I will not come back. Attached picture of 10 chips laid out on a big plate for 12.50. This is what nachos look like? The other picture is of our waiter sitting in the dining room with his AirPods in. He Didn t bring silverware to the table until until after the food was served. I had to get up from my seat multiple times to wave his attention for the most basic things.

I ordered Krystals Plate which has a beef taco, guacamole chalupa and a cheese and onion enchilada. The chips and salsa were below average and a bit stale. The beef taco was good and the enchilada was average. I didnt care for the guacamole. It tasted prepared instead of fresh from an avocado. For a quick bite, this restaurant did the job. Very reasonable prices. The server was very friendly and I was seated immediately when I first entered. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free at your own risk

So unbusy on a Saturday evening. Big patio, nice-sized bar, quite a few booths. Small bowl of chips and individual green salsas served right away. I ordered a bourbon and Coke. $5 for a small glass and could barely taste the bourbon. Domestics were $4.50. The chicken chile relleno was excellent. Large servings of rice and refries. $16, I believe. I would go back. Happy Hour M-F, 2-7.

I ve been coming here several times over my week visit in the neighbourhood - what a great find!! Walking distance from lots of the apartments and a fabulous outdoor terrace, plus the indoor bar looks very nice. Excellent fresh food and great value for money! If you go here order the fajitas! The best I ve ever had and I ve had many. The rice is also very very good. In all honesty if George Ramsey took a bite of those fajita he d have to take a vacation to get back angry again! If you want to marry someone, take them here and order those fajita and then propose! These are amazing! I wish so badly to know there recipe! 5 stars is 5stars to few. It needs a 10! The day that chef retires the world we have lost a great chef!

Very solid tex mex, we had the Fajitas. They were cooked perfectly and packed with great flavor. Our service was OK, forgot who ordered what, and had issues getting things to our table and to the right people, but overall not a big deal, we were fed. Worst thing, which really isnt the fault of the restaurant, was the constant onslaught of overwhelming smells, from people smoking, to what smelled like baby powder being tossed everywhere, and people who took baths in perfume. At one point it was noted at our table that we could only taste the perfume, not the food...

If I could give zero stars I would. We recently moved to the area so we ve eaten here a few times. One time we found a mosquito in our to go food & I gave them the benefit of the doubt so we gave them another chance. Our food was good sometimes but the consistency was off. Tonight was the final straw. We tried to order things we regularly get there and was told we couldn t. When I explained that we ve done it in the past, I was told our server was the manager and the other servers should ve never done that for us. He agreed to do what we were asking but told us we would be charged an up charge even though the items were the same price. Then we ordered 2 meals & an enchilada. One of my meals didn t come out and we had to reorder it. Then when it came out, it was supposed to be brisket & it definitely did not taste like it was. So we ended up with some mystery meat that was supposed to be brisket, the carnitas were extremely fatty & the fajita chicken on my enchilada was completely dry. When I told the manager about the issues we had & how disappointed we were with the food, He nonchalantly said sorry and then turned around and charged almost $50 after the upcharge. I couldn t believe that this is how the manager handles these types of issues. So we are out $50 and I had to take my son to another restaurant & pay for another dinner. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous!!

Chips and salsa is the only thing that s good here. Service was fined but the rest of the food was terrible. I think they use mozzarella on some of our dishes. The selection for Tex Mex in the area is massive and this place has lots of competition. I hear their happy hour is great, so maybe check it out if you don t feel like actually eating anything .

The smell coming in was enticing. Granted its because someone had just been served fajitas, but it was very nice, nonetheless. The table chairs are padded and comfy, which you dont always get in restaurants these days. You simply must try the chili relleno on the Nicos Special. It is the most interesting style I have come across, and it is one of those recipes that sounds weird, but it just works. Highly recommended.

Delicious nachos. Lovely staff. They have the best salsa! I need to check out they sell it... cause its damn tasty! I recommend this place. Parking: Backing out was a bit difficult but thats on the engineers who designed the two way traffic in-between the parking slots. They are nicer just a bit wider. If you got a big truck you might have to make a 5 point backout due to the narrowness of the perpandicular through way.

This is one of my favorite places for Mexican! The portions are big and the frozen margarita s are the best value in town at 16 oz and only $5 ALL DAY on Wednesday. I realize theres a staff shortage, but a business really needs to know what their limits are and only serve to those limits. Took 20 minutes to be checked in (there was no host/hostess). Having previously sworn by another Tex-Mex brunch buffet near the DNT & 121, weve sadly been disappointed by their decrease in quality these past few years. Enter NICOS and were happy, satiated individuals, kids and adults alike! Like everywhere else, theyre currently understaffed and resultingly you might have an empty cup for a few minutes; however, unlike many other understaffed restaurants, at Nicos my whole family was greeted with smiling faces and quick, friendly service.

Had Sunday brunch, its okay and well priced. One of our diners just wanted some fruit and they were kind enough to let her have it for free. Food was typical Tex Mex fare, not exactly my bag, but it was decent.

Throwback place. Burgers were fantastic, and service was great. They come to your car to take order and bring food out to you. We chose to eat there and they place a tray on your window. Pretty cool throwback location

Food just did not smell right, nor did it look like Mexican food. Manager was nice when I asked to return it. Their brisket looked like chicken and when I asked is it chicken I was told it was brisket.

The brunch food options were about 4 stars but Roberto hands down deserves 5 stars. He was on it and paid attention to what we needed. Very pleasant. Well definitely be back.
