This is ridiculous who closes before 45 minutes. We come to this place often but today they said kitchen is closed at 10:15. They sat us in the table and then asked us to leave. Very disappointed. You should put close sign at 10:15 from now on.

I had bad experience at this restaurant with my friends and their families. I thought this restaurant was not all you can eat because they were look upset or mad whenever we ordered the meats. If employees feel tired of to serve customers because of portion of meat all you can eat kbbq then you guys should take out the title of all you can eat. I still paid with 20% tip just to let them know the appreciation. However, I will never come back here to eat their kbbq.

The food was good, but the ordering process significantly detracts from the experience. Youre limited to only three small portions of meat per order, which isnt enough for two adults. The portions are quickly eaten, and then youre left waiting to order more. Additionally, when we asked for a second serving of bibimbap, the waitress seemed surprised and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were asking for too much. This made the dining experience less enjoyable.

The service was prompt, with staff frequently checking on us to ensure our grill was working perfectly and to bring out additional orders quickly. One thing to note is that the place can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. However, the food and experience are worth it. I had my very 1st time experience with my parents and it was horrible. An old lady who was not serving us at all throughout the time that we were eating, came by just to get the check and she came back to complain that the cash that my mom tipped her was not enough with her rudeness expression on her face and walked away. The worst dining experience ever at this Korean restaurant. The greeter was incredibly rude and displayed blatant racial bias. Her English was poor, and she had a terrible attitude throughout our interaction. The food was mediocre at best, definitely not worth $30. The repetitive meat dishes quickly became tiresome. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I am no stranger to KBBQ as I am Korean and this place is mediocre at best. When arriving, there was no wait and the lady made sure to let us know that it s only 2 hours of dining which is pretty customary. The menu did have a lot of variety and I opted to get the galbi, bulgogi and pork belly first. They did also have extra sides to choose from and I went with ramen, bibimbop and the cheese corn. The corn was rich in butter and cheese, the bibimbop wasn t authentic imo, it had lettuce in it and very little rice. The kimchi had an over powering taste of fish oil and was probably the worst tasting kimchi I ve ever had. The galbi wasn t authentic imo as well because it was just a small cut of meat, I m used to it coming with the bones. The bulgogi was good. We also opted to get the spicy pork belly which was probably my favorite. The garlic chicken was ok, nothing special. The ramen was bland and the broth had no flavor. They did keep refilling our waters which they never asked what we wanted to drink, just served us water so I m unsure if they even offered anything else to drink. There are much better places to eat KBBQ, this one isn t one of them.

Yes comparing it to GEN and other KBBQ spots, they have the cheese corn and the steamed egg, and other great side options and entree choices for a better per-person price. Been here a few times now. Great service, great selection of meat, solid price for AYCE, good selection of banchan (that varies from visit to visit), cool robot delivery agent. Pleasant atmosphere. You have to choose between BBQ or Hot Pot, unlike their Lewisville location, but thats not an issue for us. The optional sides (soft tofu stew, steamed egg, rice, ramyeon, etc.) are all very tasty as well. We will keep coming back!

Regarding BBQ section: Do NOT go here with your omnivore friends/family if you are vegetarian/vegan. Ive never been to a restaurant less accommodating than this one. They will charge you full as if you were partaking in all the meat and look at you like youre an alien for just asking which sides are vegetarian. The selection is minuscule for those not eating meat, and you have no way of knowing what may use meat as an ingredient (is the soft tofu soup vegan? Seems none of the staff know, and no one could go find that information). Ended up having to pay $30 for plain steamed rice and a weak vegetable bibimbop. Vegetarian options: Might as well be none, unless you are content with plain steamed rice. Do not come here, you will be charged in full just for sitting down and you will have nothing to eat.

I am very disappointed at the inadequate service I experienced here today. I have never seen a waitress chase someone out of a restaurant and scold them for not tipping properly due to extremely rude customer service and demanding money not once, but twice. Our bill was split into three checks and two of the 3 checks had a combined tip totaling ~20% of the entire bill just due to the understanding that we were asking for quite a bit of food. The reason we went here in the first place is because it s all you can eat which I m assuming is what the majority of people come here for. Why do they look at you like scum for trying to get your money s worth? I wish I could ve taken my tip back after witnessing one of our waitresses try to embarrass and disrespect our friend over a few bucks when we tipped 20% for lackluster service to begin with. I will never step foot in this place again due to the disrespect and hope someone finds this review helpful.

I come at least once a week every weekend, very often they know who me and my partner is. Everyone is so nice and always takes care of us. She was very disrespectful and made comments like, hungry? alluding to us eating too much or something. Isnt that the whole point of an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ place? When we first sat down, she asked us where our other friend was (they were in the bathroom), as she told us that we can only stay for two hours and that the clock started when we sit down. My boyfriend and I had a horrible time here. The waitress rushed us when we were ordering and she wouldn t let us order anymore food until we finished all our chicken. We told her we were ready to order another round of meat and she pointed at our unseasoned chicken saying finish and walked away. I ordered spicy chicken, garlic chicken, and teriyaki chicken. The chicken had no seasoning, just a couple drops of hot sauce on top. It was also someone s birthday, tell me why they start blasting happy birthday in Korean for 3 minutes straight. I had to YELL to speak to my boyfriend. I ve been to Korean bbq places before and this is the worst one I ve been too. My all-time favorite KBBQ spot. Its gotten a lot busier lately but not as busy as other places around the area. The meat quality is always good, especially for an all you can eat spot. I love their tofu soup and corn cheese! Whenever we go, we get just about all the sides you can get, and the taste is consistent through each visit. We have been going for a long time, so the servers know us pretty well. They are pretty fast-paced, so it wont be the same service you expect at somewhere like Gen, but if you frequent KBBQ, you know thats pretty standard. The only downside for me is that they do not have cocktails, only beer and soju. If its your birthday, let them know. They play a song on the speakers for you, its very cool!

There are so many things that dont work... Its a waste to even give it one star. The quality of the meat is very poor and it is so tough that it feels like chewing rubber. More than anything, we need to provide employee training... A female manager with short yellow hair? Its really rude and the staff are all untrained. wish I could give 0 stars. first off when we walked in we werent greeted at all (no one was even dining in the place either) we had to wait for a server to come up and just motion us towards a seat.. then when we were seated the waiter left and didnt explain anything to us. but when she did come to us she was very rude towards my friends the entire time there, asking us to repeat ourselves even though we were clear to her and then just leaving right after without saying a word, and also just dropping off our food and placing it on the opposite sides of whoever ordered, and it was like that the entire time. the food wasnt that good either, very small portions and very bland, the steamed egg was grey too. when leaving, due to the rude service we did not tip. I get it if servers have bad days, but this was as if she just hated us for being there even though we were all polite the entire time. she chased us to our car for a tip, then after saying no twice she finally went back. never coming here again, save your 30$ and go to somewhere else that can at least provide you with good service.

My friend took me here on a Tuesday lunch - We have tried Gen BBQ, Ari, Omi, Jin, and so far this is the best! Service is good, attentive and very informative about the menu. Food - comparing to price at other AYCE places, this is the best, they have their meats marinated at a right amount of sauce. That s why when we dip with sauce, it tastes perfect - at least for me. Side dishes (ban-chan) - I like Bon in Arlington for their ban-chan (but their meats were decent, not very good). However, Manna has a different level of good ban-chan. And make sure ask them to refill if you need! Steamed Egg, Corn cheese came as a generous portion for 3-4 people. Tofu soup was at a right spicy level. They have more stuffs that we haven t tried, will come back for other dishes! Highly recommended!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE What the bad experience ever! We have 10 adults and 3 babies. They gave us the table of 6 and table of 4 (as you can see from the pictures) I asked where the babies were gonna sit. They said let them sit on the side or you guys take care of them. What?????? There are table full of people behind us and we are eating hot pot. Let them sit on the side???? They don t even aware of the safety guidelines for kids. Too bad for family dinner.

The customer service was amazing. The food was amazing. Customer service was top-notch. We walked into a new restaurant and really did not know what to expect and they assisted us throughout the entire way. It is very filling very very filling. All the waitresses were really nice and very helpful.

All you can eat at an affordable price! Came here on a Sunday night so no waiting. Server was friendly and we were seated promptly. There was plenty of selections to choose from. We had to hit the call button a couple times to ask for side refills and to order more selections. Also had to wait and track them down so that we can pay our bill. I can see that they may have been short staffed but overall we had a good experience. Our servers worked as best they could considering the circumstances. I would come again and definitely would recommend.

Above average selection, terrible customer service. By the second round of orders, the waitress made it painfully obvious that weve overstayed our welcome. Order a total of three rounds of meats split between 4 people and cut the dinner short. Overall, a meager experience considering the $120+ spent. Despite this, a generous tip was left under the assumption that perhaps the staff was having a bad day. If you enjoy your semi-buffet with a huge serving of attitude, this is your place!

Food - good. Atmosphere - also good. Service - kind of good. We had a large party of over 30 people, but made a reservation ahead of time. The staff did their best, but it was a very large group late at night. Orders simply took awhile. The meat options were great and brought out quickly. If you are able to eat a lot, the AYCE is worth it.

We had a company dinner at manna BBQ two weeks ago. Korean lady with black hair and short and skinny was extremely rude and disrespectful. We spent about $800 that night. I made a complaint with a female manage who was courteous and professional. 15 of us agreed that we would never do business with this in the future.

I would advise you visit any of the other amazing Korean bbq restaurants around manager with the short bleached hair was pushy and rude when trying to order and then proceeded to snatch the menu from beside me when picking up afterwards. Absolutely no manners or customer service were displayed from the manger. The rest of the staff however was actually kind.

I loved it here! I have eaten at a few Korean BBQ places and this one is my favorite. It was our first time here and everyone was so nice and friendly! It is child friendly and the food was so flavorful! The ramen does taste like the instant ramen but they create their own broth. The cheesy corn is soo good!!!! I loved it all. The sweet chile they offer for the meats was my favorite! Staff was absolutely friendly and kind! I recommend this place to everyone! We are a 6 person family so the gratuity was included in the price and spent about $200. Kid-friendliness: The boys loved the robot that brings your food. The children were $15 and it was worth every penny!

Unfortunately, because of the language barrier I felt barked at rather than served. My hot pot was not working. It was kind of DIY. Then there was the cashier or hostess lunging at me while leaving to stop me because I had my purchssed bottle in my hand. How she handled it was rude and loud. It was a genuine mistake on my part. She could have been kind. I can see its nice for families of that culture. I loved seeing families enjoying together on a Friday evening. Dietary restrictions: I have a deathly shellfish allergy, and everything was so close together. Some shrimp was in a non shellfish option and above it, so I watched the juice from drizzle right in the non shellfish option (I forgot what it was) The display was not properly or nicely labeled. Paper with tape stuck on there. Looked tacky. I was being taken out to dinner and didnt know where I was going until I got there. Because of this experience, I probably wouldnt come back or recommend it.

If youve been following for me for a while. You may have noticed that in all my file. That I love to eat korean bbq. All you can eat, perfect for two. Beef, pork, eggs, and chicken. You know for sure its gonna get me thicken! This place even got a robot. Delivering me food as I take my soju shot. They got lit side dishes for days. It got my head spinning in all the ways. This place is straight . Delicious Meats that arent saturated in sugary sauces and high end premium cuts of beef as well. Walked in without a reservation on a Saturday night (last minute plans) and expected to be turned away or given a very long wait time. Instead we were actually seated right away, which was such a pleasant surprise. The service was great, fast, and attentive (the best I ve had at any other KBBQ restaurant). The food was great and of course the price also can t be beat. Will be coming here again when I m in the Dallas area!

Okay, your experience will really depend on the service. The food here is no doubt better than other big names like gen kbbq etc. Mannas sides and marinades are SO much better. However, I have noticed that sometimes they only have 2 servers available which really messes with the service flow. If they just hire 2 more servers Id never go to another spot for kbbq. Def worth a try! Parking: Good parking space.
