The new location is much nicer, bigger, and it looks like they got some new equipment as their old stuff was getting a bit worn and run down. We went with some friends and kids ranging from 2-5 years old and they all stayed busy and had a great time for 2+ hours! The staff was friendly, they have tables to eat at, and quality play toys and structures. You can see the kids from inside the large room or in the hall through a window, lots of natural light, and there are quite a few rooms that cater to birthday parties, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, etc that seem to be a big improvement from the last location. They are still finishing up their move to this location, but hopefully will be finished up soon! Good place to take the littles for sure!

So disappointed. Closest little land is in Georgetown and they are super nice. Still look new. Large facility Newer equipment. So busy every time I come, so I was sad to hear they only open weekends. So I tried this location (cedar park) and it was so sadly run down, equipment so worn or broken. I will not be back unfortunately.

Ive taken my son here for the last two years since he was one and it was the best place for him to grow and develop his motor skills. It put my mind at ease because almost everything is padded. It is such a wonderful place to meet other parents too! Ive made some wonderful friendships here and it is also a great place for playdates. Safe for the kids to run around and explore while getting some adult time with my other mom friends. Nice clean atmosphere. The staff is super friendly. Special shoutout to Alison who goes above and beyond with the kindest customer service!

I want to start out by saying this review is not a reflection on any of the therapists we ve seen at LL Cedar Park, as their knowledge and expertise has been amazing. The front desk staff has always been kind and courteous. Our issue lies with billing and some untruthful practices of the back end staff. I ll start out by saying we started at Little Land Leander, in which we have absolutely no problems with. It wasn t until we were forced to move to Cedar Park after Leander shut down is when the problems started. With LL Leander our agreement for insurance co-pay when we started was $20 per visit as per our insurance benefits. Which we paid each time without a problem. This also seemed to be fine when we transferred to Cedar Park and did an entire months worth of visits. Then, our updated HSA cards were lost in the mail and the old card had expired, we requested a replacement set, in doing so LL CP was kind enough to hold the co-pay for two sessions until and updated card was received. This is where the problems started. My husband discovered that we were being double billed. Which we assumed was an oversight. So I politely brought it up to the front desk and they were sweet enough to gather all of the information to submit to billing to get it corrected. Our next appointment there was no resolution and we were told that Little Land Leander made a mistake when doing our insurance and we should be paying $74 instead of $20. Without complaint we paid the $74 for the next month. So in hindsight they were double billing us on purpose. In January we received an email from the billing department that stated due to insurance changes our therapy services will be cut in half from 60 minutes to 30 minutes due to insurance not reimbursing for the full amount and they were doing their due diligence to work with the insurance company to get services restored to the full hour. Which didn t sit well with me for 2 reasons. 1. We pay our deductible out of pocket in full before insurance takes over any payments. 2. Our insurance policy didn t change this year with our employer. So I called the insurance company for clarification and they advised no changes have been made and the only payment they were receiving currently was what I was being billed for my co pay until the deductible was met. To which, I called LL and asked for clarification. At first I spoke with scheduling who advised it was just and issue with reimbursement from insurance. I explained to her that I pay my deductible out of pocket until it s met and I m the only one reimbursing them for the service. I then asked if they would continue to keep my child s full hour and if not, would they be reducing the copayment in half since they are cutting her time in half. She didn t have an answer and said she would get with her manager and get back to me. Update: I heard back today and was told that unfortunately that the sessions would be cut in half but not the payment. They could switch me to self pay which would be $100 a session. This place is a joke and has no interest in the care of its patients.

Update 02/2023 Called back water getting an email. Have my information and was told i would get a call back. Never did. Was resent a bill from an automated system i never used. This is really terrible service. My daughter went here over a year ago. 2021. We stopped going becauseof difficulties switching her insurance in the with the billing department. To be clear we never continued therapy after switching insurances in the new year because they kept going back and forth between two insurance billing workers in an email thread with me about which insurance i should use. I cancelled services, i informed the therapist kindly for my reasons. I havent heard anything in this past year, not a phone call or personal email. Then i get an automated message from a patient portal ive never used that i owe them 741 dollars that i do not owe. This is extremely wrong and unethical. Its been a year since services. The therapist was great, the billing and this company doesnt care about you.

Two stars for kind of a good place for babies and young toddler. Pretty small area for kids older than 3 I feel. My complains are: Not as clean as they claimed and I do believe their staff don t follow the same and consistent rules to clean the place. Every time I am there I see they didn t clean the place frequent enough. Some toys already on the floor or chew by babies were put back into box directly rather than the dirty bin. Last two time I took my baby there, every time there were sick kids with continuously loud cough. The staff heard it without any further research and any intervention. Not surprise my baby got sick every time after we went there for the past two times. I do want to see they improve at least make staffs follow consistent rules.

UPDATED REVIEW: We had a bumpy start with a delay in scheduling the start of the sessions due to ONE specific staff member who seemed to not really put a lot of effort. Since then, I have only dealt with much better and willing staff members and had my concerns addressed. My son is currently doing speech therapy sessions at this place and the speech therapists that we have seen are always cheerful, happy, pleasant and are very gentle with my shy 21 month son.

My four year old goes to little land for occupational and speech therapy. I highly recommend Little Land for both therapy and as a great play space option that is clean and fun. Everyone who works here is amazing. They are professional, supportive and knowledgeable in their jobs. We have gone other places for therapies where this was not the case. My daughter loves going here and she has grown so much in just a few weeks. I know it is because of the amazing people working here!

My favorite feature was the sand table with a projection image that reacted to elevation changes in the sand. The piles became mountains or oceans depending on the size. Obstacle course provided helmets and full body harnesses. The nefew got a party room for 1hr to eat and have cake.

Thinking about having your childs birthday party here??! Warning: DONT. We have visited here a handful of times with our now 11 month old, and weve enjoyed each visit up until they decided to change the layout of the baby zone. With these new changes, weve noticed a few things that have not been up to par: exposed electrical sockets, unfinished flooring, poor paint jobs and more. This lack of attention to detail screams a lack of concern and its bothersome. But, because my daughter enjoyed her time playing here, and they have play areas for a wide range of ages, I decided to book her 1st birthday party at this location; even with the eyesores mentioned. A standard birthday party for 12 kids is $299. They provide 2 pizzas, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, and goodie bags. You can bring outside food and drinks etc. Cool. I went on a tour of the rooms on two separate occasions, to scope out what we were working with. The first time we were shown the rooms, we were told that we could choose between the orange or the green room. I noticed that one of the rooms had a huge tv mounted on the wall-- I asked if we could use it for slideshow purposes. I was advised that the TV didnt work... So, we booked the green room, the one without the TV. Fast forward a few months-- Friday I took my baby to play and rechecked the new renovations that seemed rushed and unfinished to see if there was any improvement. The place still looked unfinished. While there, I took another tour of the green room I booked. The first thing I noticed walking into room was the heat. It was HOT inside of the green room. I mentioned it right away and was told there was no air conditioning in that room... Im sorry, what??? She said that because of the remodel, there was no air conditioning in the party rooms, but that I shouldnt worry because it doesnt get too hot and they usually bring in two floor fans to cool it down. Im sorry, WHAT??? I told her that this was a problem and that we had a party of over 20 guests coming... air conditioning is a requirement! She said that she would speak to the owners about it. After that disturbing tour and before we left, I talked to the staff again about the room and the air issue. A different staff member said we were shown the wrong room. The tour we went on was of the orange room-- he showed us the actual green room; it had the nonfunctional TV in it, but he told us it had air conditioning. We left feeling halfway relieved. The staff seemed confused and we have a milestone birthday party coming up in less than a month, for which we have family flying in from both sides for. I needed SOLID INFORMATION. I called the same day to discuss the room and air situation again. Over the phone, I was told that we were confirmed for the green room, but that it also didnt have air... but again, it doesnt get too hot and they could put in two floor fans. At this point I was livid. What kind of establishment allows PAYING CUSTOMERS to utilize an unfinished room with no air conditioning, and then have the audacity to justify it and think that putting floor fans in the room is a fix??? You mean to tell me that you think having over 20 people stuck in a hotbox, with floor fans in a room full of crawling babies, who are constantly pulling up on things, is ok?? That is a safety hazard!! Unacceptable. I called their corporate office and left a voice message to discus this-- I have not received a call back. Saturday I cancelled my babys birthday party and demanded our deposit back. This place is a money grab and we will not return.

Came hear about a year ago and thought it was pretty good, looked like they were growing and working to improve. Then came again today and felt like it had really gone down hill. It was really, really dirty and most of the toys/structures seemed terribly worn out. They try to a good job of appealing to a wide age range of kiddos, which is nice in theory... But it ends up seeming like they are trying to do too many different things, and doing none of it particularly well. Overall there are some fun things to do here, but its like a disorganized hodge podge. As if someone went to a bunch of garage sales looking to get everything that kids like and then just threw it all together without any thoughtfulness or planning. More than anything, the dirtiness really bothered me, especially in the area for babies. There were lots of stains and smears, little pieces of dirt/dust/hair collected in corners and crevices for little fingers to find, broken balls in the ballpit, and the overall condition which made me (albeit Im admittedly somewhat OCD) not want to let my 11 month old touch anything. In addition, apparently theres some DIY construction in this room and there are rough unfinished wood trim boards around the room/corners which are really sharp and splintery... Not exactly what you want in a room full of wobbly toddlers! Two stars for the effort, because I always appreciate someone trying to provide a fun place for kiddos to have active play. But some effort desperately needs to be put towards retiring the old/broken items, doing a major deep cleaning, and adding some semblance of organization and flow to the space.

You have to wear only socks and there was barely any dirt on my socks after two hours of walking all around. Staff was friendly and there were a lot of them. On March 20th I had an appointment here for an initial evaluation on my son, who was showing signs of torticollis. I was told by Natalie, who was the PT and absolutely fantastic, that it would take a week or two to get all the paperwork completed, confirmation from my doctor, and get everything settled with insurance. At this point she diagnosed him with torticollis and showed me a couple exercises to start trying at home in the meantime. Everything seemed great at that point! Towards the end of our evaluation my son began to get super fussy so I was all over the place and couldn t remember fully how to do the exercises she had shown so I called back a few days later, no response from the PT coordinator. Waited a few more days, got a response and she said they were still working on everything and that the PT would email me the exercises, ok fine. Fast forward to a week later, now almost two weeks after our appointment, and still no email and no response in regards to when we were going to start PT. Now I m getting slightly frustrated. I decided to look up my own exercises to try in the meantime. I waited another week because I didn t want to be that overwhelming person calling daily..... no answer so I left yet another message. Now it has been over three weeks and I have yet to get a call back to discuss starting PT and have never received and email with his diagnosis and exercises. I am beyond frustrated and just angry now. How unprofessional! At this point we have switched to a new PT and will never go back to Little Land. Hopefully their PT coordinator can get it together and they don t have this problem in the future.

This place has been a God-send! Hours of fun for my 3 year old little boy, whether your little one has special needs or not this place has great, safe equipment for them. My little boy does not like wearing costumes, but because there is always staff and kids around, he has been able to model playing appropriately with them and will on occasion WEAR A COSTUME!!! (see pics). I give so much credit to this place, the Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists have been invaluable to us, they have helped develop my little boys play schemas, imaginary and creative play. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

I just saw that my review didnt get uploaded along with my rating! And my review was for 4 stars not 2! Heres why it got 4 stars. Pros: Lots to do and a big area for kids in a dimly lit large space. There is space to sit around, which is great for parents who want to take a step back. Cons The bathroom was dirty. Not okay when kids and parents are in socks The staff in the front did not know any information about therapy and all I was asked to do was fill out a form. I get that she may not know everything, but the basic questions should have been answered. Everywhere we went, there were parents who were on their laptops or cellphones. I feel like it was geared towards adults more than children - like people could do work there and their kids just run around.

Great spot for toddlers! I have a 2 year old boy who loves playing here. There is room to sit and snack with your child between play periods and coffee to help parents keep up! Great pricing.

A kiddo play gym that prioritize cleanliness and safety that charges a reasonable admission fee. After 1.5 hrs of play at the end of the day, all of our socks are still clean. Thats a great sign! The extra therapy equipment are available for public use when the lessons are not in session. Highly recommended.

Inexpensive and fun way to spend quality time with your little ones! $5 per kid, and they didnt charge the adults. Great price, and fun things to do!

This place is fantastic for little ones. It isnt too crowded, the equipment is well spaced, and everything is relatively safe. Theyve added an extra room filled with what seems like every Doug and Melissa toy in production. I think theyre doing one more room beyond that, but Im not sure what will be in it, and it isnt done as of this review. I feel like the target age of this place is 2-3 years old, but they have a baby area and reduced prices for little ones, and 4 year olds would surely still have fun here. I really like that I dont have to keep my 2 year old off of anything, like I do at Catch Air or Jump Street. I also like that there usually arent older kids running around dangerously. My only complaint is the price seems a little high ($8.70 for my 2 year old, though there is a monthly membership available at $47), but my daughter loves it and it keeps her occupied for two hours, so its a great place to go when the weather isnt great, or meeting with friends.
