My first time going was with a friend in last minute plans because of a miscommunication on location. This place popped up as a equidistant meet up. First time going and only ordered the hot pot was decent the male server was very kind and friendly. I agree with previous posters that the ultra clean look is more disgusting if anything and the combining of 2 different cultural meal practices was very overwhelming. The conveyer belt being the only novelty that was somewhat attractive. My second visit was with my god child and his mother, the server sat us twice because we had split off to go to the bathroom which is a maze to get to. That wasnt the issue however, we had ordered the grill and broth and she never raised the heat for the grill to be at temp and the meat took too long to cook ultimately leaving it dry. She took her sweet time in getting refills and was very forgetful over minor things which can be slightly excusable considering she only visited us 3 times. When came time to pay, I paid the check in cash, a little under 70 on the bill and gave her a hundred. I waited for my G.Sxs mother to come back from the bathroom so she could get the receipt and change while I made a visit myself to the bathroom. When I came back to the table I just assumed we were ready and we just grabbed our things to go. In the car I asked if she had gotten the receipt and Change and asked what we kept as a tip and she told me the server never returned with anything. This young lady assumed the change was hers to keep. I mean come on how pathetic is it to just keep the change without explicitly being instructed to. I used to be in the food industry and we provided real sit down service. Hot pot, kbb and conveyer belts is about as hands off service as you can get and youd still get a 10-15% tip with as minimum work as possible. How hard is it for what seems to be the same young lady everyone else has mentioned to just tend to the tables with some care of diligence. Im extremely turned off by this establishment. If youre food prices are worth their weight then pay your workers enough so they dont have to worry about or steal tips. We all know the real workers behind this restaurant are in the kitchen getting things prepped. We both ended up with food poisoning to top it off. I know theirs risks in a self service cook your own meals joint but have some sanitation étique.

Not only was the food so bomb, but the service was awesome too. Apparently they had forgotten to put my salad in the bag and as I was driving off, I saw one of the nice young men who works there running after my car . I stopped rolled my window down and he was like I m so sorry we forgot to give you your salad. That s 10 out of 10 service right there!!!

Review to come, big disappointment! Totally messed up our birthday plans tonight. 1 Star Extremely Disappointed Our experience with this restaurant was profoundly disappointing. We called several times to secure a reservation for a large party to celebrate a family members birthday on a Saturday evening. Each time, we were assured with confidence that our reservation was confirmed and that we would be accommodated. Upon arrival, we were told they couldnt seat us due to being too busy. This was unacceptable, leaving us without a venue for a planned birthday celebration. Moreover, no effort was made to offer any concessions for the inconvenience caused. If the restaurant cannot honor reservations, it is imperative to communicate this clearly from the start. Repeatedly confirming our reservation only to turn us away demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism and consideration. We are extremely disappointed and expected a much higher standard of service. Parking: Horrendous parking on a weekend night, imagine circling around multiple times, wasting so much time to walk into your reservation to be told, seats taken!

Our niece had never been to a hot pot restaurant, and wanted to try one. My wife and I have very Americanized tastes, but didnt want to disappoint her, so we went hoping to find something that would be acceptable. We were greeted warmly, seated, and everything was explained to us. My niece dove in and was trying as much as possible. We toured the buffet and realized there was a lot there that fit our tastes. The conveyor belt was well stocked with things to try, and the buffet was constantly being refreshed. Our first experience with a hot pot meal was a rousing success.

Me and my boyfriend went it was his first time we were excited. And this lady who obviously hates her life came to our table and told us they were about to close IN AN HOUR she then continues to make all of our food even though we are paying for the experience of doing it ourselves and enjoying it. I asked if we could do it ourselves but by then it was already too late and everything was made, the food was gross and we were robbed of the experience and whilst she was making the food she continued on about how she will do it because they are about to close. I understand if it were ten minutes but we had an hour. Everyone there is unhappy and miserable i will NOT being going again.

Okay, so the tomato broth is outright delicious, the meats are fresh and tasty just like the vegetables, etc...but the cost for two people just doing hotpot with soda was $70. Were talking about dried ramen, not even fresh. We have been here twice and both times we were the only guests in the place so we were hovered over constantly. The music is garbage, the extreme right-wing political talk shows on the TV were garbage, and I will never return. Seriously, I could have made food this good and fed my entire family for less than the price of one meal here.

One of the rudest things ever. They are not even servers everything is get it and cook it yourself. So demanding a tip is absolutely rude.

A solid choice for an All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) hot pot experience. One of the biggest pros is the decent pricing, which is always appreciated when it comes to AYCE restaurants. Another standout feature is the variety of seafood options available, surpassing many other AYCE hot pot places I ve tried. The broth, while not as spicy as I had hoped for (even though I ordered the Spicy Broth), was incredibly rich and flavorful, easily one of the best I ve ever tasted. The rotating belt, which allows you to pick your own veggies and noodles, is also a nice touch. However, there are a few cons to consider. The meat selection is limited to just four options: lamb, chicken, beef and pork, all of which are frozen. In comparison, other AYCE hot pot restaurants I ve visited offered a wider range of meats that aren t frozen. The vegetable and noodle selection on the rotating belt was also somewhat lacking. Another minor inconvenience was the placement of the pots; which were farther away from me, making it a bit more challenging to eat comfortably. Additionally, unlike other hot pot places that provide complimentary steamed rice, Volcano Hot Pot charges for it, and you have to specifically request it. On a positive note, customer service was good, which helps to enhance the overall dining experience. Considering all factors, I would rate this place a solid 4 out of 5 or a 7.0/10. While there is certainly room for improvement, the delicious broth, seafood variety and decent pricing make it a worthwhile choice for hot pot enthusiasts!

I was so excited to try this place with my friends and boy do I regret ever walking into the place. First, place was not welcoming and not very clean. There was 0 service. Had to figure it out all on our own. I asked for lemons and water a million times and they both never came. Second, the food was ok. I mostly just ate the soup, the cooked meats offered didnt look good and the raw meat didnt look savory, even once cooked. Third and worst, I ended up at the doctor a day or two later with E.coli, crazy bowel movement, and fever. I had never been so sick to my stomach. I cant imagine if I wouldve ate any of the meat. Maybe it was a bad day for some chefs/staff there? Idk, I usually give restaurants a second opportunity to redeem themselves but I cant give this one another shot sorry...

I just moved here from PA and I was thrilled to see there was a Volcano location nearby after my experiences at the North Wales PA location! Unfortunately, they are vastly different which was disappointing. For starters, service: our waitress brought us our soup bases and drinks, but didnt bring us any plates or utensils and I had to get them myself. I think she may have been new, because when applying new paper to our grill, she seemed clumsy compared to what Ive seen previously and it kind of made a mess of the grill itself. Secondly, food: the selection of bbq meats is much smaller compared to what Im used to, and the quality is much lower. The short ribs in particular, my personal favorite, was all bones and gristle, and the meat that was there was very dark like it was old. The only chicken option was spicy, rather than the BBQ chicken option they also had at my old location. The atmosphere was nice, if a little cramped. That wouldnt have been a problem for me if it werent for 3-4 members of staff working at the same table and blocking the walkways constantly, there were several times that I almost spilled what I was carrying back to my table because I was cut off or bumped into. I absolutely love this format of hotpot/kbbq, but Im not sure Ill be returning after this experience. I spoke very highly of this place to my wife and she was pretty disappointed because it didnt match what Id said about it.

FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz WHAT THEY RE KNOWN FOR: all you can eat hot pot and Korean bbq! I believe it s a Californian franchise brought to Texas. THE VIBE: spacious and comfortable. Definitely go on a weekday because reviews said at night the wait is way too long. PRICE: $32 AYCE per person! WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! Overall Rating: 10/10 - I will say the other ratings on Google and Yelp scared me but it seems like the unhappy customers came on a busy weekend day. However, our experience was amazing! Great service, the girl and boy served there were super attentive and sweet! We felt very welcomed. - The broth was amazing actually! @fatimaramos___ got the spicy broth which had that authentic Sichuan peppercorn taste (which I personally don t like but I know people love) and she loved it! I got the Tom yum broth and it was so delicious as well!!! I loved my broth a lot. - I ve been to Manna hot pot across the street twice and was not a fan those two times. I ve been to Hadilao hot pot which I m sure is way better quality (literally $120 for two people if you go) but VOLCANO HOT POT IS THE BEST IVE HAD SO FAR! It s not the best quality, but it s definitely the most delicious.

The manager said because our 2 years old is tall for her age and met their height charge so they are charging my 2 years old half price which is $16. How much can a 2 year years old eat? I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant with my family. Despite waiting for over 45 minutes for a reserved table for 6, we were informed that the table was already reserved. We were then offered another table in the midst of another groups dinner. That could mean another 45-60 waiting. While waiting, we overheard the manager reserving the same table for a different group, assuming we didnt understand Chinese. When questioned, the supervisor claimed the reservation was made two hours prior, which was untrue. This lack of transparency and unfair treatment left us thoroughly disappointed, and we wont be returning.

The place looked great, and the food appeared more than appetizing. Unfortunately we stood and waited for nearly an hour while so many other tables were seated. We had our name on the list and they even seated much larger tables than our group of 6. Their method was to just have people put their names on a list and have them stand around and wait forever. After waiting so long and seeing so many people eat who came after us we had no choice to leave. Maybe sometime in the future I can leave a review on the food. Not anytime soon though.

Honestly very surprised with how good this experience was. It has all the things you expect for hot pot, minus some of the more specialty items maybe that a non-AYCE might have, but quality of meat and vegetables ties HaiDiLao for me. I had no complaints with the vegetables and noodles on the conveyor belt. They were all fresh, and I didnt have to constantly be asking a server to bring me more of an item. We did ask once for a lot of bok choy from a server for the table and they were quick to deliver it. I really like the concept. I found that at other hot pot places, it might be difficult to reach the pot especially with a larger group and I would struggle to get what I wanted. They have individual hot pots for each seat at the table here so you can easily pick the broth you want and all the things you want in it. Also, highly recommend the pork bone broth. It was really flavorful. So overall, great hot pot experience. If you really need a man to swing your noodles around first, then maybe not the place for you.

Hot pot is not my favorite, but my entire family loves it. They have plenty of choices and I really like the sauce bar. The ice cream was surprisingly good. The night we went they were slammed with an after Christmas crowd, so it took forever to get a refill of soup. Everyone was very kind, despite the crowd. The tables are tiny and crowded together. They only have two tables that seat more than four. I would love to see them expand into a larger space. Vegetarian options: It would be super easy to go all vegetarian. There is a constant stream of green veggies and squash on the belt. There were many tofu choices as well.

Went for my best friends birthday. She got the Tom yum soup and I got the spicy. Both spice levels were great! It would ve been nice to have directions/more signs to figure out what to do but once you get the hang of it, it s awesome! Veggies such as taro, spinach, mushrooms, and other things I couldn t totally identify were on the belt. Meats and fish balls and assorted shell fish were at the bar. I noticed a lot of folks grabbing kbbq meat to put in their hotpot so signs would ve been helpful for hot pot novices lol. The broth was so flavorful! And the add ins were great! A larger variety of veggies would be even better lol. Kbbq was an extra $3 and I think although it was worth it bc who can beat $3 . It was also overkill bc the hotpot was filling as is lol. Probably will just opt for hot pot moving forward. Will definitely be coming back.

This hotpot is by far my favorite one, they are different from other hotpot restaurants in that they let you get the meat you need! You no longer have to keep asking the waiter for your order! Although their slices of meat are thin, you can take as much as you want. They also have a wide variety of vegetables, and they dont just give you a little bit. The food on their rotating track is wrapped in plastic wrap to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the food. The disadvantage is that it is a bit of a waste of plastic wrap. Even if the food you want is not waiting for you on the carousel, you can still order from the waiter. The only downside was the ice cream, which didnt taste like ice cream at all.

We waited for a while trying to find ANY employee once we walked in. The place seemed to be deserted by staff. When we finally got a table, our server was weirdly aggressive the entire time and cut off our BBQ in the middle of our visit. She also had an air pod in the entire time, we had to repeat ourselves frequently as a result. Fun place but the service pretty much ruined it. The hot pot was good and they had a good selection. Also its super cold in there all the time. Server also sat on her phone next to our table while we waited for her to pick up our check. Dont waste your time or money. Very disappointed since we drove from way out of town and added half an hour to our route just to stop here.

The food was subpar, small portions, flavorless broth. The bbq was a hot mess, you cook on parchment paper so everything is covered in butter but sticks to paper. It was just a cheap shot at quality hot pot when there are so many better options like Little Lamb or SeaPot! Had a very nice experience and lunch at this yet another hotpot place. This is a chinese hotpot so the soup is different. I had the herbal broth which was really on point. I might try one of their spicier offering next time. Didnt get the BBQ option but I think its just a few dollars more for the combo. The meat selection is not as wide as the other korean places but still quality was decent and the sauce bar lets you be really creative with your dipping sauces. If John is your server, he will even make you his secret recipe dipping sauce. I just had the lamb and beef options on the hotpot but partake more of the not-so-common items on the seafood/balls/etc portion. Conveyor belt is cute, kids seems to love it. But the vegetable selection is also not very large but they do have the basics and the various soy-based products they had was also different from others Went back for a second time: This time got the combo which is really kind of a no-brainer. For not much more, you can eat all all the LA Kalbi you want. The marinade is different, slight sweeter and more garlicky than your typical KBBQ place but its still really delicious. This time around, they were offering blue crabs so I took advantage of it also. Great food, fair price and great service again Went back for the (lost count) time: This time the crabs were spot on. Brought a guest from Maryland and he thought the crabs were really good for buffet crabs. Needless to say we spent most of our belly space on crabs and lamb brisket. Such a powerful combo.

I went here because someone in my family saw a Facebook vid about this place. Skeptical about media in general I was thought I was prepared for disappointment. The location is located in the back of a shopping center that was extremely busy when we went in 830 on Friday. Be prepared to fight for parking spots and drive defensively against some very bad drivers. The restaurant is in a shotgun style space narrow in width but quite deep. Formerly the location was part of a exceptional buffet that I ate five years ago, but sadly succumbed to the covidness. Consequently we had to wait about 30 min to get a table. Conveyor belt in between the tables was extremely disappointing. It was a metal link type belt that paraded sad dry vegetables in cling wrap covered bowls. The meats, seafood and desserts were located by the front door. You just grab what you needed. Meats are decent in quality. The short ribs are marinated in a satay sauce. A welcome difference. We chose the 31.99 hot pot and grill option. A very good price I would admit. I chose the tom yum broth; it was very good, but oddly they dont have soup spoons to taste the broth. Couple of food notes: The only fish balls they had were the stuffed Taiwanese ones. I usually find those disagreeable Canned longans were in the dessert area. They werent skimpy on the seafood. The stock was kept up, they didnt run out of anything. Our server was horrible! She took a long time to get our drink and soup order (15 min). Also she took a long time to get refills for our drinks. Exasperated, I requested two sprites (2.95 free refills). She looked bewildered at my request and served me one drink When we were about to leave, she moped toward the front and was talking to another server, about how she was not going to get a tip. Yes, I actually heard that when I passed her by. She was on the verge of tears, but we did leave a tip. If youre not going to provide service and act like you dont want to be there, you shouldnt be serving customers. The woman has a mousy appearance and if youre going to this restaurant, please choose another server. Overall, the restaurant was fair but the service left a bad impression for me. Dont fall for the gimmick of the conveyor belt, its not that impressive.

I went with my friends to go eat here and from the minute we walked in there was two seemed to be underage girls working there and they sat us down and didn t say a word. The whole time we were there they were just on their phones and standing around and in customers way! And they had the nerve to look at customers ugly for trying to go past them! Sorry you wanna talk instead of work. I told off one of the girls because I asked to speak to a manager and she had no business standing there and the manager told me that those two girls don t even work there! I asked why they were there then and she said to help. If you re there to help you re working there. I told the manager that it s not a good look for her restaurant and I told the rude crusty girl that she needs to grow up because in the future people are not gonna deal with her attitude. It was good and our server was great which is why I didn t give them a completely one star but the hostesses were a completely JOKE! do better. Go somewhere else with better service and no teenagers with attitude.

Love love love this place! I became regular here lol The soup bases are great and they have pretty good choices of hot pot meats and sea food. I personally dont like sea foos that much, so I stick with beef and lamb. I really love this place and always feel welcomed. Barbecue meats choices is pretty great as well, but I come here mostly for hot pot.

We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated and the service was terrible, our waiter took our drink and soup base order came back 10 minutes later to refill one drink and never returned for the rest of our stay. We had to ask for refills and our check from different servers. Food was good but nothing of great notice compared to other hot pot restaurants. Dont think we will be returning, it wasnt a pleasant experience.

1st time there, took a friend and we are both foodies. I selected this place because of a tik tok review. I havent had hot pot in almost 10 years and when I did it was in Colorado and very good. This place in Carrollton had a couple other hot pots close by and now I wish I had tried them. Price for the hotpot all you can eat if it had been good was a fair price, but honestly the best thing we had was the passion tea, served cold and they wouldnt even allow me to purchase a to go cup, something about not having lids for the cups. Otherwise, I was disappointed from nearly our point of arrival. I do like their bright and clean decor. The orange & white colors were great! I politely and excitedly told our server it was our first time in and we would appreciate her assistance, direction, little to any was given, even finding the bowls, spoons and forks were a challenge. Sadly we wasted food not really understanding the process and it wasnt tasty anyhow, other than the tea! Left hungry, unsatisfied, paid over $70 plus tip for 2 for lunch buffet. One meal hot pit and tea, other meal, hotpot/bbq and tea. If it had been good Id have no problem with the price, even if the service was good, Id have no problem, but both the service and the food left a lot to be desired. Wont be returning

We did both bbq and hot pot. They have bacon wrapped enoki, so yummy! Will be returning. Thank you so much to the staff for creating such an amazing experience.

This restaurant offers ayce hotpot. You can also get access to the kbbq for an additional $5. When we got there, there was a 20 minute wait. So make sure you get there early because the waits can get pretty long. If youre doing the hotpot, you order a soup base and then you can go grab any of the soup toppings on the side. Additionally, theres a conveyor belt that brings around additional veggies and soup toppings (this was personally my favorite part). Overall, I liked this restaurant for its novelty. The hotpot itself is pretty standard.

It is a good concept but not executed properly imo. The food that comes around on the conveyor belt has extremely small portions so you have to to keep waiting to get more and when there is a full table of people eating it takes a lot of time. And there is a 2 hour time limit to eat. I understand that is is to reduce waste but surely there is a better way to do things. Service was VERY good, they was quick to change the grill and fill up the pots and get drink refills.

I never leave a review before but this restaurant make me do it. I don t want anyone else having bad experience like me. FOOD AND SERVICE WAS REALLY BAD. I had reservation but when I came in no one was greet me or telling me to wait. I was standing there for minutes. I took my niece who s 5 and nephew who s 3. They measured my nephew s height which is 36inch and said they charge half price for both of them. When I got my table, the lady who s the manager I guess told me that DON T TAKE MUCH FOOD, I WILL CHARGE $10.99/LB FOR ANY LEFT OVER . I was so shock about it. She was keeping her weird eyes on us when we getting food. I got Tom yum soup base, I was so sour and salty. My sister got Tomatoes soup base and it was salty. Food was not diversified and fresh. I ordered Coke but never get it until the end of the party after couple time asking. They was never come to ask how are we doing or needing anything. They were charged 8.25% tax and 18% service charge. Was so disappoint.

This is the 2nd time here. The fist time they would not let us sit because they re not enough sit at our table. Today, there are more people but still let us sit and charged for everyone but not enough hot pot for everyone. Manager said she doesn t care for the service. The food is great, veggies are fresh. Not a lot of option but they are fresh. However, they should take another class on customer satisfaction and compromising. Should never assume. Never hurt to ask. We want to enjoy with our kids but sometimes the kids can t eat the same things their parent does. So don t expect for kids the eat the same hot pot as their parent. Kid-friendliness: Not at all kids friendly-ness. They charged for kids but expect the kids to eat the same hot pot as their parent. They do not care for the guest comforts.

The food is OK. Lately the crab is not as fresh as it was before anymore. Also, the waiter was kinda rude to me. I paid a little early (about 40 minutes after I started eating) because I didn t want my friend to pay for me. He thought I finished eating so he cleaned my table while I went to the food bar to get food. I would totally understand because it could be a misunderstanding if he apologized. However, he said that you cannot eat anymore because you paid . I never been to anywhere saying that I cannot eat anymore because I paid already. I can pay even from the beginning of the meal if I d like. I asked for a bowl of soup again and he refused and said he would be in trouble to give me soup while he cleaned my table bc of misunderstanding. As I insisted, he put it to the table. I said thank you but he walked away with a bad attitude. However, instead of a worst review, I d still say in the end, he tried to calm himself down and asked if things were OK with me. I still think it wasn t a very good experience but at least not too bad.

The food is good but the customer service is awful, negative and unfriendly. They left our table full of dirty dishes without taking them away. I found some of their bowls at the buffet table dirty and even showed them the dirty bowls. Worse still, Ive been so shock and frustrated with the negative, skeptical attitude of a short colorful hair waitress when I was about to leave. Ironically, we paid high prices of over $75 for just 2 people plus gave them extra tip of $20. I intended to invite my other friends to this restaurant but I will not. Customer service is always the number one priority. Guys, were not hungers anymore so we dont just need the good food. We paid for both their food and service. We dont beg them for food. Update: I changed my rating because I came back twice with my friends (quite reluctance at that time) and observed their much improvement in Customer Service. The food is still very good as I mentioned earlier.

We had a table ready for us to be seated for 6, I have two kids (7 and 4 year old) with me that already ate dinner at home. They wont be eating hot pot since they do not know how or like it. When our table was ready, we are heading to our table with the owner/manager (?), I politely mentioned that the kids wont be eating so that they will not charge them. She quickly said then we are not allowed to be seating at the table of 6. And she asks to go back and wait for a table for 4 people. Where do my kids be sitting if they put us in a table of 4 ? The manager/owner said she needs to save the table of 6 for 6 people that will eat. This MAKES NO SENSE. Besides we were already waiting for a while and the table is ready for us. She was very rude, money-hunger, who doesnt accommodate customers with children. She rather loses 4 customers and try to gain 2 (NOT sure what shes thinking). We left and Im glad I didnt eat/pay for this place. Please avoid this restaurant.

Pro tip: Ice cream is frozen like a rock. Defrost for 10 minutes next to hot pot. Heedless of the distress I caused my ancestors, I stabbed chopsticks into the frozen puck and turned it into a popsicle. Leveled the whole thing up by rolling it in gummy bears and other sweets from the dessert bar. Noisy but friendly place for hotpot and BBQ. 15 minute wait on Sunday night at peak. Friendly staff never made us feel rushed even with people waiting at door. We spent 2 hours and enjoyed tons of edible delights. Most of the things on the conveyor are mysteries but turn into food when boiled relentlessly. With tip and no drinks was around $80 for two.

I must have came here on a very bad day.. either way, there is no excuse for what we experienced for the price we paid. Service was almost non-existent.. it took almost an hour for someone to take our order & deliver our soup bases. The bases lacked flavor & tasted diluted. Meats were sliced super thin & half would disintegrate once you dunked it in the hot pot. Seafood was just okay, only fresh thing was the blue crabs. Although the veggies are unlimited from the conveyor belt, the portions were very small, & they hardly restocked anything during the 2+ hrs we were there. The kbbq wasn t good either.. our grill didn t heat evenly and the meats were also sliced thin & practically turned into crumbled up mush when it was done cooking. Left very unsatisfied & very disappointed in the quality of food that was served.

Did anyone here find the best place for BBQ and Hot Pot? For me, I dont say this place is the best but it at least some good experience I shared. Called VOLCANO Hot Pot but they had BBQ and Hot Pot at the same time with the price slightly above 30$ which is pretty affordable to me. The place sure very clean so that was a good point for Wednesday visit. The meat was good but still, highly recommended to had more unique on the grill food. The Hot Pot section was on point with a lot of different favored broth and of course seafood is fresh for me. And with conveyor the veggies, the experience was more interested. And of course they had LAMB. Last one, too full to get some fruit but since I am not going alone, my business partner said fruit was good so I take that as a compliment. BBQ Tip that you need to try: >>Get a bowl of Sesame Oils and add plenty of Green Onion (get it at the sauce section) and mix with a little bit of salt. >>Get some Clams and grill it for a lit bit then add the mix Sesame Onion. Add some siracha if you want and enjoy new thing on the grill. What need to improve? I think it was the servers because the one I met dont know English that well but no problems, as long as the food ok, I am sure will be ok. I rated it 4.5/5 ~5

It is good. We would recommend it for family lunch or dinner. We have been 5 times last year and never been down.

Great service and food. Before I could even want anything the wait staff were on it. The food was delicious and affordable. Wheelchair accessibility: Individual seats so you can easily fit a wheelchair and even a service dog if you require one.

Meat is flavorless, but the kids loved the noodles, and the oyster mushrooms were great. The pork bone broth was great. The music was horrible, and there were interesting things on some of the muted TVs, but no subtitles, so you couldnt tell exactly what was going on.

It was a great experience. The food was nice and so was the customer service. You can have both hot pot and bbq at the same time.

This place is unbelievably bad. The owner does not know how to manage a good business. Food is mediocre at best. Tables are dirty. Management is horrible. Only upside is that the service is very good.

Five star experience. Food is fresh and everything youd expect for a hot pot is here. All the sauces, all the meats. Ours was served in individual pots so everyone got what they wanted.

This was our second visit and it was great. We took another couple here and they enjoyed it as well. Love the plaza this restaurant is located in. So many eateries to choose from
