10/10 The homemade flour tortillas and salsa were fresh and really elevated the two meals I had. I tried the Pastor and Barbacoa the first time. Then came for breakfast and asked for Chorizo Egg and Cheese Tacos. Both time all meats were tender seasoned and brought to life by their salsa. I work down the street so will definitely be a regular!

Food is good. Service is great. But all of a sudden their online ordering isnt letting me place orders anymore. It always says schedule for tomorrow. I only get 30min for lunch, so if i cant order ahead of time, then Ill be late to work by the time my food comes out.

I use to eat here weekly as the food was so consistently great but for some reason everything has gone down hill recently. I use to love their birria tacos but now they are average at best. Even the agua Fresca was watered down. It was once worth the $20 or so price but definitely not anymore. They ve improved the area surrounding the food truck which is great but at the same time they ve ruined the quality of the food which is a shame because that s the reason we came there. Unfortunately, I ll be going elsewhere from now on.

After reading the dead reviews I had to come check out the birria tacos!! I hate to leave such a negative review since so many people love this place but the tacos werent any good. Greasy, very soggy and the consume was literally HALF grease.. usually the grease is skimmed to fry the tacos with and were left with the broth to dip and drink. The meat was plain , Ive never experienced that with birria:/ perhaps I ordered the wrong item considering the raving reviews before mine but if youre looking for authentic birria, Im sorry this isnt it. *** Update..I came back with a friend who assured me that even though the birria isnt the greatest here, theres many other great options. So I agreed to give it another try. The carne asada tacos are very good. I even came back two additional times. I will say they dont seem to care much when they either miss it ingredients such as avocados or when theres a huge piece of their rubber/latex gloves cooked into your tortilla When I called they were friendly and apologized and kind of made a statement that it happens since they use gloves lol.. thats not okay. Anyhow I brought the tortillas that had black gloves cooked into them and asked for a refund. They seemed bothered but thats okay. I absolutely will not return.. my standard of food WITHOUT latex in it is too high I guess

I love coming here for food since we found them, our usual order is quesabirrias and the milanesa plate for my husband. We have also tried tamales they were good but too spicy for me and also recently I also ordered the fish plate that was delicious. And all at a good price. 10/10 recommended. Parking: The parking spot is in a piece of land on the right side of the food truck, you can not park on the area where the food truck is but there is always plenty often space

EVERY time Im anywhere near I make CERTAIN to make a stop at this restaurant/truck! Food is always fresh and BURSTING with flavor!! Super friendly helpful service too! This spot is a gem. I got two types of tacos which were al pastor and the one with carne mixed with nopales. - I will say that this place is a little pricey at 3.50 cents a taco. I spent over 16 dollars for four tacos and no drink. - the food was GOOD. You will get asked if you want corn or flour tortillas. I went for the corn and these suckers are handmade! The tortilla is sturdy and not too thick. They come with a nice amount of onion and cilantro. It would be nice to have a couple of more like wedges and perhaps one more potato thrown in there. Once I bit into this taco, the flavor was all there and the taco was piping hot! Yes, I do feel it s a tad pricey, but these tacos are not small by any means! - I am excited to come back as the menu is extensive and I am so curious about the breakfast, platters, and quesa birria. - the food truck is colorful and an easy place to find. It has a covering so you are not in the sun as you wait to order. There are a few tables with umbrellas and several patio chairs that you can sit in as you wait for your order. They take cash or card and give you one of those little beeper discs to notify you when your order is ready. Overall, I do recommend you visit this small business and enjoy some delicious, fresh food!

Ordered 8 tacos, lengua, carnitas, barbacoa and Al pastor. All of them were absolutely terrible! The Agua Frescas were just awful. Never coming back. Reply to owner: the meat tastes old and tough to bite into. I had to pray not to get sick from it. The flavors are off too like it s not seasoned enough. The Agua frescas taste like they ve been in an unwashed plastic container all day.

Me and my husband were excited to come here yesterday afternoon based on all the reviews but it just didnt hit for us. We got 2 orders of the pastor street tacos, rice, beans and the watermelon agua fresca. The pastor wasnt flavorful and there was way way too much gristle. Like fat and gristle made up 50% of the taco. Just not well trimmed at all. The rice was ok, beans were good and the watermelon aqua fresca was delicious! We spent about $40 for food we barely picked through. We may try them one more time for good measure but not impressed so far.

The food was delicious! That was A1, now I m sure it was a misunderstanding, but I tipped 2$ on my receipt and then whenever it came out on my bank statement it said that I tipped 5$. It s not a lot of money, but I don t want to imagine that this is happening to multiple customers. If anyone else is experiencing this just be wary. After reading a couple other reviews it seems that this is an ongoing problem and has happened before. Edit: owner did respond, offered the money back, like I said a misunderstanding, we are all human

Solid spot, I ordered three tacos and turned out to be 11 something before tip. Not bad. Food was good and definitely good portion, only thing is I think I ordered the Al pastor but got something else. But then again it might just be my broken Spanish. I would encourage anyone to give it a visit if you are looking for something new.

A perfect idea of a taco truck. The food is fantastic. The Al Pastor is one of the best around by far. Corn tortillas are home made. The flour ones are tasty as well but Im not sure if they are home made. The Birria Tacos with the Consume is a nice touch and tasty while dipping them. Green and red salsas are both mild to medium level so it wont disturb your eating but still give that extra flavor. Im sooo happy this place is close to home. I will be back for more. We usually get breakfast tacos here on Sunday mornings. They are delicious and definitely some of my favorite. I brought home some regular carne asada tacos this weekend to try. Corn tortillas were fantastic and asada was flavorful. One thing though I was expecting small street tacos and they were much larger. Bonus though, since I ordered a bunch I had enough for dinner too! Closest you ll find to California/Baja California street tacos in Leander.

Im so happy to have Tacos Mana in my neighborhood! I have been here twice for breakfast and have been SO pleased with the food and the service. The second time I went they were happy to make a taco that wasnt on their menu -- (Migas breakfast taco with bacon and avocado) -- it was DELICIOUS! I also ordered a large side of their creamy green jalapeno salsa to have for the week -- its the perfect amount of heat and delicious on everything... They served me very well here at this place. The girl who takes the orders and charges was very friendly. After ordering, they give you a token that vibrates to let you know that your order is ready to pick up at the window for takeout or dine-in. This is very well thought out, because it avoids confusion with the orders. Now to the chili with the food. They have a wide variety of tacos and other things. The tacos I tried were very good. I was satisfied. And as usual, of course a freshly prepared Mate made them very good company. Just as you see. I think I already found my favorite location for the taquiza here in the neighborhood. This food truck being so close to our house is a blessing and a curse, but definitely more of a blessing. So far everything my wife and I have had from here has been awesome, but my favorite thing I ve had so far is their gordita with picadillo in it. It s so good! And their green sauce is fire! Great taco truck! Stopped by to try this truck for the first time today and was very pleased. Got the beef fajita and quesa birria tacos, both fantastic, along with their guacamole and salsas. Decided to try this place out, with a really good location and fast service I was able to get dinner in under 8 mins. The customer service was really good and the selection of food was enormous. I had to narrow down what I wanted but now I have to go back and try everything out. The quesa birria is what I chose and it was pretty good a lot of flavor. If you want tacos in the area go ahead and give this truck a try!

Fantastic tacos! We got the fajita, pastor, chicharon, and birria tacos! All of the salsas were also very flavorful, but not overwhelmingly spicey. Cant wait to go back!
