I like to prepare cocktails and make some reductions with rum/whiskey in my sauces or accompaniments to cuts of meat when I turn on the grill... so I went to visit this place that some friends told me about the variety and good prices. In the place it is difficult to find some things due to the variety they carry, there is everything, several times and in various shades, colors and bottles! which is great! What makes it cooler is a little friend who is walking around the store asking if you need help (he approached me 3 times (and no, I didnt spend hours in the store (although I must say that Im curious how many steps it measures per day his smart watch xD))), this little friend knows where everything is! so far so good! Then I went to pay and found prices that compete with other wholesale stores!

First time at this location, smaller than the one in Beaumont, and of course laid out differently. The staff was very friendly and helpful, turned out I was walking right past what I was looking for. The price was higher than Beaumont, but I asked and they price matched. Only had to show I was setup on their app.

I enjoy going to specs! Although there are several liquor stores around, In my opinion, specs is the best. They have daily discounts, their prices are great, they have an enormous selection of products, every employee that Ive encountered was super friendly and they occasionally have liquor tastings, which makes them stand out above the others.

Spec s in Baytown has a great selection and price, but they have hidden gem. In asking about their bourbons, I met Bob and WOW! This guy not only has great product knowledge, he goes out of his way to provide amazing customer service. The Specs associates are always greeting you and asking can they help. This is my liquor store and I drive over an hour just to shop there. Best customer service!

I just wanted to let y all know out there how much of a pleasure it s been talking to Bob, he s super knowledgeable on all the spirits and wines they offer and has never steered me wrong on new picks, especially bourbon. I ve been coming there since I was 21. I hadn t been there in a good while and I was looking at the wines for my mom and I didn t know the name, just a couple of details, and he brought me right to it and gave me other recommendations to. He s just a genuine down to earth guy and is passionate about his job, a rare thing to see these days. Overall a excellent Specs location with plenty of quality service and hospitality.

Baytown location. They dont have stock out for sale. They have all cigars on the top shelf but the last 3 times in 2 weeks they are still up there. Not for sale. They have a sign to ask an associate but asking about something that should already be done, I didnt know there were manager spots available.

My fiance and I went in the other day and an employee, I believe her name is Keke, was extremely rude. My (31 year old) fiance didnt have his wallet with him so I tried to figure out how Id be able to purchase the items myself and she just laughed at me and walked away. Refused to speak with me about how I could check out even in the future if it wasnt allowed that day. But instead she laughed in my face, was extremely unprofessional, and walked away. So I do not recommended this location but the manager was very nice.

Stopped in today, had not been to this location in a while, so don t expect much out of it. Luckily after scanning the isles for my favorites and being unsuccessful an employee by the name on Ligia passed by, I gave my yeah I m alright, I don t need anything line like I do and I think he could see my disappointment, 4th of July right around the corner it would be great to show up to the party with a good potato bottle, he asked a second time, and I told him the few bottles that I was interested in and he said let me see what I can do! I proceeded to pick what selection of bottles to take home for the day, and then make my way to the cashier, then out of no where Eligia minis the E shows up with one of the items I was out looking for! He said, man, they are hard to come by but I think you would give it a good home! I was already in the check out line, once again, I didn t have much hope in finding what I was looking for, but luckily this guy made it happen, gave me a simple hand shake, I told him that he had made my weekend, he thanked me for being a customer and I left! I think there should be more employees like this, of course it was just dumb luck that they had what I wanted, but the true care that he had in helping me is unmatched. Thank you.

I always get a military discount but this last time I didnt. I had expressed my political beliefs when the black cashier asked bout my flag tattoo stating MADE AMERICA GREAT TRUMP after that I didnt get my military discount. My to go place, only place that I know that sells bottled Pabst Blue Ribbon. It s not a know beer here in Texas but it s my favorite. Wish they had the 24 pack too and not only 6.
