A family member needed legal services, and I mostly interacted with the staff for him. The attorney was to the point, made clear what he could and could not do, what he expected from his client, and his fee seemed fair to us. His staff is friendly, bilingual, prompt to communicate, responsive to inquiries, and professional. If I or family need legal assistance, I personally will use or recommend Attorney Gyftakos. He was able to get the case dismissed, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

I highly recommend Tim Gyftakos as your attorney. If he cannot help your case he will send you to the lawyer that is best suited to handle your case. He did handle my case and out come was exactly as he said it would. He kept me informed and up to date. He will stand in your corner defending you to the case is done. At least talk to to him before signing anything as he will protect your rights with in the law.
