Kayla was the best to work with. She came to the house and gave options to replace our entire fence. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. After I received the quote (very reasonable) I contacted Kayla and she scheduled us very quickly. Each day her team was here, she came to the house to get them started. She communicated with us each day on the progress. On the last day she performed a walk through for quality control and let us know the project was finished. We are VERY satisfied with the finished product and will recommend Kayla and her team to our neighbors and anyone else who needs a fence.

I cannot recommend BC fence enough. I have gotten numerous compliments on my new fence and the speed in which it was built since I ve moved in! Dusty was quick to meet me and give me a quote, and was patient with me as we went through multiple changes which required him coming back out to remeasure (thanks Dusty!). He drew up all of the documents and pictures I needed for HOA and stayed flexible on my timelines too. He also brought up a lot of considerations that I didn t think of and saw the whole process through. The job itself only took 3.5 days for 1 acre (no quality sacrificed either) AND they came back to add extra bottom support so my dog can t get through and run off! If I could give Dusty and his team 10 stars I would! Edit: Now they built me a gate! It is beautiful and Bc fence was responsive as always!

I reached out to this company to help with a fencing project that was too big for me to finish on my own. Within a week, the project is finished and far better than I could have managed. Great experience! I have used BC fence twice, and both times have been excellent. Kayla and the team worked fast and made a beautiful and sturdy fence. I would 100% recommend this company. After first contacting, I had a fence completed within three weeks. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for, and this price is worth it.

B.C. Fence just completed a new privacy fence for my yard, replacing the falling-down wreck that I feared would someday let the neighbors dog come charging at me instead of just growling. They did everything they promised, did it well, and finished in just two hard-working days. Dug into the caliche and installed the posts in concrete, attached three runners instead of two, and lined everything up to look just like it should. Dusty and his crew are pleasant and prompt to work with. Very highly recommended.

Had an incredible experience with Dylan and his team at B.C. Fence when i needed my fence replaced -They had a very competitive rate that beat 3 other vendors quotes -The salesperson, Dylan, had specific Code advice that no other vendor was aware of -They could schedule us quickly and with minimal effort required on my end -Really great sense of ownership throughout and after the project. We had 1 hiccup that needed to be addressed post-job and they came back took care of it 1 business day later, no questions asked.

We spoke to several companies to put a fence around our about 1/3 of an acre yard. Several companies could probably have done a good job, but we settled on B.C. Fence, and we are very happy we did. There were a number of complexities to include integrating with an existing fence (which a clever bit of welding made the old match the new), working along a dry creek bed, navigating a number of trees, dealing with rocky ground, several big elevation changes, putting in several gates of three different sizes (including building an opening for a custom gate), and using a mix of welding and bolts. Kayla came out several times as we worked out the details to include meeting with our landscape team to make sure everyone was in synch on how we were going to solve one specific problem. And then the day came. The crew showed up ready to work. They worked hard and fast for five and a half days. The crew was responsive to my engagement and together we made a number of tweaks to address complexities that came up. Kayla checked in several times and kept a close eye on the teams progress. Overall we are very happy with their work and the final product, and we were especially happy with how responsive both Kayla and the team were before and during the project. Highly recommended and will use again should we need more fencing!

It has been three years since my fence was installed and I noticed that one section was pulling away from the fence due, I guess, to warping. I called the company about the issue and sent them a photo. They sent someone out the next day and fixed the issue. The tech also adjusted the gate while he was here. I normally wouldnt have bothered them with this and would have repaired it myself, but due to health issues those things are hard for me now. I also would have expected a charge as the original installation was in 2020, but no mention of a service fee. Great follow-up customer service. Other companies should take notice.

Great experience from beginning to end with Kayla and B.C. Fence. Our HOA definitely did not get in a hurry with our approval and the company was extremely patient. Once we got the approval, they were able to begin the job within a week or two. All questions throughout the process were immediately responded to, workers extremely polite and courteous and worked expeditiously to get the project completed..much to the joy of our two big dogs that had also been very patient about having to go outside on a leash since we moved in our house 2 months ago. Bretts Custom Fencing has done a great job, fixing the royal screw-up Viking fences did back in 2015. I wish I had listened to my gut the 1st time. I have been dealing with issue after issue ever since Viking installed the fence. They tell you a great story about how theyre going to dig a deep hole, add rocks and surround it with concrete so the post doesnt rot. That was all lip service. None of it was done correctly. I contacted Greg at Brents custom fences. I had him come out and look at the situation and inquire if there was any way he could assist in fixing the issues. He assured me his crew could deal with the post rotting situation by installing metal posts. And put my fence back into working order. Not only did his crew show up on time, but Brett came out to make sure I understood how it would work. Then his crew went to work two days later. I had a new fence. They did a fantastic job. Cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly, And it was 104° that day. Greg even noticed one of the caps was missing on the back post. I would never have seen it. The next day, Greg rang my doorbell, asking if he could put the cap pic on the post. I cant recommend them enough. Never again will I trust anyone else but Bretts Custom Fence.

Out of nowhere (!) I noticed that several posts of the back of my privacy wood fence were ready to fall. I called 4 fence companies for bids; BC Fence provided a timely visit/free estimate/prompt bid/and, a promise that they could get the job done quickly- The cost was very reasonable and the wait time was better than I had dreamed. They completed the job efficiently and effectively and the job site was left tidy as could be! Great job!

Needed chain link partial fence repair. Kayla came out and discussed my needs and prepared a contract for the work. Poor project management, poor communication, poor work- actually nothing on the contract was completed as written. Sales people can assume if the contract is not fulfilled- customer will question and want answers. This woman tells me they cant reset posts because they need 24 to go down. Me: None of these posts are set 24 below ground. She says, ok 18 is what we would probably do. I spoke to a real fence company that says, 4-8 is all that is needed for chain link depending on post location and post type. This woman is ridiculous- told me, This is how its gonna be- Im not gonna do business with you. Haha- this after she made a bid on the work and accepted the signed contract back and sent someone to my home to do not one thing that was on the contract, but instead what they thought was reasonable. Typical defensive and argumentative response when customer doesnt just buy in without questioning the obvious. If there are problems- call the HOMEOWNER to discuss, dont proceed with lousy work and make excuses later. Total waste of time dealing with this woman who has little knowledge of fences and poor business relations skills. Simple- come out make a bid, customer agrees and signs contract, company completes work on contract, customer pays. What I got, a bid, returned signed contract, company shows up without me knowing- notice of arrival/departure or appt time not provided, does not fulfill contract, does not notify me until 2 days later, I overpromised and underdelivered. Starts recommending things needed that I already have, making excuses why work couldnt be done, and then starts hitting me up for money. Nope- thats what the contract is for. Do the work, get paid. Stay away would be my advice. No one has time for this. Learned my lesson- go with the 5 star fence companies next time.

BC Fence was great to deal with from start to finish. Gregg maintained great communications with us from the bid process through to the end. We had some unique privacy concerns, which they helped problem-solve with us, and made recommendations to maintain the integrity of the fence for the long-term. Their bid came in very fair (we obtained 3-4 bids), considering some upgrades that were needed. They also relocated our existing wrought iron fencing to a different location of the property. The crew that worked our project was fantastic, as we checked on the progress frequently and communicated with them as we went. They handled everything professionally, did great work and left the job site clean. I would recommend BC to anyone.

Pictures speak louder than words. Heres how my NEW fence with metal posts looks. I reported them to the BBB but they never responded and do not take responsibility for the terrible work. Holes in every metal post and the wood where they installed latches that would not open from the inside. They did change the latches but left holes in the metal and the wood. They refused to repair the damage. Live and learn. Buyer BEWARE!

Professional fence installation, thanks to intervention by Debbie in the office and Dusty in the field. Avoid Kenny, who was the original supervisor for our project. He attempted to allow his crew to do a sloppy and haphazard job, and was disrespectful when we complained about split boards, out-of-square and ragged cuts, and other unprofessional aspects of the original job. But upon calling the office, Debbie sent Dusty over, and he immediately agreed that the project looked pitifully unprofessional. Dusty brought back the crew to complete the job correctly, and worked alongside them until it was done right. He worked harder than all the others combined, and spotted and repaired flaws that even we had not noticed. At last, a truly professional looking job and a fence we can be proud of. Kudos to Dusty and Debbie on turning around a potential tragedy. We had used B C previously for a metal fence that has held up well and still looks good. They salvaged their reputation on our most recent job, and we appreciate their integrity. Ask for Dusty if you can. Avoid Kenny. He s a loser.

After some initial communication issues, I was able to get the fencing that I wanted, and it is very nice. A professional fence which will last a while. I would recommend ensuring that everything you want is in the contract, and that you ask questions if you are unsure. There is a difference between a cap and a dogear; a privacy fence vs. board on board.

We had a tough time getting a response from several fence companies and Kevin from BC Fence provided fair pricing and answered my questions immediately. He was able to get a crew out the following week. We added some chain link fence demo on at the last minute and his pricing was fair. They did the demo and 30 LF of horizontal slat wood fence install within 2 hours. Ill definitely be calling them again if we need fencing work.

Great fence! My neighbor used B.C. Fence a few years back and his it still looks great. He had them back to do the other side that neighbors mine. I ended up with a perfect cedar fence with metal posts for a great price. I took them a day and a half and they arrived at 8:00am to start the work. I ve used BC Fence four times and have not been disappointed: two residential wood fences, one barbed wire ranch fence, and one cattle pen fence. Both wood fences required coordination with neighbors and were installed three years ago. BC Fence separately billed each of us. And the fences look great. We had a problem with the cattle pen fence after a year but Kevin came out a day earlier than scheduled to correct the problem. Great service. I can t speak for all the folks at BC Fence; however, Kevin is great.

We had to replace over 400 feet of wood fencing, so I got a few different bids. I m usually nervous with going with the absolute lowest bid, but I was impressed with Alfonso from the start. We couldn t have made a better choice as Alfonso and his crew did an amazing job. As with any large project, there were a couple of hiccups, but those were handled quickly and professionally. I was most grateful for how Alfonso kept us constantly informed. He was readily available whenever we needed him. The fence looks beautiful! We definitely would use them again in a heartbeat.

Dusty with BC fence came out to measure fence line for a large project on 12 acres. He didnt follow-up. I had to reach back out to him several days later at which time he admitted he didnt finish measuring. He promised to get back out to the property to finish measuring to submit bid. I had to follow-up again 2 weeks later. Dusty came back out to the property. I wasnt able to meet him as I got tied up. When I texted him to please finish measuring and then submit a bid, he responded indicating the project wasnt a good fit for his company. Im totally OK with his response other than the lack of follow-up and the amount of time that went by for him to come to that conclusion. I also asked him what was causing him to feel it wasnt a good fit (it is a tough job as current cattle fences and steel pipe corrals need to be removed) and if he might refer me to another company. He did not respond. Seems like a nice guy and Im sure they do good work based on their reviews. I just felt my interaction with him was annoyingly unprofessional.

I do not like the standard Neigbor friendly fence due to the fact I have large amounts of river rock in my backyard. BC fence came up with a solution which gave me smooth wood on my side of the fence along with a 12 board along the bottom to keep the river rock in my yard. They even took care of pulling back the rocks from the old fence and put them back against the new fence they really went out of their way to do a great job honest my neighbor still had the neighbor friendly fence on their side which was great BC fence really went out of their way to design and implement the fence I need for my situation

I would not recommend using BC Fence for fence repair/removal. For my removal, they left concrete and wood posts in the ground and claimed afterward that they told me fence removal is ground up only. When I asked about it, the owner tried to use text in an unused line on the invoice that had no project associated with it to justify (the project was itemized on the other lines). They then charged me a 5% late fee for paying 3 business days after being notified of project completion (the project wasnt scheduled, so I wasnt home at the time to provide payment). Update: The owner sent me a series of angry texts in response to my review. The office manager was very nice, though!

We were shopping for a new fence. I received 4 quotes. Roy from B.C. Fence came. He was extremely professional and very nice. It only took him about 15 min or less to write me up a quote. Other companies wanted to charge 1,000 more. Also the companies that gave us a lower bid did not use the high grade lumber B.C. Fence uses. I can tell its high quality wood compared to my neighbors fences that are splitting and have holes in the wood. They also use beautiful hardware for the gates. Outstanding quality and great pricing! Roy and the team showed us as scheduled and finished with out any issues. They were very good about taking any extra pieces of old wood away from our other fence. Thank you Roy and thank you B.C. Fence. Our new fence is beautiful and now our dog wont be escaping! Haha

On the day I started to search for fencing contractors, for some reason I was drawn to B C Fence. I read a few comments, pick up the phone and made the call. The receptionist ( Debbie) was very polite and helpful in setting the appoint. When the I met with the contractor (Vince) he explained the complete job in detail, told me what to expect. My neighbor and I we very please with the outcome. I would without hesitation refer Brents Custom Fence to anyone. Vince was a true professional, he welcome my questions, and very helpful. BC Fence did our new playground fences and they did an incredible job! Vince was easy to work with, and he was extremely flexible and patient even when we changed our minds about how we wanted to do the gates and latches. Their customer service is wonderful, and its so nice to have a contractor who actually comes out to the job site to oversee it and make sure things are going as planned.

Just had an incredible experience w/ B.C. Fence after a Stone Canyon neighbor referred them. I called for an estimate and they sent Project Manager Vince out right away. When a slot opened 2 days earlier than scheduled, Vince offered the slot and the team of Carlos and Danny had the job done BEAUTIFULLY and in no time. Fantastic experience all around, already in discussions w/ Vince on another project. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...absolutely doing business with again!

When I needed a fence repaired on a rental property last year, I didnt do my due diligence and hired a company that, while they gave me a good quote, didnt do a very good job. They used screws to hold the boards, didnt even mention weatherstaining and after all teh rain in Austin, multiple board simply snapped the screws. A back gate I had put in wont open because the boards were put too close together and when they warped it froze. So I called BC Fence, who I wish Id called first. Vince came out and showed me what the previous company had done, what they did differently and gave me a quote within the day. He actually gave me two, one to repair the old one and one to replace it entirely. I with the second option. He came out about a week later and his crew had the fence put up in less than a day. And it looks amazing. He also put me in touch with a different gentleman who does weatherstaining who came out to give me an estimate and who will be finishing the job if Austin ever dries up. Im hoping he does work a little bit further south in Austin so I can get him to do my fence repair for my primary house next year. Couldnt be happier.

Salesperson named Eddie lied to my wife and I about several things. He told us what we wanted to hear to get the sale. After talking to some neighbors the same thing happened to them! He had them all convinced that they were signing up with him, when everyone was still getting estimates! Very dishonest.

I had a small 16 ft run of fence replaced. A few other businesses blew off the job as too small. When I reached out to BC Fence, they followed up same day and Vince came out to check out the job and write me up a quote. The quote was fair and Vince was a pleasure to do business with. When it came time for installation, they actually came out a day EARLIER than expected. Jose did a great job. The fence looks excellent and I couldnt be happier with the work that was done. My neighbors, who had 2 sections fence replaced earlier this year, chose different fencing companies. I decided I was not going to go with either of those companies, as the quality of work was not even close to what we paid. With Brents Custom Fence, the quality speaks for itself. The posts were all set a 24, the stringers, and pickets are all straight and level. I will always recommend suing Brents Customer Fence over any other company.

B.C. Fence is an amazing company. Eddie came out to my commercial property that needed several completely different projects and was able to assist me on all of them. They build a dumpster enclosure, hand railings and a parking lot safety barrier. Eddie took care of all the permits needed for the City of Lakeway. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get some work done.
