This is my mom s favorite Korean BBQ place and has definitely become mine as well!! Any time I m with my girls in the DFW area we make sure to make a stop here. I love this place! This is definitely the best korean bbq spot in Carrollton. The portions are huge and marinated to perfection. The meat is still juicy when it comes off the grill and the tea they give at the end is a perfect finish. We love coming here and chatting with the staff as we enjoy our meal. Theyre so friendly and really go above and beyond.

I have been here before when under different ownership and felt service was a bit more attentive under previous management. The food was good and the portions are generous, they didn t try to chintz us on the all you can eat, in fact they offered us another round when we were totally stuffed, so there s that. Usually with this style of eating you automatically get rice, miso soup and steamed egg, but now you need to specifically order those. The kimchi and sides were a little skimpy. The grilled items were fresh and quite nice; we had LA Galbi, bulgogi, squid, shrimp, pork belly, sirloin, veggies and more. I liked the fried dumplings (gyoza/mandu) and everything else for that matter. It s currently $27.99 per person for all you can eat, and for six people, (I had two Korean beers and everyone else drank water) it was ~$225 including tax and the 18% gratuity post tax that they awarded themselves. It was an enjoyable splurge I might indulge in annually, I have absolutely no regrets. . Parking: Fierce competition on weekends!

Been looking for a great all you can eat Korean BBQ. This place was great! The food was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. Service was quick, & friendly. A bit smaller than the ones we were used to, but we will return next time we are craving some KBBQ. 2nd Trip/ Time was today! Just as good, as first time. Our server Jackson was amazing! He was so attentive while also being patient with our kids. The rest of the staff that helped us were great as well. The quality of food was very good for an All You Can Eat KBBQ. Portions of sides were very generous also. Definitely impressed and will be back!!

Yoon is my favorite AYCE KBBQ spots. The price is fair, portions are big and the selection is decent. The service is always good but expect some wait during busy times. I ve been eating at this place for years. Every time I go with my family everything is great. The food is good, service is never really amazing, but I always leave satisfied. I don t know what it is but every time I ve eaten at this place with my white friends there is some horrible issue. First of all, they say they re open until 10, but don t be fooled. The kitchen closes at 9, unlike other restaurants that close the kitchen when they say the restaurant is closed and let people stay for a little while longer. First time I brought my friends, we left hungry because we showed up at 8pm. Tonight, there were two servers on the floor and that was it. There were several tables of more than four people coming in and my friends were stressing me out to the maximum, incessantly pestering me to agree to go back to Ari (the restaurant I initially agreed to go to but subsequently decided on Yoon because they have a much better deal), where we would actually get service. By the time I got them to shut up and we placed an order, we had been sitting for over half an hour, nibbling on kimchi and irritated. Huge thanks for the two guys and their hard work. I hope scheduling gets better for y all on weekdays. Food has always been great and I ll continue coming to eat here, but I can no longer convince any of my friends to come to Yoon, and that really disappoints me.

The food is alright but at first when I came in. At the end or my 2-3 round of ribeyes steak it was very salty and like they had dumped a lot of sauce on the beef. There was only one restroom for men and woman and it was not so clean for the woman. The severs were great and very friendly. The grill was very weak and didn t have enough heat. Overall they were playing tricks on customers and the Mac and cheese at first it was little but at the end when I asked for more they gave me a lot of Mac and cheese so I can get full. The menu had only 24 options. The drinks/soda/wines are not free. You can only get 3 rounds at a time (You can get 3 options after you finish your first 3).

This is my favorite Korean bbq in the area. They have a great meat selection and the atmosphere is great. I come frequently with family and never had a bad experience here. The price is typical for Kbbq in the area. It was cheaper before the pandemic, but understandable it s a bit more now. They used to accept me by myself but now they require two at minimum. I always order salad which makes for good ssamjang wraps with chadolbagi and the banchans they give you. At the end they give you a refreshing cinnamon tea. This place is a must for foodies.

Yoon probably deserves a 4.5 out of 5, but a 4 would be too low, so I opted for a 5. This was my first time going to Korean BBQ. I had no clue that we cook the food at our table -- that was a surprise. It turns out to be relatively fun and not that hard. The food was delicious -- I mean, really really good. The service was solid. The atmosphere is extremely lacking, on the verge of sterile. Id recommend this restaurant despite the atmosphere given the quality of the food. Be sure to go hungry, its a flat rate $28/person regardless of how much you eat.

The quality of the meat was good but I f We were definitely underserved and we came in whenever it wasnt busy. There were several items that I didnt like such as the soup and the salad. The soup was just a Broth version of their sauce that they give you for dipping. And the salad was covered in chili oil. The mixed edge option was very much lacking as well about three Thin slice shavings of pumpkin a half an Onion and a few shoots of mushroom. Definitely feel like we were lacking in nutrients from What was available on the menu. Definitely wont be going back because the competition

This place offered AYCE bbq (which is what I got) when I went as of October 2022. The selection is smaller than say Gen and the quality is on par, Id say. The service was kind of slow, someone sat us down and took a good while to come take orders. I tried to flag them down but they never even came our way. I tried looking for a service button like some Korean places have, but the table didnt have one so maybe just understaffed. Other than that 1 issue, the food was good, the options were decent. I rarely eat anything except LA Galbi so I wasnt bothered by the smaller meat selections. Forgot to take pics but worth a try, I dont think anything special sets it apart but Id come back again cause it was still solid overall.

The meats are well seasoned. We got: Galbi - yummy Pork bulgogi Beef belly Premium smoked sausage - very salty, but good if you eat a few (2) pieces Fried dumplings - ok Steamed egg - bland, no soy sauce to add to it Cinnamon tea - they give us this at the end. Before I get into my review, keep in mind that while this buffet is fair priced, there s a minimum 2 people per group for their $27.99 buffet. The service was nice and the food were ok for the most part. The pork small intestine is skippable (-1 star), and most of the Galbi & Pork Belly were fats and there was one time we wanted to order something for the second round, and the waitress said we already ordered that (-1 star). You re allowed to order up to 3 meat & 3 veggies per round, unlimited. We were able to eat up 3 rounds of meat. It is worth mention that you ll need to ask for refills on side dishes and can take a bit (-1 star). This is why I am rating this place a 2 star, along with reviews above.

It was ok. A limited selection of beef and only two dipping sauces. The staff wasnt impolite,but not friendly. It was definitely weird. Excellent all you can eat Korean bbq place in Carrollton. We went on a Saturday night a little before 6 and were seated immediately. Ordered the chicken, marinated steak, LA galbi, and beef bulgogi a few times and they didnt disappoint. They also serve a super yummy iced cinnamon drink at the end that is lovely way to end the meal. My husband said this was the closest to the original he had while living Seoul and we will definitely be back.

4.0/5.0 First off, great service. I came on a Monday night about 2 hours before closing and did not have to wait. Each order was fairly big. I was a bit disappointed with the brisket. It was too thickly sliced and had way too much fat on each slice. I was almost full by the time I finished this plate of brisket. Everything else was pretty good. I enjoyed the garlic pork belly, and the galbi beef. The side salad was also pretty good.

I was trying to dine in another Korean BBQ restaurant in the same mall but that one was packed asking for an hour waiting. So we walked in this place, where not many people were in. But they stood us up for more than 5mins before being seated. And the server set up a bowl of rice for each person in the table even before we we re seated without asking. (The reason seems very obvious as this is AYCE restaurant) We were a party of five and they set up only one table squeezing all us in. I asked if we can also use one more grill on the next table then they said they charge you more if five people use 2 grills. That s the moment I found why this restaurant is not packed at all. The quality of the food cannot be good under this kind of mindset (of the owner) and you shouldn t expect much quality at the AYCE restaurant though. All the staff were great and I honestly felt sorry for them working so hard there.

They give so much food at this place. Even the side salad was big enough to share around the table. Its good to plan what you are getting in rounds to make sure you do not get too much. This is especially tricky when you have a large group. There were so many sides and the staff trade out the grills often for a great grilling experience. I enjoyed my time here.

Went there with a party of 3, they left us waiting for approximately 15 minutes without even telling us if there was a waiting period. 3 tables were empty. They just did not care. When we finally asked we were told to sing a piece of paper with how many we were Mora waiting We then left and went to another BBQ place around the corner where we were served in less than 5 minutes. Very mediocre service.

Business sign and waitress said theyre closed at 10:30 PM. Came at 9:20PM and was informed they wont be taking anymore customers. The place was not even half packed. Next time just put that you guys closed at 9:30PM and make customers life easier. Thanks.

I love Korean BBQs, theyre so fun! Definitely recommend to try one if you never have. Yoon Korean BBQ would be a good start with their reasonable prices compared to others - its unlimited meats/sides! The La Galbi and bulgogi are the best! (in my opinion haha) Try to only order what youll know youll eat though, because I believe they charge you if their is leftover meat (charge depends on how much is leftover) We went right when they opened, so no wait. Im not sure if they have a time limit to eat like some places do (maybe up to 2hrs?) But we were there almost 1-1/2 hours and we had a second round of meats (3 choices of meat per round). Never felt rushed to eat or leave. They also give you the most delicious cinnamon ginger tea after youre done eating! It almost taste like a hot tamale candy - except not the hot part! I felt staff did a great job, whenever we needed something. They also periodically changed the grill plate when it got really dirty from all the meat youre cooking. They cleaned tables promptly after someone left, so then a new group could sit down. The only thing I noticed, that I would improve is they wiped the table but not the tops of the chairs (where most people touch to sit down) or the menus (another high touch item). Im not suuuuper paranoid about this, but I know some people might be. Especially as you might need to use your hands to eat. You could probably avoid using your hands, but I ended up using mine at one point to eat Overall I thought it was a great experience, and would go to this location again! :)

Theres two things I love in this world when it comes to food; tacos and Korean Barbecue. The wifes job had their Christmas party here and WE LOVED IT. From drinks, to sides, to the protein this place was PERFECTION! The servers were very attentive, prompt, and could almost predict what we wanted and when If definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately I dont have any photos of the meal as we were too busy eating and having a good time. I trust youll enjoy it as much as we did though

The food was super delicious. The staff was super friendly. The establishment was clean. The wait time wasnt long at all, but it was early on a Friday evening. The pricing was great too! Definitely not too expensive like other places! I will definitely come back again.
