March 05, 2023: Increased the 1 star to 5 stars. They now have a good staff and the quality of food has come back up. The staff is nice and polite to its customers. I love this place. I consider this again to be one of the best Dunkins. May 03, 2022: I believe most of the staff has been replaced about a month ago. The old staff kept up consistently with getting out good quality food. The old staff was trained well. A month ago, I considered this store to be one of the best Dunkins. But after a month with the new staff, the quality of food has gone down, there is no consistency in getting food out. Dine in has completely stopped. Mobile ordering has completely stopped. Only drive through exists now as they are unable to fulfill orders and mess up the final orders despite having to process only drive through. One would think since only drive through orders are being taken, the quality and consistency of food can be maintained. Apparently that is not the case. Very disappointed.

my family and i went today Saturday april 27 2024 to get a dz donuts. ordered half a doz vanilla and chocolate creme donuts and the other 6 glazed. well the vanilla and chocolate creme donuts didnt have no filling at all. i tried calling the number but all it said was couldnt take messages was not set up for it. didnt even ring. i live in austin and didnt know till we got home and couldnt even contact anyone thats upsetting. i am so upset and is so wrong to sell donuts thst are not even completely finished. so upset that couldnt even contact them at all in any way either.

I dont throw coffee or food away very often but I did yesterday. Stopped for breakfast and a frozen coffee, I have never tasted something so awful. The coffee was so gross, almost like it had dish soap in it. The food I ordered was equally disgusting, more like mush. My coffee sat on the counter while the employees stood around talking. Im not even a picky eater but this was just inedible. Stopped at QT to throw it away and grabbed a soda with a corn dog which was far better than what I got served at this location. Will not return.

The food and coffee was what I expected. I really like Dunkin coffee and I think they have great App rewards. The bathroom was disgusting and is always a sign of poor management. It makes you wonder what else is not being addressed if the bathroom looks that way. If I was the manager, I would never tolerate that.

When I stop through the drive thru, the employees are always so kind. Actually make eye contact, are pleasant and so kind. I often stop in before work to pick up coffee (box of Joe) for my coworkers. Thanks for making my morning more pleasant by having such a good attitude!

Im a delivery driver and a very patient person. But the inefficiency at the counter boils my blood. If Im waiting for an order that has coffee, hot food, and donuts, it becomes a complete clown show behind the counter. I walk in and tell them the name of the person Im delivering for and they say okay. 5 minutes might go by which is fine if theyre preparing things. Somebody makes the food sets it on the bagging area. Somebody gets the donuts sets them on the bagging area. Somebody makes the coffee sets it on the bagging area. And then everybody in the store walks away and forgets about it!! I have to walk up to the counter again and tell them may I please have my order bagged up thats sitting there ready to go!? If the order just sits there the coffee and food gets cold. I still have to drive it to the customer. Duncan gets a bad name for it I may not get any tip for it or extra tip. And my time is more valuable than you can imagine making $6.18 for that stupid little experience. The food is great! The prep service is fast but this one little flaw in their system is the worst

Ive stopped in many times and have been very happy with my donuts and am consistently happy with the customer service Ive received. Employees have been friendly with me and others with customers. Im a simple donut lover, so I can not evaluate the other offerings Dunkin prides itself on now. The donuts here stand up to Dunkin Donuts standards. Filled donuts have a good amount of filling, and do not leak when you hold them. Regular yeast donuts have been soft. The few times Ive ordered a cake one, it has been firm and soft. There isnt a big selection of donuts, but the restaurant is no longer focused on their sale.

If possible I would have given them a negative star. I had a really bad experience here this weekend. I went there for a drive-through order. The lady who was taking the order not only was rude and behaved really bad!! While ordering he yelled at me and when I asked him politely not to yell she yelled even more. And then when I reached the window she accused me of yelling at her (funny)!! And on top of that she refused to provide me the food and said that the order has been cancelled. I dont know about others but if this person still remains in this location, Dunkin will lose customers left and right. I was a big fan of Dunkin over the years (mainly during my years in east coast), so I felt sad that I will not come back here, ever again. So Dunkin Management, please do take note. If you dont want your business in this location to shrink, you need to let this rude lady go!! Else you will lose many faithful customers like me!!

Placed an order for 24 variety munchkins and they said they only had peach also ordered an English muffin sausage egg and cheese that was disgusting cold not sausage and the drink had more ice than anything when I specifically requested no ICE . This location is a mess . The customer experience here is one you won t find many other places. They re always very friendly, timely and accommodating! I pickup my order inside and it s very well kept and organized even during their rushes. The manager here is AMAZING! I always look forward to this extra stop during my morning routines! Odd that the dining room does not open on Saturday morning until 8. We came by at this time and thought they were closed. We were able to go through the drive through but honestly it wasn t great trying to eat donuts in the car with our little one. Please consider opening the dining room when you are open for business. If I could give this location MINUS 10 STARS I would. I had been coming to this location since the first week they opened. One day I drove 6 miles to get a coffee and when I got home it was 100% cream in my cup. I called the place and someone told me they had an employee quit on them and he must have messed with my food that they would give me 3 coffees to compensate. I went in the next day and the manager said I was lying and at that point I told her where she could stick her coffee. AVOID THIS LOCATION the current manager has ruined it. Even her employees bad mouth her to customers. So I go to the other location and tell them what happened... I have been going to Dunkin for 35 years so I know a few people there. They laugh and say Yea, that manager over there is a piece of work. Good luck store manager as you drive this location into the dirt.

Not only did they mess up my order like giving me kolache s instead of hash browns, this drink is not a latte. It s coffee with creamer. You don t need to taste it to know because of the color. I ve been a loyal Dunkin customer for the last 8 years coming from Northeast where there was a Dunkin every five minute drive. Dunkin was always >>>> than Starbucks to me, but for the past year at this location, I ve never walked out of this Dunkin happy. Being handicapped I definitely am always concerned when there are no parking spaces that are prominently designated as handicap parking. I have been here before and asked them to take care of the situation and I guess they just ignored me. We also told them all their trash has including the bathroom trash were full. Of course this was ignored also. I was also displeased that of all of the things I wanted and asked for they were out of. They advertise this new specialty drink but theyre out of the stuff to make it. However when I was finally able to find something they had available it was very good.

Had an UberEATS order. Fulfilled timely, beverages were still quite warm. Same with the bagel minis. I can tell the store is efficiently run. For those who complain - Dunkin isnt your fancy cafe so dont expect 5 star hotel products ok folks, also they are probably short on staff like everywhere. I dont think my drinks taste perfect either (got toasted almond syrup n coconut, both taste cheap and artificial but thats just Dunkin, not Starbucks or fancy joints) but for this location I think its doing pretty great

Always careful when I give a bad review. Always want to be fair but last night was a great disappointment. Only get donuts about twice a year and we went last night and got 2 classics and 2 chocolate covered. Both were cold and stale. The chocolate-covered was a cake donut which I detest. Tried to warm them up and it didnt help. Classic felt like eating an old sponge. I will never go back to Dunkin.

Manager was clearly stressed when I walked in and basically told me thered be a wait before I could state I had an app order and certainly before she even said hello. I went and stood by the pick up window (as I was instructed to do the first time I did an app order) only to be ignored while my order sat there. FINALLY someone actually asked me what I needed and immediately handed me my order. Im not sure if I plan to come back if this is how the take care of customers. With the volume of people coming through, youd think theyd staff up and stock up. Clearly theres a demand for their product. Went to Dunkin Donut for Free Donut Wednesday i got in my email. Asked the speaker what donut qualifies for Donut Wednesday and he started listing donuts. Got the carmel craze since u have to get a drink to get your free donut.. went to the window payed my money and got a receipt and saw they charged me for the donut.. Called back and said its Free Donut Wednesday and im suppose to get a free donut and said on the speaker about it and he mentioned its only on the app.. WHY didnt you ever mention the app before... I am from New England so there is an expectation when entering a Dunkin donuts for me. I dont know what short cuts these Texas locations take but the donuts and bagels leave a lot to be desired. Its hard to screw up the coffee but these bagels could be used to play hockey. Maybe the local franchise owners should take a trip to New England, otherwise do yourself a favor and get your and elsewhere.

Word of advice, check your order before you leave! I had a simple order, 25 Blueberry munchkin donuts. When I got home I found I had 25 chocolate munchkin donuts...2nd time this has happened.

Sometimes even in the morning they dont have breakfast. Theyre open til 6pm and only sometimes have fresh donuts, othertimes they leave donuts out all day. Theyre open til 6pm and dont always have donuts. A pizza shop has pizza all day, why not a donut shop?

Horrible service.. I asked for no cheese they put cheese on it twice than the third time just scrapped the cheese off.. Im allergic and you could still see where the cheese had melted to the egg and bacon so I called them out and they remade it but not before doing a 30 second google search to tell me Im also probably allergic to the butter.. Thank you for your medical opinion about an allergy I have had for 30 years.. I have no reactions to butter yes some times you can be allergic to both but not always.. I so appreciate you messed up and try to turn it on me.. Im 9 months pregnant sorry if I dont want to eat things im allergic to because you messed up then just scrapped it away.. I spoke to the manager and not even Im sorry or anything just youre probably also allergic to the butter.. Horrible service horrible manager!!!!!

Love the staff here, hate not being able to come in, but Virus so can only order through drivethru, I am uber curious what the store carries for donuts because when I asked through the speaker what you had, it seemed very limited and there is literally a donut place 20 yards away. I always get bagels with extra cream cheese and you never fail to put enough cream cheese on, although sometimes the bagels are burnt *shrug* I used to work dd in Maine, so when I tip, Im being nice. Staff here is always smiling and happy and talkative, much better than say oh Mcdonalds where apparently the pay or something is so awful theyve lost ability to be anything but a clerk to me. :) thank you for the bagels, they are always delish

This location is substandard. Largely hispanic morning staff is humorless and unsmiling. Borderline rude. Unfortunately, its one of the few places in town that serve donuts and coffee at a drive up. Id rather drive a few more miles and go to a Shipleys.

I went in and was third in line. I watched as the counter person handled money with gloved hands, and then proceed to grab the donuts without changing gloves. There is something wrong with that. I will not visit this store again. I think I may even call the health department.

I love dunkin because they have almond milk. With that being said... You have to make sure they use almond milk especially if they are busy and you have am allergy. 70% of the time its right. I love the pink velvet with extra pink velet and almond milk less ice

The worst customer service I have experienced at a Dunkin, hands down. Its an okay location when they dont F-up but really bad when the drive-thru cashier gives you a ton of attitude when you ask for no sugar in your drink, saying thats the only way they make it. I asked politely that they add no sugar a couple of times, knowing I have order my drinks this way for years at other locations but only recieved an infuriating amount of attitude in return. Not only did they add sugar but so much that it was like drinking sand filled coffee. We threw out both drinks after only a few sips. If I go back I am tasting the drink before leaving the drive-thru window, but we will most likely go out of our way to visit a different location next time. Horrible experience all around.
