Our neighborhood dominoes is the BEST! We are always greeted when we walk in and the food is always hot and ready for us when pick up. We order frequently and the times I call to ask for extra sauce on the wings they are always kind about it and say it s not a problem. The team here is truly the best, friendly and efficient!

I placed an online order for carry out and used the tracker in the app to know when I should head to the location. The app notified me of every step like it usually does so I went to pick up my order. Then they tell me the order isn t ready and barely went into the oven. Why use the tracker then? So they can show good metrics for their corporate office and not be found out about being slower than they should. Horrible experience. I wasn t even offered any sort of compensation or at least a resolution, even an explanation for the issue.

So I ordered a pizza , peperoni mushroom and parm cheese .. they didnt even add the cheese , the pizza was cold and stale and they gave me a thin crust . Not to mention the horrible customer service . I did not leave a tip because of poor service and the cooks made a face . HEY if you dont like working for customers , go in a warehouse . I never had trouble until today at 11:30pm . But , atleast my dog enjoyed whatever they served us .

So far, very disapointed! Ordered at 7:15, prepaid cause the employee told me it was best, waited till 9pm and finally called again and Im told that they thought it was for pickup even though I stressed delivery Then Im told that the two pizzas are still a little warm cause they were under lights. Dont order to go when theyre busy. Too many chickens running around with their heads chopped off. In other words, the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. My order has been misplaced two out of the last three times and took much longer to process. Nothing wrong with the finished product, but the kitchen engineering needs work

This was heinous. Like someone chewed up actual pizza, mixed it with catfood and then spread it on a frozen dough crust. Im not sure how you cracked the code from turning a solid into mush the instant it enters the mouth but I can only imagine this is what the equivalent of pizza flavored, baby food would taste like. Then I reheated it the next day and everything began to burn while the cheese flavored product refused to melt. It just stared back, angrily and soulless. Youd be better off getting a frozen pizza from HEB or a Hot and Ready from Little Ceasars. Much better. Whats wrong with you people, do you order your ingredients from the High School, cafeteria supply?!

We ordered on the app. Medium thin crust, garlic sauce, chicken and diced tomatoes and marbled cookie brownie. This was our first time getting these toppings from Dominoes, but we decided to try it because we love the gourmet garlic chicken delite from Papa Murphy s. This was every bit as good and delivery of piping hot pizza was WAY better. The marbled cookie brownie was greats too and we really appreciate the quick delivery.

The food was fine but the service is not. They dont seem to know what they are doing or how to work the register. I called to have sodas added to my order and would pay once delivered. I explained that the website doesnt have the option for that particular beverage and have called to add it to my order. Rude staff I walked in to order, they were having POS problems. Thats fine. I would have waited to see if they fix it. Where I found issue, is that I stood AT THE COUNTER and none of the employees acknowledged that there was a customer. A simple, well be right with you or an explanation that they were having problems would have been courteous. The employees there need to learn proper customer service.

Love is not a strong enough word for my feelings towards my local Dominos. Like I love my boyfriend, but if I had to choose... Jk, I would have to keep the boyfriend, but I wouldnt speak to him for at least a month. I mean, who gives that kind of ultimatum? Making you choose between your relationship and your favorite food is toxic behavior and I wont stand for it. Or I guess I will, since I decided to keep him... We definitely need to get into counseling though. Anyway, the thin crust pepperoni is the bomb and so are the cinnamon twists. I also like to grab a 2 liter diet coke to stash as a whiskey mixer I can share with my toxic boyfriend later (pics to follow). I feel a little weird about using the bomb unironically, but Im a millennial and were hitting 30 now, so I make no apologies. Late.

Ordered an online order, estimated to be ready at 3pm. I get there and park outside for curbside. A employee comes out and asked me for the name of the order. Be very carful!! Fraud!!!! I made an order over the phone on Feb. 28. I paid over the phone with my debit card and was charged $22.70 Then on March 1. I get a notification that I have been charged two more times both of $22.70 I only order pizza from here one time.Which was on the 28. How is this possible? I m thinking they must of written down card info and kept it! I call the manager and not a dam thing gets resolved. Now I m down $45 for pizza I didn t order or eat!!! And am having to call the police and file a report. This is bs!! Now I know next time to pay in cash or swipe my card my self. Never will I give my card info away like that again! So disappointed.

Ordered a pizza and asked for extra cheese. Pizza arrived with very little cheese. According to the commercials, dominos makes things right not the case here. The guy who I m guessing was in charge basically told my husband that it should have extra cheese several times after my husband told him it didn t, no benefit of the doubt, my husband didn t even argue with him, it was just rude and obviously not good customer service. Don t believe those commercials that say they make things right , was at least a good laugh for us seeing those people on the comercial making things right and experiencing the reality.

Like others have said, Online ordering is really bad. Lots of employees no communication. They messed up my pizza like other online orders and expected me to wait another 10 minutes after I had been waiting there for 5 already. The app tells you to pickup and its never ready. They all look & act like they hate their jobs. Avoid this place.
