I went in for a free consultation and Mr. Jackson answered all of my questions and also helped me with an important document free of charge. He went the extra mile for me when he didnt have to, and thats why Im leaving a five-star review. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and an all-around good guy.

Very unprofessional from my first encounter. I emailed them asking for pricing and if they would do payment plans and gave a full explanation of my situation. The response I was given was short, inaccurate, and rude. The response simply said no, we can t proceed without a retainer which shows me they didn t even bother to read my email because my first sentence clearly asked for pricing and cost for there services as well as asking if they did a payment plan. Then they followed it up with You cannot represent yourself for a number of reasons which is a complete lie. While it s suggested to not represent yourself it is allowed and possible to do it. It s also the reason I reached out because I said I would prefer not to and asked for pricing. They came off very unprofessional and rude. Any chance I had of selecting them to help represent me was shot as soon as I received this ridiculous response that showed how much they payed attention to what was asked and there demeanor towards their possible clients.

Great people, they did an excellent job. I did take my business elsewhere, but that was simply because of the relationship with my attorney, so my business followed them. Still no complaints about Jackson law.

He charges 1500 for Annulment and divorce, even if there is not Children or property involved. Then, because I didnt do a contract with him, after I mentioned that I want to call around first.. he said to me your best bet is to go get a loan and find someone else as if I dont have the money.. smh.. well ... guess what.. I have the money, and I found a cheaper lawyer too, 1000$ cheaper. Yes , Im a Black woman that makes great money dont mean I have to spend it on over price things.

MR.JACKSON IS ONE OF DALLAS UNPARALLELED AND BY FAR UNAPOLOGETIC TRIAL ATTORNEY TO EVER GRACE A COURT ROOM.HIS HEIGHT AND TIN GALLON HAT IS MERELY A reflection of his personality .what i respect and appreciate about MR.JACKSON is he is in your face gonna tell you like it is, even if its not what your wanting to here. Alot of attorney will take your money and lie to you about what they can do.well none of that with MR.JACKSON ,you may need Kleenex when hes finish talking to you but you wil be very clear on what it is ahead.
