What a lovely couple that owns this place. We had great wine and great conversation. I told David what kind of wine I liked and he suggested the red aged in bourbon barrels which Im not a fan of but it was delish. Their juice is from Lodi and Chile which I love. The decor was warm and inviting. They said there will be live music tonight (Saturday) so we will definitely be going back for more. Thanks David and Pam!

Natural wines!. Wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful inside - rows of old windows and doors to view the winery tanks, bottles, barrels. Will be back for sure.

I came here only expecting to hangout for a bit and have a couple glasses of wine with my family but ended up staying for over 3 hours. They have really good snacks and board games too. Great wine and chill environment!

This is the cutest Winery inside....the Owner was very nice and friendly and gave us the history of LaRue Winery....the Red Wine was very good.....spent the day here with my daughter..highly recommend stopping in ....

We just happened upon this lovely gem after hiking and tried their wine tasting flight which was amazing! We have been to quite a few wineries and this was one of the first that I liked each one we tried. Their red blend aged in local Bendt whiskey barrels was great! It s a nice cozy place and they even had a live two person band playing. Definitely worth a stop, a little off the path but truly a gem.

If youre looking for a casual, non-pretentious neighborhood winery to hang out and chat with people, this is a great place to check out. Its run by a couple who purchased it during COVID. From my understanding, they get their juice from California and Chile. They do not grow their own grapes. That being said, their wines are better than you probably would expect. Just know that they drink very young. The location has a fun, rustic vibe, and Im told they have live music on certain day or days. Its definitely worth checking out.

Hidden gem just outside Old Town Lewisville. Terrific wine to match the wonderful atmosphere and warm sociable patrons. Comfortable relaxing place to help you unwind at the end of the day or week. Highly recommend stopping in when they have live music!

5 big stars. Beautiful inside, check it out. My wife and I were visiting from out of town and came to Larue winery two nights in a row. They have a nice bar with chairs as well as some sofas and other tables. There s also a nice patio out back. The Wine - tried them all. I m not good with the wine names but the red ave the semi sweet is delicious. And the La something :) is super good as well. We will be back for sure ..Todd &Jerri

My fiance and I went to Larue Winery for the first time last night. We will be back...a lot! The owners, David and Pam, are very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them while getting to know their wines. I highly recommend hanging out and giving all of the wines a shot. You will not be disappointed. They have trivia on Thursday nights as well. See you there!

I felt like the theme song to Cheers should have been playing when we walked in. If you re not a regular when you walk in, you ll still be made to feel like it. We were welcomed at the bar, given excellent wine choices and information and great conversation. I definitely recommend checking it out!

Had an excellent time celebrating with my daughter for her 50th birthday at the Larue Winery tonight (Saturday 4/3/21). Met a lot of people for the first time but they all left my daughter and I feeling like weve been friends for a long time. It was just sooo comfortable and easy to just drink good wine and get acquainted! Will go back and will tell my friends and family to come along!!

Our small group of 4 stopped in after a celebratory dinner this evening for a tasting at Larue. It was our the first time and the owners were so welcoming. We felt like we were at a friends wine bar hanging out and laughing. We had a great time chatting with the regulars and really enjoyed getting to taste the wine selection they had available. 6 tastings for a reasonable price...yes please. We shall return in the future!

CUTE little place! Described to me by a regular as the Cheers of Lewisville as I sat down at the bar. Everyone was friendly and my friend and I felt welcome immediately.
