Our company hired a cleaning company focussing on the price, it was the cheapest we found, in the end the work was terrible, the management worst, this happened week after week. We decided to pay a little more and hire Jani King. The difference is huge, the attention and service are worth it

We have been using Jani-King for about a year and a half now. Linda is our OPs Manager contact at Jani-King and she was a tremendous help when we moved office locations recently. Moving can be very stressful, so I was impressed at how accommodating she, Roberto and his crew were by being available at a moment s notice to help clean both buildings simultaneously. They made that part of moving painless, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Roberto and his crew do such an amazing job making sure everything is clean and tidy. He is very responsive and always has a great attitude. You should absolutely request them to be your next cleaning crew.

This company has been bombarding me with relentless robocalls for the past 10 years, despite my repeated requests for them to stop. As a business owner, I ve blocked countless numbers, reported them to the FCC, and spoken to their representatives, all to no avail. This is the most persistent and invasive pest I ve faced in 25 years of running my own business. Their behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Dennis stop harassing ALL businesses. No one wants your robo-calls from spoofed phone numbers hundreds of times. I pleaded with Claire, your person this morning to remove me, BUT she hung up on me! Stop Robocalling people and wasting time.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by Jani King Austin. They came to our business location, provided a scope of work along with a quote. They arrived to complete the work, missed several items/areas, came back next day to try again, AGAIN missed quite a few areas. Sales person came by to take photos after 2nd try, agreed that it was incomplete, and they now refuse to take any dollar amount off of invoice as a discount for the incomplete work and claim that ALL work was complete that was noted on the original scope of work. For a job that cost nearly $2000, I would have expected higher level of customer service, professionalism and quality. Would not recommend.

These people call my office at least once per week. We have told them repeatedly that we are not interested, but the unsolicited phone calls will not stop. When we decide to use a cleaning service, I can promise you it will not be Jani-King. If a business tells you to stop, then ignores your repeated call after call after call, stop calling them--THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED!!!!!!!!!!
