One of the better pizza places Ive tried in the Dallas area for sure! Definitely a casual, lower end place, but not in a bad way. We ordered wings and they were pretty mid but priced well. The celery was good but small and kinda oddly presented. The calzone was good but nothing extraordinary... The toppings inside were not mixed thoroughly. Good flavor though! We had the spinach feta pizza and it was good! Would come back!

I want to edit my review, I called the restuarant, spoke with the owner, he was a total gentlement, and was able to hear me out, and make good on the pizza mishap. That alone, deserves more than 10 points, ty for responding and making good on the pizza and the gyros. Well I had heard lots of compliments, I went yesterday, Sat spent 75.00, extra lrg sausage pizza, it was completely over cooked, burnt. Dry, you couldnt see the cheese. So 1 star. How do you burn a pizza....

The salad and garlic bread was really good. We didnt care much for the pizza tho. Crust was too thick. Asked for onions with pepperoni. Food was really good. Im usually nervous trying new pizza places Ive never had but its by far the best pizza Ive had in a long time. I got the Pepperoni pizza lunch special and Ziti pasta w/garlic bread. Everything tasted great...I even ordered a meal to go to have later since I live an hour away. The waitress was also great...patient, helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend if youre in the mood for Italian

I walked into the restaurant for my first ever visit with the idea of getting a takeout order. The service was quick and very friendly. I ordered a medium Pizzarella Special w/o green peppers. The pizza was good. The toppings were plentiful. The sauce was a little heavy and it was not the best taste for my preference. The crust was crisp and very good but I do like a thinner crust. I should have just stuck with classic pepperoni.

This place is really really really good, BUT I wish they were on UberEats. I get the reason they probably don t want to be (especially costs for the restaurant), but I think doing delivery and being on UberEats would be very beneficial. This is the only Italian open in our area past 9pm (other than the so-so Zio Als), but I always forget about them because they aren t on UberEats. Their online ordering system is a little outdated, and I know phone ordering kinda sucks. Just my 2 unasked for cents as a chronic online orderer! Some of the best pizza around! Ranchero love in the house! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This is what it was. I have eaten at this restaurant for 15+ years. It was my favorite pizza place. 5 years ago we moved farther away and outside their delivery. I only get to eat there a couple of times a year anymore, so I was looking forward to picking it up today. Its been about 8 months and WOW... gone downhill... Ordered the same order as always. Meatblast and Ranchero with a Carbonara. Meatblast: Looked more like cheese pizza, with not much meat at all. Ranchero... Where is the ranch?? Was dry with MAYBE a slight ranch to it and overcooked. And the carbonara...this was my favorite pasta... I loved this pasta... This was chicken alfredo and not carbonara. Could not even see bits of the pork/bacon that they used in the dish. Couldnt taste it either. So I called and spoke to the woman that took my order. Explained the issues and... nothing. Didnt sound like she cared at all. Explained because of this that we wouldnt be coming back. Got an Uh huh back from her. Could tell she didnt care at all. I wasnt looking for anything; I know people that call for freebies but Ive did the Pizza industry for 11 years. I just wanted to call and make my concerns known. Didnt care. No customer service. So I will never be going back again. And what was once a 5-star review I wish I could make it -2.

I have a friend that recommended Pizzarella to me. I love Italian food so I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you this has become my new favorite place to eat. Ive tried their pizza, sandwiches, and appetizers. I absolutely love their bruschetta and their breadsticks. If I dont find myself too hungry for an entire pizza then Ill just get an appetizer. You get a lot of food for the money you spend. The food is also super fresh and they almost always have it ready in about 15 minutes. Pizzarella is always great for ordering take-out. Online menu is pretty easy to navigate, they have multiple deals online along with the full menu, and check out is pretty easy. The only issue I ever have is that their system doesnt provide an estimate for pick up, but normally showing up within twenty minutes works. Their pizza is always great, and their wings are very good as well. Its great to have a local shop like this nearby.

I called to place to order and Andreas, I believe, was completely rude over the phone. He asked me to hold and before I could reply, he throws me on hold. Then once he returns, I started to place my order. I asked if they had bread sticks or cheese sticks and his reply was well what do you want . Easily one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. Looked small at first, but fed both my wife and I with no problems. This is one of the first pizzas my heretical wife bought with a side of ranch and ended up not using the ranch. It may look pricey at first glance, but where I usually need a large to both fill me up and satisfy my taste buds, this place did it with a medium. Downside is that they dont deliver past 635. So if you live in North Dallas, youll have to pick it up. Worth it though!

Friendly staff and the food is excellent at a good price and good portions. The staff is willing to help look for coupons when ordering over the phone as well which was unexpected and I didnt even have to ask them to.

the service was perfect and the pizza was even better. super courteous people. it smelled very clean and employees were wearing gloves. I got a small pizza with thick crust, half of it stuffed me full and I eat lol.
