Overall, the food was fine for my better half. I am gluten sensitive, so there is not much I can eat on the menu. I ordered the tator tots for me, but they tasted old and over fried, like extra extra crispy inside. A tator tot should be a little crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I was extremely disappointed since it has been a long time since Ive had tator tots and then to get bad ones. On the other hand, his order came out great. He loved his chicken fried steak sandwich and his onionrings. If not for the tator tots, they would have gotten 5 stars. It would be nice if Sonic would offer some Gluten friendly options also, maybe at least a bread, i would have ordered more than just tots. It freezes well and can then be toasted. Just charge a little extra. You would be surprised the amount of business you would gain if you did it and advertised it.

Ordered 2 fish combos. Ask for fish and tots to be extra extra crispy. The receipt says see operator. Yet they are have way cooked and smushed not crispy at all. Called spoked to manager and he said he knows they were dropped twice. I assume they only cooked there tots for 30 sec to 1 min if these were dropped twice. Just saying. I was a general manager at a fast food industry and sorry but I took care of my customers everytime. It s what managers do. I pay $30 for what exactly. Oh ya Horrivle food and bad customer service.

One of the worst sonic locations I have visited. Half of the stalls don t work Out of order . Waited for 15 minutes after pushing the red button and finally left. Food has been fine in the past but so disappointing that they can t fix their equipment to serve customers. Can t comment on the food quality this time because no one ever took my order.

UPDATE 9/20/23: WAITED 34 MINUTES FOR 2 DRINKS... and was still charged for them with NO APOLOGY for the wait or for wrong order!! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION?? Workers looked tired and like they didnt want to be bothered. Bad day. One star customer service. IDK what happened but service THIS TIME... was DESPICABLE! I ordered a coney all the way (mayo, mustard, ketchup, onion, jalapenos-my usual) the condiments were everywhere and when I inquired about napkins and mint, the little girl came out and said we wrap them up and put it in with the coney and I know they did it because I watched em do it... she was right and I was wrong, but there was no need for her tone. When I pulled the napkin out of the packaging, it was dirty from the condiments. I hate that I had to change my five star rating to a two start, but this was highly unacceptable and what made me unapologetic for the change was the car hops behavior as if I had offended her. Service just was not hardly as friendly as it usually is and I hope that Mr. David sees this. DEFINITELY I HAD TO PUT THIS PHOTO UP! Uugghh! My food has never looked like someone puked on it! Ordered two super sonic breakfast burritos. Checked my food, it was missing all my favorite ingredients. It was only stuffed it with egg two tots and a slice of cheese.... Ive enjoyed Sonic for years. Im hoping that Sonic will offer the New York dog again; its sauerkraut and mustard, my favorite dog. I also like to order through the app, it makes recieving my order much more seamless. I pay through the app so all I need to do is check in and the car hops bring out the order.

Im sorry for what Im about to say me and a friend just left this place and they had some kid on the headphones and the register. He couldnt hear my friend when she wanted pickle friesqnd she said a medium drink he rung her up a small when she said a medium. The lady at the window had the worse customer service and tried to argue with us when it suppose to be the customers are suppose to be right. I wouldn t even give one star if I had the option. Horrible service. Took my four granddaughters there to get a snack and drinks on Tuesday, March 15 at approximately 4:15 pm. They were not very crowded at all. Got out and was going to eat at the sitting area. Tried twice to order through the kiosk. No response. Car hop was in and out, and never once acknowledged or asked if we needed anything. Staff inside could clearly see we were waiting, standing there, etc., and still no service. We loaded back up and left. We will never stop at this Sonic again.

I came for lunch and the women who brought me my food was helpful and informative and had a great personality. Shes brought out extra sauce and napkins to every car and then was bringing out the food too. She was well mannered and sweet and answered all my questions about payment and some of the machines being broken. I would definitely come back again if I knew keenah/ kheena/ kehna/ was working. (Not sure on spelling of her name but she was such a hard worker).

The bathroom was filthy. The girls that are working here have a we could care less about you attitude, the pain by car doesnt work but theres no notice anywhere that says that, theres dirt and trips and fingerprints on the screen, and they charge you $0.30 for a small thing of ice which I wanted for my dog and because the lid wasnt on tight it fell over and I spilled everywhere inside my car and then I had to pay them another $0.30 to get it replaced! Maybe its just me but I think they could have offered to just give me some more ice.
