I know to never expect the service to be the best at Chili s but I really had a good experience this time. My waitress was very attentive and continuously checked on my table. When I let her know there was something wrong with my food she got her manager to help her with the situation. Her manager heard my concerns and offered an immediate solution.

Chili s NEVER disappoints!! The moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness. Despite the dinner rush, our food arrived quickly and perfectly hot and flavorful. The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The service was prompt and the friendly atmosphere made for a perfect evening out!! Chili s has definitely earned our repeat business, yet again!!

Service was exceptional, did not get the ladies name. Very attentive and constantly swinging by to make sure we didnt need anything else. Food was good, except one of my chicken tenders had a chewy raw texture when biting into it. Didnt bother to mention at the moment, as I was full already and didnt continue eating. Overall, good lunch with the fam.

Terrible service. Twice during this month of June I was left waiting at the table for 20 minutes and nobody came to even ask for the drinks, and the ones who would pass by would only look and kept walking. Not even busy and just at glance saw 4 workers just talking to each other. Get better staff

The young woman who attended us was very hard-working and pleasant. He came to our table several times to see if everything was okay. Very good service provided and we were 14 people. If you ask me if I would recommend them, of course I would say yes. Parking: We arrived around 12 noon and there was plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: There are offers on dishes for children. Wheelchair accessibility: We saw that they are for wheelchairs and have risers so that there is no work.

Wanted to try there new 3 and me with smash burger so I went. We got there and no wait, got seated. They were quick to take our drinks and orders. My mom and I ordered the same thing only 3 and me with smash burger I went with chips and salsa and my mom went with chicken enchilada soup. My dad got ribs combo. My mom said soup was good but a bit salty for her. They brought out a lot of chips for chips and salsa. The service was great we had a young girl with glasses named Ana. She always checked on us. The food was great honestly that was a great smash burger It had island dressing, but didnt taste it. The smash burger was flavorful and juicy. Top 3 burgers Ive had for sure. Will definitely go here again.

Went to go watch the final football games of the season and had a great time. I had the triple dipper as it comes in the picture, a dos xx and a molten lava chocolate cake to finish it off. Service was good, food was good and they had game playing over the speakers instead of music so ppl could hear what was going on in the game.

It was a week day that I walked in to have dinner. I opted to sit in the bar area instead of being seated. Service was fast, and the food was decent. Like that they always have some promotion going. They did not have the 2 for 20 this time around. Think it is the best promotion for Chillis. The place was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. I recommend it.

Chili s food is good, the service is sometimes slow, just depends who you get & how busy it is. The portions have gotten smaller since the pandemic, but that s actually a good thing for our waistlines! Recently, I went to dinner with a friend & she wanted a Virgen frozen daiquiri & we found out they no longer make any Virgen frozen drinks, my friend was really bummed! But otherwise, we had a nice dinner. Dietary restrictions: I can t have dairy & I like that the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken salad doesn t have cheese, but has plenty of flavor! I do ask for the 2 dressings on the side, because the calories are in the dressing & I limit my use of dressings.

I informed my waiter that there was a dead bug floating in my drink and he responded with sorry let me get you another one. I declined a replacement drink, but it just seemed to me there was no real concern for how unsanitary it is to have bugs floating in drinks. I can t imagine how much harder they are to find in the food. I am definitely not doubting that they re in there too, especially with the laxed attitude they had when I informed them of it. Maybe it s because it s just more common than I think but it was still very bothersome to me. I don t recommend this location at all.
