Scheduled a video visit back in June and August was the ONLY appt they had available for an established patient. Imagine how long the wait would be for new patients! So we had to wait TWO MONTHS just to get an appointment to go over blood work that had multiple results out of range and concerning. And they wont talk to you without an appointment. Got a call 10 minutes before the appointment saying Dr. _____ doesnt do video visits. So after numerous email, text and app notifications confirming this appt. you only NOW inform the patient (whos been waiting months for this appointment) that this doctor doesnt do these and that the scheduler must have made a mistake? So dysfunctional and they dont really seem to care! Luckily we found a different doctor weve seen in the past (for second opinions) thats not a part of Baylor Scott and White so thats where well go from here on out.

I had a great first experience with this clinic, but trying to get a follow up has been difficult. My original appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen - after I had left work and taken sick time. Not going to get that back now and the next appointment available is not for almost another month. That is unacceptable to me.

Clinical staff along with incompetent office staff do not care they can be rude. My granddaughter went to 6 MD s 2 specialists had her family thinking she was dying. Went to Baylor Scott & White ER she was tested for mononucleosis and it came back positive. She a teenager. HELLO!! No one thought to test for that. Baylor Scott & White did!!!! Love this place. I ve been to the Round Rock clinic, the Cedar Park clinic and PT, they are the best. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I had another appointment with Dr. Williams today. Once again, she was informative, a good listener and very personable. I have been seeing her for over a year now and every encounter is always positive. She is extremely knowledgeable about my health issues and provides extremely helpful information about how to address them. I also want to recognize her awesome staff. Ian, Dianne and Sheetal are all very professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone who is experiencing Endocrine issues. Linda Moore

Billing is fraudulent! Avoid this clinic by all means! My wife visited a walk-in clinic in Cedar Park for a primary care/office visit on Jan 05. Recently, we received a bill where they billed the same day in Round Rock clinic an impatient visit and in OP Cedar Park Urgent care an outpatient visit. First of all, we have never been in Round Rock BSW clinic at all! I have no idea where this came from! Secondly, nobody said that a walk-in clinic visit will be claimed as urgent care! As a result, I have to pay $244 for one 20min visit!??

Clean and well-organized. I like Baylor Scott and White so far.. very friendly staff and the ease of reaching people by phone is awesome. The app and options are something new to me too. The only downside is being restricted to BSW, unless you want to go out of network but that s not such a big deal.

BEWARE DO NOT go into this Baylor Scott & White clinic they are fraudulent. We took our son in for a small cut that did not require stitches. Then the bill came for $1,586.93 + $464 = $2,050.93 they charged us for an emergency room and specialty room observation. We were in and out in 20 minutes ridiculous that is legal in Texas. Where is our consumer protection? Confirmed with the customer service, this is in fact a Bait and Switch emergency room. They tell you it is an urgent care clinic when you go in and bill you the $50 co-pay and it is not until you get the bill that they hit you with the full emergency room charges. FRAUDULENT I would give it negative starts if it was possible

Had a scary lump in my testicle. Was told by my BSW doctor to schedule an ultrasound. I called radiology. With insurance, I was quoted: a scan within 4 days would cost $1800 a scan within 1 week would cost $1200 a scan within 2 weeks would cost $800 I understand the cost of expedience, but the price changed every time I asked or rescheduled. Advice: get a referral from you doctor for an independent imaging company. I went to touchstone medical - got a scan within the week for $650.

The manager Elizabeth at the front desk is an angel but Dr Williams is negligent, careless and lacks basic knowledge of her specialty. She is the worst medical provider I have ever encountered. How she has a license is beyond me. Do NOT go to her for anything. Having to contact legal because how bad she has misdiagnosed and caused personal injury. AVOID her at all cost.

I went into the urgent care around noon, sat down and was told there would be an hour and 20 min wait. After about 15 min of waiting, a nurse came out and told me that all the doctors would be taking a lunch break until 2pm and to come back then. Never in my life have I been told to leave an urgent care so that all the doctors could go out to lunch. Unprofessional and wrong.

Had an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Leininger Nicholson, at 10:15 on May 31, 2023. I thought my appointment was at 11:15. I did E-checked in on line around 10:00 and realized that my appointment was at 10:15. I arrived at 10:25 and waited in line for 5 minutes and then I was told to go to the second floor to see my doctor. I reached the reception at 10:30 and the receptionist was really rude and told me that I was really late and we have instruction by Doctor not to take late patient. I waited 5 month to have this appointment and was recommended by receptionist to wait another 4 month to have another appointment. I did not agree for sure. Normally prior to the appointment I receive a reminder call from you guys but this time I did not. I was not treated very well by untrained receptionist after being loyal to Baylor and Scott and very disappointed. I don t really recommend this dermatologist that was chosen for me.

The physical therapist that I was working with, Jessica Stringfellow, was very competent and effective at finding therapies and exercises that quickly stabilized and strengthened my back and gave me confidence to get back to daily activities and physical fitness which I had been avoiding. She was able to find my limits and push me to them while avoiding additional injury. I felt very comfortable under her direction and care, even when she was multitasking with more than one patient.

I have been coming to Baylor Scott and white since I was born. I recently had shoulder surgery and have started physical therapy and I have an amazing therapist and his name is Tim! I love how Honest he is and instead of just saying to not do something regarding my shoulder and how to stay safe with it from here on out, he explains why and shows me too with a model. I m a very visual person so it really helps and tells he knows what he is talking about and that he cares. He is having me do exercises that instead of them hurting, they actually feel good and he doesn t push me too hard but enough to where, after only two sessions, I m already noticing some differences and movement coming back to me. I definitely give him a 10 out of 10 and if your looking for honesty and someone who cares and wants you to get better, he s the person to go to! Overall, their physical therapy center is amazing and have a bunch of well trained physical therapists to go to.

This billing department is extremely difficult to work with. They are charging me for preventative care labs that my insurance covers in full. Doctor Jasmine Kim initially mistakenly put my annual visit down as an office visit so the billing department refuses to correct it even after the visit has been updated to an annual visit. Dr. Kim is also no help, she just has to make a statement to clear this miscommunication up of why she ordered the labs for me, and just ignores me. Ended up having to pay in full. Would not recommend this doctor or facility.

Husband returned from out of town trip feeling bad. Very congested with bad cough. Went to clinic to be tested for flu, covid, sinus infection, etc... Nurse PA saw him, did swabs and said will call you tomorrow with results and meds needed. 2 days later.... Best ER in Cedar Park for sure!! Sick with cough, bad asthma and a cold. Went the day before to Leander ER and was given a breathing treatment and released. Next day even sicker went to Baylor Scott and White. They took blood, did a chest X-ray, breathing treatment. Blood test showed marker for blood clot ( which Ive had before) so a cat scan with contrast was performed. Also received antibiotics and steroids for the asthma. Dr Peter Richerson was wonderful, caring and super thorough. I have had some bad experiences with Cedar Park health care but this ER was above and beyond the best care I ve received here in Cedar Park! Cissy Closson

Was referred to come here by my health insurance for the diagnosis of issues with an elbow. Took a min to find first available, but thats almost a given. Got a call _four_ days prior AND a text message asking to show up 15 min earlier. I did. To find out that my consultant requires a same day x-ray, and, unfortunately, the machine broke down, SOMETIME LAST WEEK and I have to reschedule to the Round Rock location. Of course, no openings today, but Nov 1st is the first to grab. I beg you pardon? So, you are telling me that nobody cared to notify ALL the patients who _possibly_ may need and x-ray IN ADVANCE? Your apology is not replacing a sick leave i had to take to come here. Watch out for not just gaps but ravines in communication at this healthcare establishment.

I have been to physical therapists before and was nervous this time after having a torn labrum in my hip. I was quite amazed at my PT, Tyler . He paid attention to all the wrong things I was doing and showed me how to correct them so I could manage the pain and strengthen the muscles around my knee and hip. If I do end up having a hip replacement, I hope I can continue with Tyler as my therapist. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

My wife came in on a Saturday to be treated for severe jaw pain and a rash on her elbow. The Dr assumed my wife was there for pain pills and wasnt treated properly. She doesnt even take pain pills they make her sick. The Dr shouldnt assume everyone is there for pain pills. Im sure they get alot of people looking for pain pills but wife DEFINITELY isnt one of those people. It hurt my wifes feelings and says she will never go back there.

I later got billed $220 because my blood test wasn t in the insurance time frame to be considered part of the annual exam. Very bad customer service with their personnel at Doctor Waldrons office and overall clinic response. They requested very expensive tests but failing to do anything about it and follow up with the test clinics. We have to go back and forth, as a result of misinformations and now after the tests were done we never heard from Dr. Waldrons office. We have to follow up with them and call back and forth to verify what is the status of everything. We follow up ourselves if they have the test and what is happening with the results. We were given different information on what is happening with our medicals.

I was a patient in Spring 2022. I did a teleconference call that lasted about 5 minutes - with the doctor running about a half hour behind the appointment time. On that day I paid $25.00 as my insurance directed. I just received another bill for $120.00 this month. I inquired what the bill was about because there was not a clear description - it said Clinic-General Classification. I was shocked when the Customer Service rep told me that it was for the facility use. I stated that I never went to the facility that day and it was just a teleconference that was very short. I was told the bill was for the use of the laptop and room for the teleconference! Please note the bill without insurance would have been $240.00! For less than five minutes! I will find another doctor as apparently for billing excessive fees is more important than a patients health. Im saddened and disappointed.

OVERCHARGING! I was scheduled for a basic CT scan and they tried to charge me $993.69 for the procedure and nothing else. The exact same exam at ARA was $566.87. This is unethical! Absolutely terrible deceitful organization. RUN at all costs. Daughter had a minor issue and was told within 10 min of entering the emergency clinic that there was nothing the team could do. I got billed more than an entire pregnancy for 10 min with zero help. Then the organization relayed that they would clear all egregious charges over a year ago to only start receiving bills in the mail a year later. An individual named RANDY called me several times assuring everything was taken care of and that the chargers were bogus. I find out a year later he suddenly reversed his decision and I started receiving bills again. With no call back after several attempts. Terrible shady organization.

I had to take my wife there a few days ago for lower abdominal pain and the doctor who saw her was Kenneth Ryan corley. He was absolutely terrible he started off by walking in and saying hey look out first victim of this night then a few hours later my wife left crying her eyes out because he refused her of any kind of pain medicine. What ever he did give her she had a horrible reaction to and threw up three times in a two mile drive home, he did not give referrals to a specialist and when my wife asked for a ultrasound he said word for word this isn t whataburger you can t have it your way. I have taken pics of your stomach I don t need to waste other resources.. he is a horrible doctor and would never recommend seeing him. If you do get him ask for a different person or leave. He is not helpful in the slightest If I could do a negative star I would. This place is a zero out of 10

My brother has crohns and has been waiting and waiting for an appointment, we have called and called only to be given the run around and rescheduled due to incorrect scheduling on the call centers end. I would not suggest this hospital or any of its affiliates for a dead grasshopper. The absolute worst!

Highly non recommended. Overcharging customers. They charge which which you havent heard off. First time patient registration 288.87$ & doctors charges 322$. Total 610.87$ for writing prescription. For heavens sake with insurance it down to 315$. Wellness exam without any test or blood report they are asking this. This is all scam, simple response from billing, you should have taken estimate which is always customer fault. Since last several years visited lot of medical facility but nobody charge me unnecessary. Highly disappointed, dissatisfied & disgruntled. They lost me & definitely not recommended to anybody.

This is such a convenient place to go to for urgent care needs. The Dr. soobin kim said we don t need to worry about the inspection bill because it would be covered with the insurance company but we received multiple bills totaling around 600 dollars. Brittany Chesser is an amazing lymphedema therapist. I was referred to her by my oncologist for therapy 4 years after my bilateral mastectomy, for help with lymphedema in my arms & torso. I was amazed at the relief I felt after just one therapy session. I am still in shock about my encounter with the front desk and dr Williams today. I ve been a loyal patient since I Move to Texas. I am never late or missed appointments. I have referred friends to dr William who are all type one diabetics. I had a appointment today for this morning and a couple weeks ago they called and asked if I could come at 1 o clock instead of my original time. I agreed and showed up for my appointment today. When I got to the front desk they were confused and said that I didn t have an appointment. I drive 30 minutes for my appointments plus I have to get childcare in order to come. I asked if there was anyway that I could be seen because I have been called and they had canceled my original appointment and asked if I could come at 1:00 instead. They took 20 minutes until they were able to give me an answer and the answer was that she would try to see me in between appointments but doesn t know how long of time she would be able to spend with me. I told them that I am fine if she only can see me for a few minutes I literally just have to come up for insurance purposes in order to get my prescription. I m a type one diabetic and in order to get my prescriptions I have to have a doctor sign off on them. I asked how long I would have to be waiting because I had to hire someone to watch my children while I was at my appointment. They said that they would not be able to give me a time and I will just have to sit and wait. I told him that I couldn t just sit and wait around all day and that will no longer be a patient of Baylor Scott and white.

Went to get treated for a sinus infection (tested negative for COVID that morning). BS&W would not allow me into the facility due to a cough. I was instructed to park along the side of the building and told that a dr would come out to treat me. They called me as I sat in their designated area instead of coming out for in person treatment. Because they called me on the phone I was charged $128 above my copayment (turned into telemedicine) . I wonder if I had been sitting in their treatment room (instead of a designated parking area) would they still call me on the phone and call it telemedicine to sponge more process charges out of me? Crisis profiteering? Definitely not the first billing issue I ve seen with BS&W. Expect unexpected charges. The billing compliant department they ll pass you to admits that they bill differently than peer companies.

I am S&W on Whitestone having a good laugh. The new speaker sitting on the window ledge is hilarious. The young lady at the foyer and her male buddy ask you to listen and answer questions about covid. I am asking them more questions -I would introduce the new system with more enthusiasm. Also when a person is answering the questions I would put my phone down and either listen or view a head going north or south. This will prevent a sick person from entering. My suggestions.

I am a newer and very happy patient. I see Dr. Jasmine S Kim, but everyone there is very nice, from the Covid screeners to the x-ray tech to the receptionists to the nurses and MAs. I love how easy to use the online portal is. If you need a pcp, please try them out. Coming here as an overweight person, I was never spoken poorly to or admonished or made to feel bad about that. I am so disappointed with the care and billing practices of BS&W. I m leaving after being a 25 year Baylor family. I have a $30 co-pay and received a $130 bill for a facility charge when I did a video conference. After half a dozen phone calls and no one ever calling me back I called billing and asked for an exact fee amount before my next visit, again I was told $30 and again received a $130 bill. No one cares, no one will re turn my calls. I have cancer and receive care from multiple Doctors and health systems and no one does this but Baylor. I ve tried through email, phone calls and internet to get my Covid vaccine as a 1b patient and no one, including my Doctor at Baylor would even tell me I was on the list or help me. I finally went to ARC right across the street, have a wonderful Doctor who got me vaccinated and told me he s heard from many people about the outrageous, bogus facility fee charge they won t tell you about even if you ask exactly how much will you be charged for your visit! Lost a whole family after 25 years Baylor! I would say the care a less, but I hate to use the word care and Baylor Scott & White in the same sentence!

My husband make appointment with podiatrist, I got email showing appointment information, who ever send this email provided wrong address instead 910 send 901. Because am driving around I lost 10 min, and bring my kid to appointment 10 min late. I explained at the front desk its not my fault. But lady told me I have to seat and wait for 2+ hours. We walk out, am very disappointed. I took my kid out from school i lost my work hours. We never go to this place again. If you make an appointment here, make sure you check your insurance for THAT SPECIFIC DOCTOR! My insurance says I can go to this clinic but then they will have Drs with crazy credentials. It s taken over a month to fix the wrong way their front staff input a Drs credentials, charging me more than I ve ever been charged since going here for years. It shouldn t be that difficult to fix a mess up.

My wife and I been S&W patients for 15 years. She has reactions to the air in this area of the country and periodically gets a respiratory illness. Sometimes we can get into our regular S&W physician but sometimes not. We came here today when she could hardly breathe for coughing and have been sitting in the car now for an hour (I called ahead and was told to go ahead and bring her). The exam is conducted in the parking lot. We will end up getting what we need but I feel like I could have gone to any clinic and been treated better. I understand that we have some issues with the pandemic but this is a temporary solution to a permanent problem. I would expect S&W to step it up and have a much more professional solution. Follow-up: Scott and White contacted me and are taking my input seriously, all I can ask.

Great doctors, but billing has been TERRIBLE. I took a gamble selecting BSW based on the reviews noting billing issues, and I regret the decision. Ive never had as many issues trying to get insurance resolved as we have with this place. Weve made numerous phone calls back and forth over the last 4 months and were still getting bills in the mail. We have already switched to another healthcare provider and have had zero issues since.

Troy Winard has been my Physical Therapist for at 15 years. I would give NO STAR if I could. This place is very creative when it comes to scamming and wrongly billing patients. Doctors are under pressure from their business leaders it seems, to generate more revenue at any cost. Even when you have no health issues and go here for annual physical, covered 100% by your insurance, doctor will talk to you about anything in your annual blood report (ordered for the annual physical), and then say You discussed outside the scope of annual physical. There is no prescription involved here either. The billing department will CODE your visit such that they get full insurance money and then some from you. Doctors here have turned into salesmen, avoid the place.

This place is a rip-off. Absolutely shop around and avoid this place. They will make you to do multiple visits when they can take care of you in just one visit. And of course, they bill you doctor visit AND the facility fee for every visit. My daughters doctor ORDERED a pressure test at this place to check if her ear tubes were still working. And guess what! This place cost us 3 visit to just check on the ear tubes, and of course, they happily billed us 3 times for the facility charge. They dont care how much time to waste of you, but they do care how much money they could knock out of you! The first time, we came in and the pressure test cant be done because the room wasnt available. COME ON!! We came in because the pressure test was ORDERED and SCHEDULED, and now you tell me it is not available and still bill me for doctor visit + facility fee???? Second visit, we made the pressure test and then was told we need to come back another day to speak with the doctor for the result because the doctor worked at another location on that day. WHAT???? So you know the doctor isnt at the location on that day, but let us come in for the test so that you can have us to come back again??? And again, doctor visit + facility fee for the test was CHARGED! Third visit, we finally got to see the doctor and was told we should come for a follow-up three month later. No and farewell. Doctor visit + facility fee was CHARGED for the third time and thank GOD that this is over! Doctor visit + facility fee was CHARGED three times! We worked with other ENT doctors in the past two years. NEVER had to make 3 visits to just get a pressure test for ear tubes. We will not come back to this place who billed us for three visits when the exam can be completed in just one visit.
