and he just laughed? Not sure if he was nervous. He left to get me whip cream and I waited more than 6 minutes for someone to come back. Mind you I have my dog with me and she its clearly an elderly dog. Moral of this story is I paid for the patty, and I asked for whip cream. Never received the whip cream. And all this took was about 20 minutes for a single patty. My dog is a senior and this has been a tradition of ourselves since she s gotten older. Extremely upset to how they handled this. If this is a franchise, I would be embarrassed.

I know I shouldn t eat it but every once and awhile I revert to my childhood and order cheeseburgers, no pickles, extra onions. Whoever is working on the burger line right now is amazing? Order # 1300 Hot, fresh, loaded with extra onions, and more catch-up than usual, which I absolutely love. Hit the spot. To management, a good crew who works together should be rewarded. Today, June 12, I ordered a coffee and 3 cookies through the drive-through, they told me to park in spot #1 after giving me the coffee, I placed the order at 9:43 pm at 10:11 pm the maintenance lady told me I let him in because they were already closing the lobby. He asked me very kindly how he could help me and I told him that I had 28 minutes waiting for 3 cookies, to which I looked at the manager who was on duty at that time and when she heard me she sent me the cookies. with the same guy who told me to park. I waited for the corporation to do something about it and reprimand this manager who, instead of addressing me about what happened and offering me at least an apology, hides so as not to show her face as a responsible person. Apparently the person who calls himself a manager has neither ethics nor professionalism. I thank the corporation because I know they will do something about it because some cookies dont take that long to cook, well I dont remember if its only 3 or 5 minutes.

A terrible location. A company which has lost its family values on which it was built. Why is it that the Mexican employees here always want to deny customers condiments and limit a customer to a few ketchup packages for orders such as a 20 piece chicken nuggets? McDonalds is not a store hurting for money because of all of us who want to eat trashy and unhealthy food such as this keep it afloat. What s ruining this American restaurant chain are the owners of these chain who turn away from the actual customer focus vision and mission statement this company was founded on. There is a Mexican short lady here who manages this restaurant who lacks people skills, the ability to multitask, ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and get frustrated easily to the extent of calling customer names, ignore them when they have legitimate questions about their orders or to give customers a negative attitude when you ask to have more napkins, more ketchup or an extra straw. It seems to me the Owner and the General Manger Laura Pantone need to remind her that is the American people who keep the restaurant open and therefore, keeps her ignorant simply minded self employed.
