I had a great experience for my first time! My family and I came in for a late night dinner, everything was fresh, the employees were super friendly and patient with us as we asked many questions, Kim was especially nice and carried every response with a warm and welcoming smile. I prefer this location over all the others. Staff is very friendly and its almost always very clean. My only suggestion is working on keeping the building cooler. Each time I come its very muggy/humid inside. Vegetarian options: Lots of veg and vegan options. Dietary restrictions: Great for keto and bariatric diets. Parking: Tons of parking. Kid-friendliness: Cant go wrong with chicken and rice and pitas. My little loves the cucumber mint water.

Got a bowl for takeout and it was awful. I got the smallest, Chipotle-level servings, the bowl was barely half-full. The lentils were not cooked and were like hard little pebbles mixed into every bite. They also forgot my pita which I like to dip in the garlic sauce, partially my fault since I didn t check before leaving.

This Cava location is my absolute favorite. I find myself returning here regularly after workouts or games. The food is both delicious and healthy, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The customer service is top-notch and always accommodating. The manager, Steely, is fantastic he leads by example and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. Even when I arrived just minutes before closing, he and his team were incredibly patient and friendly. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection.

Fast, convenient, and delicious, Cava offers build your own or a few set menu items to dine on. I usually select from the menu since I dont know how to order, and it is easier. However, the staff is patient and will answer any questions you may have. The bathrooms are clean and gender neutral. This Cava has both indoor and outdoor seating. There are also plenty of shared parking spaces.

Decided to try this place because they had a lot of vegetarian options. I ordered online and The food was good, but I m not sure why they don t fill the bowl at least more than half full. We also ordered a wrap and a kids meal, which included a drink as well as Hummus and chips. Again very small portion of hummus even for a child. it s not as if they don t charge $12 per item so they should really not try to skimp out on the amount of food they serve. I also noticed that, although you can customize, they don t follow any directions from the customization. Not sure if I would order online again. Hopefully it will be different if I go in.

First time here I got just the classic Greek bowl. It was very good, but I dont eat Greek food very much so I dont really have anything to compare it to. The place was very crowded, enough so that they ran out of seating and many people had to sit outside where it was very hot. But so many people also are a sign that it must be good. Anyway I will be coming back to try something else.

I recently visited Cava and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received from Tristen, who was working the counter. Its not often that you encounter such genuine hospitality in a fast food setting, but Tristen stood out for all the right reasons. Despite the fast-paced environment, he was calm, efficient, and incredibly friendly. He greeted me with a smile and took my order with care, making sure to get everything right the first time. Overall, Tristens excellent service made a routine fast food stop feel much more enjoyable. His positive attitude and attention to detail made a big difference, and Ill definitely be returning to this location thanks to his outstanding service. Worst cava experience I ve ever had There was a tall associate behind the counter tonight who just did not want to be there. Her attitude was wild. She told our cashier something along the lines of stop talking to me like I m one of your children and all the cashier did was direct the associate on how to wrap my pita appropriately. Cava is one of my favorite healthy, fast casual restaurants. The service is always efficient. The line seems to always be fairly long but they move it along very quickly. The staff is friendly and effective at their jobs. The food is always very fresh and I like that they have so many options. My personal favorite is that you can get a salad that is a variety of greens or the right rice. I feel like you get the most for your money if you opt for a bowl over anything else. Food and staff are excellent. Prices are reasonable for the meals and what you get. Facilities were very clean, which is rare these days. The chicken avocado pita is huge, enough food to feed a 220 pound man. The actual parking lot/shopping center to get there is pure chaos though, so drive with extreme caution. This is not the restaurant s fault, just warning you in advance. Cedar Park drivers are kamikaze pilots with zero spatial awareness

I recently moved nearby, and this was my first time going to this location. I was disappointed with the service. I order a kids meal because I can not eat the larger portion and do not like leftovers. I wanted additional veggies, and the staff would not allow that. Ordered takeout. Arrived on time but order was not on pickup shelf. I waited a month then went to counter and asked for order. Clerk found it immediately and said we just had multiple orders stolen tonight. Anyhow, I had a great bowl which I enjoy with Black lentil but I added white rice which was not streamed like you would find at PF Changs. It was more gummy. The bigger issue I had was ordering with lamb in addition to chicken. I should have stuck with Black lentil and chicken as the lamb to you too lamby for me. My girl had a salad bowl and no complaints. Blonde brownie is on the tiny side.

Cedar park CAVA is one of my favorite place to get healthy and delicious food. I always get Greek salad or pita. I disagree with comments where people complain about the portion size and prices. I work in a food industry, and I know that the quality of ingredients at CAVA is very high. They use high-quality veggies and meat. Overall, Mediterranean food is considered to be one of the healthiest, and CAVA makes it super delicious. So if someone is complaining about the prices they probably should go to a junk food restaurant and get something cheap. I give 5 stars for the food and the service at Cedar Park CAVA because the restaurant is always clean, the staff is super nice and the food is very delicious. Parking: Sometimes the front might be busy but there is plenty of space on the other side of the restaurant. Never had issues with finding parking Kid-friendliness: I always see small kids enjoying food with their parents.

After long days of working traumatizing doubles, cava is the only thing that keeps me going. Just the thought of getting the privilege to chow down cava at the end of the night allows me to do much better at my job. Hello all. I have been to cava almost every day. Rain or shine, snow days, hot summer day, Mother s Day, busy days, and day I was only customer. I estimate I spend 1800 per year at this location on my frequent kids meal NO PITA (my taste), saffron rice, lettuce, tomato onion, lemon herb tahini, red pepper hummus, chips and the cucumber mint lime drink (my taste) Every day I come here I forger my problems . Occasionally redeeming reward with the app and munching on some fire food. The service is incredible and i build lifelong bonds with the employees. Shout out to Kent, and chad , and there s a little one whose name i cant remember. Its a verb . Run? Pursue? Follow??? I can t remember. Something like tha Please visit cava. I don t normally write reviews but when you ve given a location two chances and both times they disappoint it s time to write a review. My first time we went there were 4 people behind the counter and we weren t given service until about 5-6 minutes later (no they were not busy doing anything). The portions were VERY skimpy/small compared to when we d visited the Georgetown location prior. Their attitude was not great either. Fast forward about 2 months maybe, I took my grandmother in to give them a second chance. Again the portions were VERY skimpy/small compared to when we d visit Georgetown. This time the attitude was not any better. There were only 3 customers already sitting down and eating so it was only me and my grandmother ordering. They were very impatient with her (her first time so she didn t know what she wanted and was looking at her options) and rushing her to make a decision. She was not taking all day, maybe 30 seconds at each station. Needless to say I do not recommend this location. Yall should go try out Georgetown, good portions for your money and VERY positive and friendly!

I ordered food on 3/1 the order was wrong, it happens. They offered a free peta sandwich, way more than expected and appreciated. But the replacement sandwich was trash. Several ingredients were burned beyond a crisp and should have never been served to a customer.

Food is always great plenty of food options to choose however service could be quicker. I visited o er there this valentine to have lunch but found a big queue moving very slowly...otherwise food is best.

Was doing uber and asked where to pick up and the guy silently gestured across the room with a dreadfully awkward silence that was super weird. Maybe it was his first day but even then why make me feel weird or out of place for delivering your companies food?

My girlfriend and i decided to try this place for the 1st time (as one of our weekly after church luncheons) and both thought the food presented did not look very fresh but agreed wed try it anyway. We both then concluded the same after eating and decided wed not try it again. The staff was great, tho! Very helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. :)

Phenomenal. May have found a new favorite. I ve been to a cava in Los Angeles, this one is just as good. The employee (I forgot his name) was super nice and kindly reminded me how to construct a bowl and even recommended some ingredients. Really fresh and tasty!

Food great. reason for 3 star is hard to figure out what to order, hard to figure out what you are paying and girl fixing mine was whispering when talking to me.. I realize I dont hear as well as a teenager, but I asked he to speak up 3 times. Someone else started helping me.

I will not be returning to this location. Portions are small. Service was just okay. I asked the guy behind the register if I could have fresh pita chips he assured me they were fresh and they were not. Other locations have no problem with accommodating when ask I them to drop fresh ones. Very disappointed especially with everything being overpriced.

I have been a very regular customer to this cava. Recently I have noticed the food quality and service is going downhill. Today I took a togo for vegetable pit and bowl and the falafels were as hard as a stone to eat. The person preparing the pita and bowl put no efforts in preparation. I am really disappointed. Hope this review brings attention to the management and some actions are taken.

Food tad bit salty. I believe its how the cuisine is. People serving were very kind and explained as we needed vegeterian options. I would definitely go back to Cava to enjoy food there.
