The food took forever to get, and it was not busy at all. I do expect some grease on fast food, but this was ridiculous. The bag was almost falling apart from the grease. The burger was dripping with liquid, and each fry was soaking in grease. The staff was arguing about something the whole time I was there.

Place wasnt busy when I got there. The young lady took my order and didnt get it right. Had to tell the guy making the burgers what condiments went on which burger because it wasnt on his ticket. The burgers were dry and way too cheesy. The lady that took my order out my fries in the bag and I watched her get 2 more big scoops of fries and just dumped them in the bag after everything was out in there....no container or anything so fries were everywhere. Will NEVER go to a Five Guys again. Spent over $40 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and a shake which is ridiculous and to receive that kind of service....never again.

Very good menu and service! While the specialties are hamburgers and hot dogs, make sure you get a shake. Also, when you fries are prepared fresh, if there are any left over the crew will toss them in the bag. Only down-side is the music it too loud. We will go back inspite of the music as the food is that good.

Don t go to 5guys often cuz it s pricy it s a once a year thing for me: Jan 2023 amazing manager and amazing staff. Always ask for a lot of jalapeños on the side n when I asked for more they happily gave. Jan 22 2024 around 1230pm. Different older manager and different staff. Manager and 2 of the staff very rude and verbally rude to me. Asked for a lot of jalapeños on the side I got 2 slices went up and asked for more. 2 of the staff members sighed, rolled their eyes and angrily said ugh he wants more jalapeños manager visabily upset gave me 2 more slices and said something under her breath. I didn t say anything or cause any problems but for unlimited toppings and burgers costing $15 if you want 100 jalapeños you should get it. The staff n manager acted like I was taking their money it s a corporate business. For now on I ll make sure I can get the side of toppings I want and if I can t I ll just ask for a refund/won t even order if they say no.

Five guys is my favorite establishment and i am very disappointed with my experience today. The young lady at the front had a very miserable look while taking my order. That s the least of my concern however while i m on the topic i figured i d add it considering it wasn t very welcoming. Upon getting my burger i realized the burger buns were hard as rocks, the cheese was practically frozen and my fries were absolutely disgusting. If it wasn t for the cajun seasoning i would have thrown them away immediately. I d give this location 0 stars however the peanuts were the highlight of my meal so i ll give them 1. Do what you want with this information; i hope this location doesn t give FIVE GUYS a bad reputation and steers consumers away due to how bad it is.

Known for fries. Tough fries. Not fresh tasting. Old tasting. BLT is awful. Cold dried up bacon that has sat out all day. They put a tomato slice on there about 1/3 inch thick with a big giant green core running through it. No customer consideration. We waited s bit for someone to take order. 10 people behind the counter doing 3 things. I think the burgers have no flavor. No seasoning.

They refused to send the correct order AND they refused to refund me. The order I received was Cajun fries and a shake, not anything of substance so I still had to provide myself with a meal for the night. I ordered out because I wasnt feeling well. Thanks five guys. UPDATE. I did go in a couple days later and got my order with no issues.

This is a real hamburger patty , it taste like you grilled it home without the trouble of firing up the pit. You need to know that a large fry is super big, two of us couldn t finish one order of them! And we got the spicy or Cajun style fries, they are super delicious! The burger was pricey I thought, but upon biting into it I realized why. The regular hamburger is a double meat burger, so if you want less meat get the little hamburger , I didn t realize this when I ordered. All the employees were very kind and friendly to us two old ladies. This place serves up the type of burgers that were common in the 1960 s. They are extraordinary so if you haven t tried it yet, do so if the best flavor is what you re after!

I recently had an absolutely awesome experience at the Five Guys restaurant in College Station, TX. Having opened just a few months ago, the place was not overly crowded, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the sound of cool rock music filling the air, with AC/DC playing in the background. It set the perfect vibe for a burger and sandwich joint. The interior design of Five Guys is striking, featuring a captivating combination of red and white. It gave the place a modern and energetic atmosphere. The overall ambiance was welcoming and added to the excitement of trying out their menu. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the incredibly courteous staff. As a first-time customer who wasnt familiar with their menu, I was pleasantly surprised by how patient the staff was in helping me make my order. The team member who took our order deserves special recognition for her friendly and helpful attitude. She went out of her way to ensure that we understood the options and made suggestions based on our preferences. Her genuine warmth made the experience all the more enjoyable. Now lets talk about the star of the show the burgers. Oh boy, they were delicious! The moment I took my first bite, I knew I had made the right choice. The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Every ingredient, from the fresh lettuce and tomatoes to the savory patty and melted cheese, came together harmoniously to create a truly satisfying meal. It was clear that Five Guys takes great pride in the quality of their food. The seating areas, both indoors and outdoors, were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Whether you preferred a cozy booth inside or a breezy table on the patio, the environment was spotless. It was evident that the staff took great care in ensuring a clean and inviting space for customers to enjoy their meals. One of the best parts about Five Guys is that the prices are affordable. Despite the high quality of their food and the excellent service, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the menu items were. Its a place where you can indulge in a satisfying meal without breaking the bank, making it perfect for college students like me. Overall, my experience at the Five Guys restaurant in College Station, TX, was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt like a valued customer. The combination of cool rock music, eye-catching interior design, courteous staff, mouthwatering burgers, and clean seating areas made for an unforgettable dining experience. Five Guys has definitely won my heart, and I cant wait to return for another tasty meal.

When I got my burger the patties werent even whole circles, they were in pieces and falling out of the burger. I didnt get the sauce I asked for and all the toppings were to one side of the burger. I ordered a large fry and my wife and son ordered a regular fry. Although we always share all our fries, we got the same amount of fries in the large fry as the regular fry. I did an online order. Went to go pick up at the pick time as told to me through the email. I had to wait until everyone in the store got their food first( 15 minutes after the supposed pick up time) even though I was there before some of the customers. I did not get a cheeseburger and they put cheese on it, luckily one of the employees caught it just in time and took it off, even though we have issues with it being cooked with dairy on it ( the cook was cooking the meat patties with the cheese slices on them over the grill). This was a no go but I had my 2 yr old son and 11 yr old autistic daughter waiting for me and couldnt wait another 15 minutes for them to fix the order. This wasnt too big of a deal but if you cant do online orders than dont offer it. People in my situation with family members that have disabilities have to plan everything out to avoid aggravating their disabilities. I could have went anywhere in College Station and gotten a simple hamburger. Ill just sick with TX Burger in Wellborn, order is always correct, on time and the best burgers.

Much an echo of most patrons of five guys anymore. The complaint isn t the quality of the food, just the horrible value for money. 11.50 for just a bacon cheeseburger is more than anywhere else, and it s just special enough to justify it. 5.75 for a regular fry used to get you a bag full, now it s a kiddie cup with a couple tossed on top so they can claim they still fill the bag. Only redeeming thing keeping it from 2 stars is they are fast, and there s minimal wait here compared to all the other food nearby.

I know were in the middle of an inflation hike, firstly. Everyone hurts for increased shipping costs etc. But really we had this franchise in Harker Heights, ate there 10 years ago and even then it was difficult to justify paying such a premium for food. Save your money because were still hungry over here after losing 30 bucks on a small burger, double bacon burger, one fry and 2 drinks.

We tried this place for the first time today. Im not one to complain, I know how bad reviews can effect the lives of employees, but what we received wasnt worth anything near the $40 we paid for two meals and I hope that sharing can save others the experience we had. The customer service was good, but the fries were so dry they are comparable to cardboard or instant mashed potatoes, and didnt have nearly enough salt. Our orders were also missing several toppings. The burgers were average at best. I called to let them know we didnt enjoy any of our food, and the best they could do was offer us a free version of the same meal, which we had no interest in given our experience the first time... During the call the employee let me know that its not in their protocol to season their burger patties with anything at all, which obviously contributes to the blandness. Maybe this is just a difference in how five guys prepares their food compared to what we are used to in Texas, but either way dont waste your money here, it was by all means the least enjoyable burger and fries I have ever had. Whataburger, fat shack, and honestly every other burger joint in town does way better than this.

Heres the thing, Im not a burger guy. I generally never crave a burger. To me, all burgers are basically the same anywhere you go. EXCEPT... this place is amazing. Theyre a little on the pricier side, but they are so worth it. Their burgers are full of amazing flavor. I got mine without the bun (lettuce wrap) and it was disgustingly amazing. The juices were everywhere (due to the bun not soaking it in), running down my hands and arms, all over my face. It was amazing and delicious. From now on, this is the burger I want when my wife says she wants burgers.

Giving 2 stars, food was good, service was good. But the cost is off the charts. We ordered a small bacon cheese burger, regular bacon cheese burger, 1 regular fries, 2 med drinks. The drinks alone were $2.85 each. Cost was $33.00. I could have gone to a nicer place with more food options and still paid less than that. Food was good, but not that good. Wont be back...

Seriously dont go there. Staff are not even friendly. Bad customer service bc there is NONE. Overall I wouldnt even give it 1 star out of 5. This one time, never to return to again experience cost us $27. NOT WORTH EVEN $10!! Shouldve read reviews here b4 wasting our time/money. Overpriced is understatement!

Visited on 11/09. Big big fan of Five Guys in general and had been to this location about a month or so back. First, the cost has increased but I m aware that due to supply issues this might not be their fault. Still what cost around $40 for a meal now cost a hair over $50 (three burgers, two fries, two drinks). Again, maybe this is unavoidable right now but its just where the problems began. Out of the three burgers, two were incorrect. All three were very poorly prepared, over cooked, did not appear to be seasoned. Buns were unusually dry. The fries seemed off as well from the usual standard for Five Guys. The staff seemed to be shockingly new. Lot more socialization than work going on and the staff just seemed generally confused on who was doing what when and where. I really hope they can pull it together (I know this is a new location), I was very excited to see one here in town. Bottom line though, this doesn t even come close to Five Guys locations elsewhere. Shockingly so. Would love to go back again if they can get things back on the rails, but I ve had better burgers out of a drive thru for about 1/3 of the cost which is normally never something you hear said about Five Guys.

Second time trying Five guys, it was a charm. I m a salt person, so the first time out that s what I got just the regular tasting burger. Second time I was more fortunate. Before I received my order a manager was present in the dining area greeting everyone, and asking customers how their burgers were. By the time that she made it to my son and I we were pleasantly surprised that she was willing to give us the Five Guys rundown. Needless to say, but when I was finished with my burger I understood why they didn t season the meat. The seasoning blocked the true burger experience that you get from Five Guys. I could taste bread, meat, veggies, and bacon in every bite just like I was promised. Fries! Top notch, and cooked to perfection in my opinion. Just like at home. Kudos to the staff at Five Guys and a special thanks to management for helping us better understand and enjoy the Five Guys true burger and fries experience.

Customer service makes or breaks an establishment. They were out of salt packets. Fine. We understand. It happens. But do you have ANY salt we can put on our meat that had zero seasoning? The fries were salted well. He did not offer a solution. So we asked a guy walking in the restaurant, Do you think we could get some salt in a small cup? He goes to ask. They basically tell him no. He never came back to tell us. Manager comes in from the back so my husband asked him....he obliged no problem. So why not do that while our burger was still hot? Sorry Five Guys. We will remain with Koppe Bridge.
