Medium pepperoni and garlic Parmesan wings turned out okay. Had medium bacon pizza that had a few unchewable bacon pieces that was way too hard and had to spit it out - not sure if that was bacon or not. Tossed it.

First 2 times we had marcos pizza it was great .... but last 2 times have been horrible. The pizza has been very chewy. I noticed theres been a certain worker there by themselves the last 2 times we had it. I dont know if shes new but thats the common denominator. I will try a different location next time.

If you re expecting your pizza to be on time, then you re mistaken. The workers ignore mostly ignore you. The phone goes unanswered. You could show up late and they are consistently not ready. Delivery estimates are also way off. Expect them to take over an hour. Save your money and time - look elsewhere.

This is NOT a pizza!! Pizza with no pizza sauce and cheese? Of course, I didnt ask less amount or without it! Amazingly shocked and horrible. This is slices of bread and the topping! Just touch of pizza sauce and the hint of cheese. Truly bland tastes whole slices. Couldnt finish even just one slice. Waste of money! The only thing positive is the good amount of toppings. Thats it! It seems someone is annoyed making pizza, or they hate the sauce and cheese. Soooooooo disappointed! Pictures are slices from half and half medium size pizza, just flipped toppings.

Called in to make the order for pickup. Though there was a language barrier, I was impressed with the woman who answered the phone. She was patient & we overcame the language barrier by her suggesting a favorite. The fish was scary to look at but the taste more than made up for the looks! Simply DELICIOUS!

The employees are friendly but I am giving this location one star because they messed up a simple order. I ordered a philly bowl and they forgot to add sauce so all of the toppings were melted to the bowl and I had to scrape pieces just to eat. I called the store to speak to a manager but was told there wasnt anyone available until tomorrow so I asked if they could remake my bowl but the employee insisted I call back another day when the manager is working. If a manager is going to be present then they need to train their employees how to handle simple situations or else they need to be present.

I order here once, twice and sometimes three times a week. I order a XL Pepperoni Manifico, no sauce, 3x garlic sauce crust, 3x Romajan crust. And ranch occasionally to dip it in. I dont know what that other review was talking about with the food poisoning, but Ive been here for 6 years and not once did I get sick and the quality is always consistent. In fact, recently its been even better. Not only that, theyre stand up folks. I asked them to call when they left because it always sends to the wrong address. My phone was on silent from a meeting earlier that day. Poor kid left it at my door on the third floor. I called, driver made it back to the store, I saw a missed call 20 minutes earlier :( obviously the bugs were chowing on the pizza in front of my door for 20 minutes so I couldnt eat it. I called and drove up there, the manager made sure to make it right (without hassle) since I couldnt eat the last one. And it was right before closing too as if he didnt have a lot to do already. The drivers always deliver it fast and its always steaming hot, I always make sure to show my appreciation (everyone should). Ive never been sick, I think the other lady had something else that got her sick. If I had to critique anything at all, it would be the software. Ive lived here for years and it still sends drivers to business 121 instead of normal 121. The store is amazing and so is the manager. Actually both of them. When I get pizza from the fellas during the day its always amazing too. Im a pizza snob so if the cheese is bad or dough sat out too long I can taste it as well as any cheap ingredients - these guys dont disappoint. Thanks!

FOOD POISON ALERT! This was a Weekly favorite for our family. Unfortunately, our order on June 20 I had my entire household sick, and landed me in the ER. We ordered the pepperoni magnifico, I m not sure if it was bad cheese, bad pepperoni, or old bad dough. We ve ordered from this place many times in the last several the quality had deteriorated. After our recent food poisoning about, I will never eat here again and will be calling the health inspections office. What made it worse is neither the general manager, nor the district manager, had the audacity to call me back and inquire about my two ER visits.

I tried this place for the first time at the recommendation of several people. Despite my initial misgivings, I went with specialty philly cheese steak pizza, I love it at dominos it should be better here right? No...The first bite was good but it got worse with every bite and I threw the rest of the pizza away. Too much, too heavy, and too rich...the crust however was very good.

The customer service at this location is horrible. They hire people who cannot comprehend basic orders. It took me over 10 minutes to attempt to place a pick up order over the phone for a large 2 topping pizza, after repeating myself multiple times, for them to still get it incorrect. So appalled by their lack of customer service and knowledge on what their specials actually are. I ended up canceling my order because I was so annoyed. Step up your customer service, seriously.

Best delivery experience Ive ever had. Delivered in the ice, in the freezing cold. Our apartment complex is so hard to navigate, especially in the ice, and the driver didnt show the slightest but of frustration toward us, he was so sincerely kind! Seriously promote this guy, this is 11/10 customer service.. I cant remember his name but he delivered a white cheezy pizza at around 7:30 . Thank you again! (It was delicious)

When this location first opened the pizza was great. A year after and the quality went downhill. I ordered dbl mushroom and got mostly bits and pieces of mushroom. Edges of pizza got larger. Crust was uneven thickness so some of it was uncooked. This happened on the last 2 orders. The last time, my order was misplaced(not even started when I arrived) and the pizza was not cut properly - sliced instead of cut square, and undercooked. I contacted the corporate office via the feedback form on their website. Nobody replied, no email. I called the manager too. Never heard from Marcos again. I have not ordered since.

We live 10 minutes from this place and usually have a good experience. Tonight we ordered a hamburger, pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese. My husband showed up 15 minutes after it was ordered to pick it up and bring it home and the pizza he brought home was hard and cold. It tasted as if it was a pizza left over from the day before that the cook re-heated and sold to us as a freshly ordered pizza. Very disappointing!!! Hardly any sauce and no extra cheese, and burnt toppings!

Best. Pizza. Place. Period. The day I ordered from Marcos was the day I viewed all the other pizza chains in a different light. Every single time I come here Im greeted with a hearty welcome from the crew when I walk through the door. The customer service is always amazing. The ingredients are the SUPER fresh....and not the We always use fresh ingredients TV commercial kind of fresh, this is Do they have a garden out back?? tier fresh. And to top it off, the meats are just as high a quality as the vegetable toppings are... Their chicken wings are great as well. I prefer to get them plain, as I have a homeade buffalo sauce I prefer for my wings, but theyre good enough to eat as is. For the price, its hard to find the quantity and quality of wings they provide here. And before I forget, the Chicken Poppers + Jalapeno Ranch is a winning combination, thank me later! They also run specials during the week, and sometimes have BOGO pizzas or half price order days. I got a meat lovers after having this place highly endorse the pizza was good I thought it was a bit on the pricey side for what I got but I tend to be a little frugal as it is but if you want good pizza this is definitely a place to go

I wish I had the young ladies name, I wanted to order three pizzas. When she answered the phone her attitude came off like she didnt want to take my order. She did mention I could go online and get 40% off my online order. I placed the order and nothing popped up there was that sale. We went to ho pick it up and the guy said I couldnt use it since it wasnt applied. If the option doesnt come up how can I apply. I didnt know the promo code and he didnt want to give it to me at first. After I told him I was going to delete my order and try again he ended up giving it to me. Long story short I didnt get the promo code and I am very upset with the young lady and manager that assisted me and my family. We wont be ordering here.

I ordered two medium two topping original crust pizzas and cheese sticks for delivery. The toppings are good but the crust is below average. The crust is over seasoned and the sauce is bland with little to no flavor. I also order their cheese sticks and it was a joke. The cheese did not cover half of the bread. The cheese stick again was over seasoned with garlic (looks like they spilled garlic seasoning on my order). If you like Pizza Hut styled pizza you will probably like Marcos. On a positive note, they deliver pretty quickly and the prices are reasonable to other pizza places.

Slightly disappointed all around. The location is not dine in friendly like other locations. The prices for the drinks are just not worth is. Ended up just taking it to go and the pizza was just not a great we expected it to be. Fairly hard bottom side. I ll just stick to the Lewisville location.
