Cutest cafe i ve been too, the drinks are reasonably priced and the iced teddy bear molds literally made me smile!! The margarita pizza was huge and delicious, and their iced matcha latte and regular latte tasted great. They were extremely nice and even let us study there. The closest place i can compare them too is escape 360 in mckinney but that place is almost double the price. Will 100% be back!!

Cute cafe for lunch in the Ktown area! They are well known for their teddy bear drinks, which you can get as a hot or iced beverage. I tried the mango iced tea, and it was really good. They use syrup, which sits at the bottom, so you have to stir well. Otherwise, it will taste too sweet. The portion of the pastas was generous, and the carbonara was sooooo tasty. I suggest trying it! Ordering pasta came with garlic bread too, but I enjoyed the pasta more so I only ate the smaller piece of bread. Reason for service being a 3/average is because the servers dont really come to check in on you and ask how the food and everything is. I was visiting from Toronto, and its common practice there, but maybe not here in Texas, so that was ok! Id visit this place again! Would like to try desserts next time

Yum yum yum!!! Came with a group of friends and everything was delicious!!! We got: side of French fries, spicy seafood tomato broth pasta, cream seafood pasta, carbonara pasta, green tea bingsoo, passion fruit sparkling ade, and lychee iced tea. The spicy seafood pasta was spicy for sure!!! Youve been warned! All the pastas are delicious with a large portion size. The fries are a little pricey for $10 for the amount given but were well seasoned and crispy. The drinks were so cute and good! Not overly sweet and the teddy bear ice cube was so adorable! The green tea bingsoo was good. We had an issue with our first bingsoo which we saw had a piece of hair inside, we explained it to the server and they remade it for us. Absolutely amazing place to go and will definitely be coming back!!

I recently discovered Jubilee cafe and Im so glad I found this place. When I looked up the place online, I was thinking its more like a coffee/dessert place, but boy was I wrong. The food menu is pretty extensive, the food is soooo tasty. I got wild mushroom risotto and seafood ink pasta, and my mouth is watering just typing this up. If you visit, you must get the jubilee ice tea and the teddy latte. The bear is sooooooo adorable but the drink is top notch. Also, dont leave without getting yourself a dessert, I tried four different desserts, and they are all sooooo amazing!!! You get to look at the menu and place the order on a iPad at your own pace so you dont have to wait for a server to come over and take your order. Lastly, I love the owner. Shes soooo friendly and it seems shes the only server but the service is prompt, food and drinks comes out quickly. The price is reasonable for the portion and quality that you get. I came back twice already and will be coming back again pretty soon. I cant recommend this place enough!!!

The items we wanted were out, and the tablet we ordered from did not reflect this. Im a bit of a coffee snob so the latte was a must, it was good. However, the mismatched cup to saucer, while looking nice, were incompatible and the cup itself is a poorly designed cup for a latte. A Small handle makes it difficult to lift and is heavy, so prone to spilling. Cant see the desserts in the case because of the condensation on it. Prices are about 1/3 higher than they should be. I guess this keeps the place from being overrun with guests. The cake was okay. The tables have the legs near the corners, toe stubbing city. Probably not coming back with Ktown being so close.

Came here because I wanted to try the pasta and desserts. The cafe is very cute and calming. The seats are very comfortable and soft. Each table has a lamp that you can adjust and a tablet to view the menu (with photos) and place an order. This is super convenient. The food came out really fast, within 5-10 minutes. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 pasta, 1 salad, and a dessert. The Jubilee tea with flavor is basically tea with fruit syrup and an ice shaped bear. It was cute, but I wouldnt order it again. The pasta was delicious. We ordered carbonara and seafood tomato pasta. The carbonara was the best one weve ever had. The dishes had the perfect size serving, and the taste was to my liking. We ordered a cappuccino cake. I dont like sweet dessert, but this cake was pretty good. The food presentation was beautiful. Looking at each individual dish, it is pricey, ranging from $20-30. Drinks are anywhere from $6-10+. With 2 drinks, 3 dishes, and 1 dessert, the bill came out to $87 (plus tax). Overall, for the service, quality, vibe, and presentation, it is not pricey and definitely worth a try. I will come back here for dessert and coffee.

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the level of service we received during our visit. While the food was satisfactory, the service fell short of expectations. Specifically, we encountered several issues that detracted from our overall experience. Despite being a party of three, we were only provided with two small napkins when requested. Additionally, when asking for leftover food to be packed, we had to request a second box as initially, only one was offered. Furthermore, throughout the duration of our meal, our server did not check in on us or inquire if we needed anything such as water refills or additional assistance.

My wife had been here several times before but this was my first time. Initially I was going to have pasta but settled on a margarita pizza. The Neapolitan style pizza was a good choice. Healthy amounts of fresh mozzarella topped the pizza. Very little basil. My son had the carbonara pasta and I had a taste. That was a good choice. My wife had the seafood risotto which I didn t think was that great. I thought it was a bit bland and I thought the rice was a bit overcooked. Would go back again and I d like to try some of their desserts.

The place is beautiful, truly. Its tucked away in a little shopping center with other Korean food and shops. The food and drinks look amazing. However.. this place is outrageously expensive. We were going to eat there but it was just not worth it. An omlette was 20 dollars! Why?? A plate of fries by themselves as a side? 10 dollars. Sandwhiches, basic sandwiches were 15 dollars or more. We got some ice tea, blueberry and peach, that tasted like they were not made in house. Which for 6 bucks and the time it took to get them you would think they were made homemade. Also they were in very skinny glasses filled to the brim with ice. We got make 3-4oz of actual tea. It was just disappointing. As someone else pointed out in a different review, this place is good for Instagram photos. Again the place is gorgeous but realistically the price is not worth going again.

Two people went, but there was only one table left for 4 people, so they said, Oh... and didnt tell us where to sit. There were 6 people in the store using 2 tables for 4... In the end, they let us sit at an empty table, but I dont know why they made us stand there... I felt that way as soon as I entered. Even if you order, they basically dont give you water. You have to call the staff or use a tablet to get water. The food came out late... After I finished eating all the pizza, pasta came out. The food came out, but the cutlery didnt come out properly. Our table ordered pasta, but no cutlery was provided. The food tasted good, but it seemed like it lacked some basic sense....

I only popped in here to get a warm drink. I was in the area, saw it was new and decided to look at the menu on the website before going in. Since I saw a pretty extensive latte and beverage menu, I decided to go in. But the experience wasnt what Id hope it would be. 1. There was one person ahead of me in line but once they had left the register area, I was left standing there for like 2 minutes while various workers just walked past me. They did make eye contact with me but they didnt even give me a well be right with you statement. 2. The beverages listed on the chalk board within the store are different than what is on the website. I had come in with an idea of what I wanted but when I saw the in-store menu looked different, was trying to figure out what Id actually be able to order. 3. I tried to order a hot sea salt latte, only to be told that it was iced only. And I absolutely understand that so I said Id love something hot and asked the cashier if all other lattes had a hot option - he just gave me a blank look. Okay. Decide to just go with a hot mocha so that I can be out of there. 4. The mocha took a few minutes to make and once I got it, I could tell the cup was only 75-80% full but I just want to leave at this point and go to the starbucks across the street. Mocha is whats youd expect it to be, so it wasnt bad but it certainly wasnt the treat I thought it would be. Maybe Ill give this place another shot and try their food, which looked good. But in terms of a getting a cup of coffee, I was less than impressed by this place.

The food and drinks were really good but the service was really lacking unfortunately, they seemed overwhelmed and understaffed for the amount of foot traffic they were getting. Understandably so due to social media influencers blowing this place up. So please come with an open mind and expect a wait or for the servers to accidentally forget about you/get your order wrong when they are super busy. Not on purpose of course, but unfortunately it could happen. Hopefully once the social media blow up settles down and they get a chance to breathe and figure out a system that works better, it will be a more pleasant experience dining with them. I am rooting for them as the food is good and the owner is a sweet nice lady who is just figuring things out as she goes.

Boss~~ I just submitted dessert for a moment. I think it would be a good idea to leave everything and leave the refrigerator inside. Its really unsightly to see the fruit packaging and cakes piled up in a messy manner. If there are cakes and desserts only on the shelf, you might think that they make them all themselves, but if they are piled up next to each other, they clearly look like industrial products. I think it would be better to put a smaller number neatly in them or take out the refrigerator. Im not saying you should necessarily listen to me, but if you check the contents. Ill change it. I hope you prosper and your business goes well. I hope everything goes well for you.

Everyone two thumbs up For dessert, the Injeolmi and red bean shaved ice was enough to feed 3 people, and it was a very happy ending

The food is great! After talking with the owner about the speed of the kitchen, I can say this. Be patient. The food is fresh. Nothing pre cooked. Each dish is individually made for freshness. The Korean egg breakfast sandwich is what a fresh egg should taste like.

I went to Jubilee Cafe for lunch and they said if you eat there you get free coffee, but even though I asked politely, they didnt answer so we went and checked and asked for coffee and asked for ice, so I got ice in a small coffee cup. I frown when asked for more ice in coffee that is neither hot nor cold. I wonder if it tastes good. The service is terrible... Dont tell me youre doing a little business.

The food is presented extremely well. Its a great spot for insta pictures. The prices are kinda high and the console that you have to order on is really difficult to order on. There is virtually no info on the ingredients of each item. The menu is geared towards Italian but its a Korean restaurant and there can be a slight language barrier as well as the food is more on the Korean version of Italian. Despite that, its a very nice restaurant and good to visit for the novelty. I do recommend getting a dessert. The pretty teddy bear coffee is not very flavourful, I would probably ask if they can bring a hot coffee with the bear on the side. Parking: Its a large plaza that stays pretty busy. It was difficult to find a parking spot for a truck and trailer.

Came here with a lot of hope and excitement but food turned out super disappointed Ordered matcha latte, lavender latte, and Fresh clam pasta. Matcha latte was too sugary, taste like the cheap matcha powder package from grocery store. Lavender latte was very bitter taste with burnt taste. Almost like someone accidentally pour too much lavender syrup mix with over roasted coffee bean. Worst is the Clam pasta. Menu said Fresh Clam with white wine sauce . Clam was very frozen and taste bad. Please don t put misleading information on your menu. Just say clam pasta Also, you have to constantly try get attention from the waiter cause nobody come serve you.

Desert / Beverage Menu Images Included - Main Entree Menu not Included. Ordered the Chicken Avocado Sandwich which comes with your choice of hot coffee or tea, as well as a side salad and fries. Sandwich was carefully prepared and really good! The Teddy Bear latte was cute, but I probably wouldn t order it again. The latte would benefit from NOT including ice cubes in addition to the Teddy Bear Ice cube as it was too much ice and not necessary. From what I could tell, the Teddy Bear ice was just brown colored ice without flavor or any kind of infusion. The latte was just foamy milk with espresso, so good but standard. They also have a variety of salads, pizza, pasta and risotto in the menu as well. I would definitely come back to try those as well.

One thing to note is that this place is popular so you may have to wait a bit. However, I personally think it will be worth it. Vegetarian options: They have options for vegetarians. Like veggie sandwich, salad, and pizza.

This is an unassuming cafe next to McDonalds, tucked in a plaza away from the hub-bub of all the other Korean eateries on Old Denton Road. Ordered the wild mushroom & prosciutto pizza & my friend ordered the spicy seafood pasta. Of course, we had to order the teddy bear lattes as well. Servers were sweet & friendly. There was no wait when we arrived but the food did take a while. Warning, the pasta is quite spicy but the pizza was pretty good. The lattes were ok but cute, they each had a different outfit. Dessert was a slice of ricotta pistachio sponge cake which was nice & light & you could definitely taste the pistachio. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

This place is so cute! I always wanted to visit because they have pictures of an incredibly adorable teddy bear sitting on top of their coffee, which looks amazingly cute. If you like sweet coffee like me, youll probably want to ask them to provide the syrup on the side because its a regular latte, but it tastes so good. The owner also told me that their cakes come from Italy! Regular cakes arent that sweet, so if you want something really sweet, I recommend ordering the chocolate mousse, which goes along so well with coffee. They also sell pasta, which I havent had a chance to try yet (I thought it was a regular coffee shop like Starbucks). Ill definitely be coming back for the pasta and coffee

The service is extremely slow at this place no one came to my table to take order for so long that we wondered if it was self service restaurant where you order at the counter. The vibe is really retro and outdated as well we felt catfished by videos we saw from the foodie bloggers. The bear drinks are really cute, but there is no flavor to them! It s extremely bland, I could tell they didn t have experience making tea and coffee drinks. For the price I would definitely go eat somewhere else because Carrollton has so many good and trendy restaurants. It was not a good experience and I am wondering if some reviews are fake or paid

The coffee price point here is on par with cafes in LA and NYC. At this price point I expect the coffee to at least not taste bland or watery (The teddy bear latte was cute visually though). I dont know what it is, whether its the beans you use or the extraction method but the coffee here needs serious work as our table had two signature coffees ordered that all tasted bland. Service was slow. A table behind us was complaining of slow service also. Plus it was like a steamy sauna, as AC seemed to be completely down. Everyone was talking about how hot it was in the store , even one of the waitresses. Primary reason customers stop by a cafe is to cool off with a tasty drink - the overall execution really needs improvement.

At first, I thought it was a cafe, but it turned out that it was a pasta risotto restaurant that also served brunch. Add plenty of fresh seafood and meat. All the food is so delicious~ Korean soy sauce pickles are so delicious and refreshing~ Take away all the greasiness! The coffee is delicious too. I liked the lavender latte. The bear latte poured with espresso is also amazing and unique. Its a bit disappointing that the atmosphere is more casual than expected, but if the atmosphere was better, the waiting line would have been huge. Its reasonably casual, so you can chat comfortably, and I think its even better ^^

Stopped by for quick snacking and coffee with my friends but they are known for their dishes here. Grabbed the regular size berry shaved ice fresh fruit for four people. The display for the teddy bear latte is so cute. You let it melt into your coffee. Loved the crème brûlée! The original location is in New Jersey, Jubilee Chocolatier and so happy to hear it s out here. I got to meet the sweet owner and her cute cafe! Definitely will be back for the delicious pastas and dishes on their menu very soon.

Came here for shaved ice and ended up with more than we thought! The crème brûlée was sweet and creamy. We also had the mixed berry shaved ice that I thought was really good, especially the mochi on top. We also ended up with a passion fruit tea and cute coffee with a bear shaped piece of expresso bathing in milk/creamer of some sort. Great spot to stop by for dessert. Didn t get to try the food menu though since we were full from before stopping by but wish we shaved space for the pasta on the menu, looked good

I visited for the first time today. The food, presentation and service were all excellent. Open less than a week now, with the owner having one other cafe in New Jersey. I had a chicken and avocado sandwich with fries and salad ($16-17) while my friend had a shrimp salad (I think $17). My friend took pictures but I dont have them here. Sorry. The sandwich was cut in half and nicely wrapped on the plate and the fries were cut large. The salad that came with the meal was of some lettuce other than the normal iceberg. House dressing was good. My friends shrimp were seasoned and the lettuce, greens , onions and other toppings were higher grade than what Ive normally seen at most other restaurants. I gather the baker is French trained. I was encouraged (after I ordered) to try the pasta my next trip there. Knowing the pride restaurants in the New Jersey/New York are of their pasta dishes Im already thinking of my next trip there.
