I really like this location, the staff is very nice and it s usually well cleaned and organized. On the weekends it can be a little crazy just from all the traffic but if you go during a weekday it s clean and easy to shop!

Marshalls has always been my favorite store, I love buying beautiful and quality things for my home, I have gone to many stores in various parts of the United States, always finding everything I am looking for. Im new in town so I went with high expectations to this store and was surprised that this particular store leaves a lot to be desired. The store is smaller and lacks products, especially things for bathrooms. Normally Marshalls has better quality things to decorate than Ross, but this time Ross surprised me and I was able to get everything there. It may be because of the season, so Ill give it a second chance in a few days.

Regrettably, the customer service I received from a particular cashier was subpar. Their demeanor was noticeably indifferent, as they barely acknowledged my presence and didnt offer any welcoming gestures. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for excellent service. Moreover, when I inquired about a specific product, the cashier seemed uninformed and uninterested. They couldnt provide clear answers to my questions, leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed about the products details and availability.

They recently updated the layout of this store and it s fabulous! It s always very organized and well-stocked. A lot of times, visiting a Marshall s or TJ Maxx store can be overwhelming because of the cluttered feel, but this location is really excellent and tidy.

First time in the store (Tuesday, June 4, 2024 @ 10:15 am). An older Asian lady/cashier was SO sweet! I m sorry to indicate her ethnicity, but I wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserved because unfortunately I didn t catch her name. Anyway, I had an online return which she quickly took care of while calling me hon (short for honey) several times. Thank you for being so kind and also for being so very efficient!!!

This location was really disorderly, and the selection was very picked over and there wasn t even much of that. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the isles and shelves looked like they had just been ransacked. Not a good location IMO.

What is going on here? It literally looks like a tornado came through. Plenty of staff running around. The line is almost out the door to check out. This place used to be the cleanest and organized Marshals in the Austin area. Its a dump right now.

Don t work here management talk down on their employees like they are too important to be at the frontend to help ring when there s crazy long lines,Especially the ASM and mens/kids manager . Management assign you too much work but they stay in the office sitting down talking ALL DAY I swear I only see managers hardly Only when district manager come they scatter out the office to make it seem like they are helping their associates but in reality they don t care they put you wherever and if you ask for help they look at you with a rude face and tell you go ask another manager then you try to ask another manager and then the other manager has the same response. Asm talks really rude to associates and will micromanage you really bad They don t want to help train no one. They have strict dress code for associates but doesn t apply to managers. One manager wears mini club dresses with stiletto heels but if she sees a associate with a shirt that s not long enough to cover your behind when wearing leggings she will pull you in to talk down on you.

I usually find a lot of items I like when I shop at Marshalls but unfortunately that wasnt the case during this visit. They appeared to be low in inventory, or its possible they simply havent had the adequate staff to stock the floor...I dont know. The salesfloor was pretty well organized and seemed to be clean, as was the ladies restroom. Ill be checking back in the near future...

I wont ever set foot in here again. They make you hang the clothes up at the fitting room on a rack so they can count the items and give you a number representing the number of items youre trying. Fair enough, theft protection, I get it. What I had an issue with was the woman at the fitting room made me leave two bags of stuff I had purchased at another store behind the fitting room counter. Very odd and inappropriate to be asked to leave items I own! If they count how many iteme you bring in and bring out, then why is this even necessary? When I came back to retrieve my bags, the woman actually asked me, Whats in them? Clothes I said incredulously. She peered into them and said, Like youd want anyone elses clothes anyways. Im absolutely shocked at this. Totally inappropriate to act like customers are thieves, especially when theyve already complied with ridiculous procedures. There are plenty of other clothing stores in Cedar Park that dont treat you like a criminal. Ill be shopping there.

I love this store. So many clothes to look at. They close at 10pm Monday through Sunday. They changed the hours back they open and close 9:30am to 9:30pm Monday through Saturday. And Sundays they are 10am to 8pm
