The atmosphere at this place is great. Me and my husband love this place. It s our go to. The new owners really turned things around with their service. Made a big difference in the whole vibe of the place and they are so friendly. The new staff is very quick. No wait time now. And the new staff is very knowledgeable about the food they serve. Would recommend this location to all. Their nutty bowl & dragon bowl is always great. Tried avocado toast and it was delicious. Their açaí Elixir and the temptation smoothie is our go to.

The food here was just perfect. What can I say if you come down order try the vitality acai bowl, I guarantee you they have the best acai bowl in and around the local area. I have yet to see another place that has acai bowls that good. Their smoothies are perfect. And if the owner is there, he will make sure you are served perfectly. Really great quality stuff here.

The atmosphere is kind of dark, but I always get my smoothie or dessert bowl to go. I think they just switched owners so the service has sped up quite a bit. They have delicious smoothies and it delicious açai dessert. They are a little bit overpriced but I keep coming back so I guess it s worth it! When you charge $15 for an açaí bowl, you d think customer service and quality of the bowls would be top notch. Well not at this location. Been here a handful of times. Consistently only 1 person in there and it takes minimum 20 minutes to get anything you order. I also asked for a couple things on my bowl that were not put on there and my bowl was basically melted when I got it. This is early morning February too not middle of the summer. So for $33 for two bowls, I didn t even get a hello, I didn t get what I ordered and paid for, and I didn t even get a have a nice day . NOTHING. It s too bad because the occasional good bowl I get from here is awesome. This place has potential. Just not seeing it with how it s managed and operated.

We used to love Vitality Bowl, but our order tonight was ridiculous. We ordered large bowls and got kid bowl sizes. The smoothy cup size is half what it used to be. My wrap was falling apart when I opened it and wasn t great. It s more expensive than it used to be for way less food. That or the service has just evaporated and they made everything wrong. The bowls are still decent tasting so that gets it two stars. Won t be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Im a loyal vitality bowls user across the country and was exited of the prospect of having one nearby. The acai bowl prepared is soup like and is not to vitality bowls standard. This is my favorite place to go to have my first meal. The only reason I don t eat there every single day is because there s 1 person that work there that seems to always be sick(sneezing and sniffling). Had ordered a strawberry salad and a steak panini to go. The salad was a ton of spinach with hardly anything else!! Very few strawberry pieces, like 4 and nothing else and hardly any dressing. The sandwich was expensive and again had hardly anything in it!!! My husband and I thought maybe someone was playing a practical joke on us! When I called the lady couldnt speak English and hung up on me. I forgot these folks existed and tried calling again because I was in the area again to see if they would make it right and the manager couldnt have been ruder!!! I really enjoy their bowls but the service is HORRIBLE. I placed an online order and was told it was ready and then waited 40 minutes for my bowl to be made. This is a consistent problem every time I have come here. You will wait 30+ minutes for WHATEVER you order despite it being an online order or in person order. Really good bowls but expect to wait a really long time with subpar service.

Visited for the first time in search for a healthy meal, which I did receive although pricey. I tried the Vitality Wrap which was surprisingly heavy and warm. Very filling, I could not finish. I enjoyed how warm it was at first but I noticed the quality of the lettuce inside got too hot and turned stringy - no longer crunchy. Maybe it was in too long and could have used some sauce or something it didn t have a lot of flavor. I also ordered the detoxify juice which was very gingery - I typically enjoy a lot of ginger but I could see how somebody may not order this again because of the proportions. My order was taken politely and I was served quickly! I will try a smoothie bowl next time perhaps.

So yum! Bowls we re huge, so be prepared. Everyone in our party got a small (16 oz) and left with leftovers except 1 person. Huge, fresh bowls with great fruit. Super refreshing and exactly what I wanted! Only caveat was the price. Around $15-$16 per bowl in your total is crazyyyy.

Ordered Saturday through Uber Eats took 1 1/2 hours to arrive and it was really good. First time eating here and was super excited to try it again Sunday after our Spartan race on the way home. Upon leaving Burnet, Tx I put in a online order and order was confirmed. Set the pickup time for 12:30. Arrived at 12:30 and to my amazement they were not open. The door said they opened at 9am. Looked in the window and nobody was there. Was a real disappointment to drive out of our way and have them closed. Will not be coming back! Hopefully that order will be cancelled. Visited this place today for the first time and I ordered the Power Pesto chicken bowl and husband ordered the morning glory wrap. I was disappointed because the pesto and vingairette were missing. My bowl was completely dry. The husband enjoyed the wrap. Update: I revisited this place and ordered the Power Pesto chicken bowl again. We dined in this time. Everything was phenomenal. Im glad I gave this place a second chance. I changed my review from 3 stars to 5. I can only imagine the workers are doing double duty secondary to short staffing like everywhere else. I d give this place 5 stars if it wasn t so darn expensive. I expect that s because of the usual fresh ingredients. The acia bowls are what make this place unique. They top them with fresh fruits, granola & other unusual items. You pick from pre-defined bowls. It d be nice to have a build your own option added to the menu. I m not sure they can do this since it s a franchise They also offer smoothies as well as salads and a few sandwiches, although these aren t nearly as popular as the acia bowls. The bowls are offered in medium & large sizes. The medium is very filling. It s a generous size. The owner is usually there & he and his staff are super friendly. They can answer all of your questions about the unusual ingredients and are eager to help you. Overall a nice place for a different t type of meal.

I ordered a bowl it came completely wrong I called the guy who answered was rude and could care less and even after I explained so I said I didnt want it and wanted a refund and wouldnt be ordering again if he wasnt willing to acknowledge or fix the order they got wrong or do anything at all to fix. My wife and I have been coming here for quite some time now and always get excited to show it off to new guests in town who want something healthy. (Turkey Panini with a Vitality Bowl ) I do empathize with the folks dealing with an excruciating wait time, I just go into it knowing the wait could be intense but it isnt fast food just sitting there to be churned out. I had the Superfood Bowl. It was good; a refreshing fruit-based desert. Presumably healthier than your typical ice cream. But it was also very expensive. Fresh, organic, exotic; these are all qualities that come with a hefty price tag. For me personally, the cost was too much versus the quality to be more than a one-time thing. But hey, if youre a health nut and youve got money to burn, go for it.

Great product. Horrible service. I m never going back again. We ve ordered there about 5 or 6 times and every single time the order took a LOT longer than their estimate (at least double), or was wrong, or both! This last time she told me 15-20 minutes. I told them I was running to Randall s (just across parking lot) and would be back. Came back at right about 20 minutes and she came out and instead of handing me my order handed an order to the people who ordered right after me (it was a counter order, after mine, not ordered ahead). Then went to the back and started making mine. If I wasn t so hungry I would have walked out and disputed the charge...couldn t get the girl s attention short of walking into the back of the store. I try to shop local but I was extremely disappointed in my experience. We were served rotten food, which I returned as well as another customer with the same issue. Compared to a downtown Austin place, this is more expensive, slower service and poor quality.

My girlfriend and I were craving a fruit smoothie, and decided to give Vitality Bowls a shot. Holy mother of goodness gracious, the Sunrise smoothie is AMAZING!!! Try the salami panini....you will become addicted

I was in Houston for a few days and while I was there, I wanted to find a storefront that made natural fruit drinks as good as my homemade varieties that I make at home. I searched Google until I read customer reviews about a shop called Vitality Bowls. As I was returning home, I stopped by purchased a sandwich, and a delightfully refreshing fruit juice called Green Me Up. I ask the manager if they had a storefront in Austin, and I was pleasantly surprised there was one in Cedar Park Texas. Two days later I was at the local Vitality Bowls sipping on a Go Green smoothie. It has a hint of mint, veggies, dates and other fruits which made a blast of creamy deliciousness in my mouth! They serve a variety of fruit bowls, sandwiches and other menu items too. I cannot wait to experience another palate pleasing meal at Vitality Bowls!

Yum yum yum is the experience I had here it was fantastic. Healthy fruit bowls which can be enjoyed by children and adults. A healthy alternative which tastes way better than any dairy cream. They have a large variety of other products which are amazing and I would love to try. There is always next time. Will definitely return.

My children and I have brunch most Saturdays and like to try new places. My daughter introduced us to this one. Loved it! Weve been back again and will continue to do so. Clean establishment, friendly staff and the food is delicious.

A few things I really liked about this place, lots of options, clean, quick, friendly and healthy. I went in wanting a panini and then noticed they had smoothies as well. Remember lots of options? Well it can be a bit too much, unless you just tell the staff what you have in mind for a smoothie and they can recommend you the best fit. Thats exactly what they did, spot on the type of smoothie I wanted. The panini was awesome as well. Good ingredients!

Visited this place with my family since weve eaten too much meat during the visit to Texas and felt like to have a light dinner. We had the soup of the day (Thai chicken soup), Avocado Toast, Turkey Sandwich, two fresh juice. They are surprisingly GOOD! I would highly recommend the Rejunvenator Juice and Detoxifier Juice! Both are so fresh and yummy! Will definitely try the Acai bowl next time when I visit the area!

Good concept but the bowl i had was way..... too sweet to be all natural with no sugar added ingredients. It tasted like ice cream which is good but not if you are trying to eat clean. If i am wrong i apologize but i am 99% sure the ingredients were not all natural. The place is clean and service is great.

Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and the food was absolutely amazing! Very healthy while very tasty without a very high price tag! Will be coming here for breakfast regularly!
