Im so happy for Dominos. One of our pizzas was incorrect and when we called them to tell them, they immediately sent us another one. And it was amazing!! They fixed it and they made sure we got the correct order. They delivered our new pizza within 20 minutes. Thank you Dominos!!!!!

Dominos (McPherson). I love using the Dominos app. Easy to use and order what you want. The pizza from this location is very well made, delicious toppings, chickens wings are good as well and the delivery is reliable. They ve never forgotten one item. The delivery driver always practice social distance as well.

Amazing customer service! Fast delivery service to me at least! I always tip 10 cause the satisfaction I get is beyond needed. How does a pizza place run out of large pizzas and of thin and crispy all at the same time. Ordered online they took over 20 min to get back to me to tell me they did not have large. Then another 10 to call me back again to tell me the did not have thin and crispy. So much for a fast pizza pickup. For this should have gone to a sit down restaurant and it would have been faster.

Just placed an order online for delivery. I have been working since 2AM in the morning it is now 7PM. They called me to tell me that they arent doing deliveries right now. Freaken ridiculous after arriving 30 minutes early for my order, since the time before they took way longer after the pick up time almost 1 hour after, my order was giving to another customer. When going in to pick up the order since it was the time I asked for I was told the other client had my order she heard and I had to go to her car and get my pizza out of her vehicle. All that was told to the other client was that she had my order and hers would be right out. Only reason I continue to order at this location is because its near my sons school.

I ordered curbside, I received a free pizza for my next order if that can tell you everything you need to know. I understand that they get busy but that doesn t mean you need to take your bad day out on other customers. I went in to ask about my order and they gave it to me, but this one female caught an attitude when I asked her about my 20 ounce Sprite. There weren t any 20 ounce sprites in the refrigerator and when I brought it to her attention, she rolled her eyes , checked the back, and said they didn t have any. I asked if I could get a coke and she didn t respond so I helped myself. Moral of the story is leave your bad day at home or in the back of your head.

Just spent 2 hours waiting on my pizza to be delivered. After the first 40 mins went by and my order was on quality check for about 15 mins I called. The employee I spoke to informed me that delivery wait time was 55 mins, so I waited another 20 mins before calling again. I asked for the manager and she told me that I was next for delivery, but if I liked she could change it to carry out and I could go pick it up. So, I go to pick it up, and when I get there my order is out for delivery. Fml. Then when I asked for a refund she tried to downtalk me by letting me know it could take up to 5 days. Asked for a free brownie, but they said it would take 15 mins. 5 mins to make it and 10 to make the order out. Im just traveling through the area and I didnt realize how late it was on a. Friday (before 10) and I was so hungry. Ordered some good deals and PAID ONLINE ( so it better come back) but my order for a pizza, wings and a soda went though about three stages and then was abruptly CANCELLED, so I lost about 30 minutes. I called the store and the poor guy answering the phone, its not his fault, but he said his drivers were canceling orders because they didnt want to do them or it would take 2 hours??? Everyone understands the shortage of employees, but this place treats its customers like as if we are idiots with lying to us. An order was placed at 4:43 and was on Quality Checking since 5:00 for over 30 minutes. Called to check what the hold up was and they say the order will be delivered in 20 minutes. Thats almost a whole hour since the food came out. When I tell her I dont live too far from the place, she says the driver left 8 minutes ago. (I had to order deliver because of a promotion I was given, I usually pick up) 5:43 Driver has left the store with your delivery. 5:45 driver is delivering the order. I order a pizza around 9:00pm, it was a $50-$60 order and was very excitedly awaiting it. On the Dominos tracking system I saw it said delivered, yet I had not received my order. I called the store three times and each time they were very rude, giving excuses that the tracking system isnt accurate or they couldnt contact the driver, and each story was different since I talked to 2 different employees. I then asked to speak to the manager and got switched between two different people, who again gave me different information and I had to repeat the issue 4 times to different people. Finally, the last employee manager started arguing with me over the phone, not offering any solution and saying that I put in my address incorrectly, which is nonsense since I have my mail delivered to my address, other food orders, my lease is under that address, etc. He also had the audacity to say that my lease put the address incorrectly. The reason for this confusion is there is two apartment complexes with the same name next to one another but they have big numbers with different addresses at the entrance, he was arguing about google saying I was incorrect about MY address. Very upset and had to ask for a refund. (The manager I was speaking to was De-Rio?) Ordered a pizza w my coworker at our local gym (which is opened 24hrs) where we work and dominoes never called to even inform us that they had stopped by and attempted to deliver our food or even gave reimbursement to my coworker for the food purchased. There s a reason why they ask you for your number when you order pizza online!!!! They don t use it to leave notice!!! So my coworkers just out on the money spent on his purchase so we just ended up waiting for the food all shift long until we called the next day just to have them inform us that they ATTEMPTED to deliver the order to our local gym with no phone call for a heads up. Worst dominoes experience!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULDDD!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would!!!!! I always go to this dominos since it is 2 min away from my house. As I order pizza one night online I went to pick it up 5 min after it was ready. I get home and open the pizza just to see that it looks like it has been sitting in the heater for awhile already, I have worked at a pizza place before and know exactly what pizza looks like after sitting in the heater for awhile. Pizza did not look fresh at all and was stale. Called Dominos to let them know and they kept insisting that it was fresh and that the pizza gets like that after it s out of the oven. Like I said, I have ordered here plenty of times so I know how it should look if it was fresh . I had also ordered 2 pastas and some boneless wings that came good the only problem was the pizza and the lady told me that I would have to bring the whole order back. Ridiculous never ordering there again.

Ordered delivery, waited 90 minutes, never showed up even though it showed delivered on the app. Drove to the store after I couldnt reach anyone on the phone, I was told they were really busy so the driver just didnt deliver it. Asked to speak with a manager, manager hid in the back office and wouldnt come out. Called corporate, was told the regional manager would call two days ago...still no call. Avoid this Dominos
