Stopped by for lunch and tried the K town burger with sweet potato fries. It says it s spicy, but it was a mild spice. Burger was tasty with a toasted bun and kimchi, fries were great and service was friendly and fast.

I went for a team event for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The menu has so many options. For meat lovers and vegetarians. The staff was great and the food was tasty! The owner happened to be there and he was so welcoming. I would recommend going for casual dining, a sports team dinner or a lunch spot with coworkers. It can accommodate large parties as well.

I hate to give this Review but Its my honest opinion. This is my second time at this location.I go here for convenience cause obviously, I think I can make a better burger myself.The fries I ordered were curly fries They were overcooked way overseaned and too salty.Sadly, the fries were more seasoned than the actual burgers I ordered. And for the little fries I got for how much they charge is ridiculous. Sadly I probably wont come back.

My family was led to this place as a possible Texas version of the legendary Tommys Burgers in Southern California. Their take on the Tommy Burger and Chilli cheese Fries is very close, yet they have their own take which we love. Cashier was really awkward, we wanted to order two meals but he said he didnt like the second item we ordered... And suggested something else? We still wanted it but he just... I typically have the best experiences at this place. Todayis my cheat day so I pulled to grab my usual veggies burger combo. Granted it was later and near closing (8:46) but the one guy said no problem- itll only take few mins. He started to ring me up only to be told by another, guy the reguster was closed all the way down. Really? There were customers still eating in the lobby and a lady in the kitchen cooking. It wouldve been so easy to take my order, consult a manager or ring paid order up in the a.m. -something! Im not a complainer, but also not a fan of being turned down BEFORE actual closing time. This place was amazing! The food was so fresh and delicious. I have eaten at other LA Burger s around town but this one just tastes better! My wife does not eat chili dogs anymore and the few times she has she was very disappointed .she said the chili dog here was one of the best she has ever had!! Service talk about Service .owner actually came around the counter and came to our table to personally ask if we needed anything else! Everything is clean, we had plenty of silverware and condiments! This was my first time dining in this restaurant, upon entering--the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I kept it simple and just ordered the OG burger, which is your typical lettuce, tomatoe, pickles and onions also the homespread sauce (ketchup and mayo).The burger pattie was not only fresh and beefy but it had such an amazing flavor. Not to mention the fresh crisp vegetable on the the burger. BJ the owner was very pleasant, he smiled and took my order with such pleasure. Also when I was in the restroom, my food came and BJ covered it with napkins, showing such great customer service and compassion.I will MOST DEFINITELY return here. I got a haircut nearby and could not get away from the smell of these guys burgers. I knew whatever was over here had to be good. The people behind the counter were amazing! They recommended me items, I had the Texan burger with the jalapeños and onions, the sandwich was very good! Only nitpicking I have is that the toast (while toasted to perfection), was a little floppy in my hands, which I think is just the downside of texas toast, not the preparation itself. The flavors mixed well and everything was cooked well. I had the curly fries, which once again the people behind the counter recommended. As some others have stated, LA Burger does not serve coke products in the fountain. I am not a huge fan of Stubborn Soda products, so this one was kind of a miss for me, as I had to go for a Mexican coke instead which I could not refill when I was finished. Other then that, I loved the place! I love the look and feel in here, the store was clean and well kept for my visit, the bathrooms are tidy which is a HUGE indicator for how employees care for the store, and speaking of the employees, are amazing at their jobs, especially at recommending products for first time customers. Owners of LA Burger, youre definitely doing something right, and I will be back to try more food! Parking: Lots of convenient parking spots next to the Dunkin Donuts!

Place smelled a tad funky... like... dirty rag or something. Food was good, theyve changed it up since Ive last had LA Burger from years ago. Had the K-Town burger with curly fries. Food was piping hot and freshly made. The bun was toasted perfectly with a hint of sweetness, which I like. The grilled kimchi was delicious. Jalapeños and the sauce they used... OMG, this was my first time - and what a find! I can say this was the most satisfying burger meal I ve had in ages! The burger was more gourmet than fast food. I ordered the Bonsai burger, which had teriyaki grilled onions, making the burger just slightly sweet. The bun was soft and fluffy but not wet. Best of all, they trust their flavor, so they didn t ruin their beef with pounds of salt like most of their competition. I also got onion rings. They only have one size, but it was a generous amount. These rings were perfect, in my opinion. Finally, I ordered a banana shake. It had banana pie crumbs in it. Me like. A lot. Lastly, the young guy that helped me was courteous and professional. Please support this place, so that I can become a regular!!! They are just west of Midway on Hebron, not as heavily traveled as the Park Avenue side of Midway.

I took the onions off, its just a fish sandwich but everything is so fresh and the bread is so soft. We get takeout from here because it is cold inside. The food is great, but the service is sub par. Every time we order to-go something is missing; straws, sauce, wrong fries, whatever lol. Never the main dishes though, it s just the attention to detail that is hit or miss. I had been hearing how good LA Burgers were, and I wanted to give them a try. I called and placed my order over the phone for pickup. I sent my son to pick up and food and the burger was delicious, I did ask for avocado on my burger as it was suggested on the menu. My son brings my food I taste the onion rings and they were amazing. I taste the burger and it was phenomenal, by far the best burger I have had in the DFW area. So about 10 mins after I m done with my mean, I get a phone call and there is literally a man on the other end of the phone yelling at me about picking up my order and that it s sitting there waiting for me. I m very confused because I already had my food. Well apparently I placed my order at one location and picked it up from the wrong location. It was totally an honest mistake. But the man that called me about my order was so rude to me and was going off on me about how he would have to pay for my order because it s just sitting there and he was yelling at me and I felt very bad about my honesty mistake. I offered to Zelle him the money for the food because it was an honest mistake. He goes on to say he doesn t have Zelle or Cashapp or any of that and ended the call with well now we just going to have to throw this food away. Despite me never actually going into the store, this by far is the worst customer service I ve ever experienced.

BJ and Kays restaraunt here has some of the best food and even better service. How often do you see owners of an establishment working behind the counters with their employees? Almost never. Any time I come in, I always see either BJ, Kay, or both working to bring their customers the best experience they can! As for the food, BEST BURGER IN DFW. I cannot recommend the California burger enough. It is the perfect combo of sweet and savory. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family in the area.

If you havent checked out LA Burger youre definitely missing out! Some of the best burgers that weve had in a long time, perfect portion patties with amazing soft buns and the fries were seasoned to perfection. You can also customize your burger anyway you like no stiff rules here lol. They have daily specials and on Monday you can get the OG for $10 plus tax with fries and a drink. Great customer service! Love LA burger! The employees are always polite and pleasant. My order was correct and very tasty. One turn off, when you dine in and you pay for your meal the machine asks how much you want to tip before you can purchase your meal. I had to have the cashier show me how to just pay for my meal. That is my only complaint. Food and service A+ Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful, food is good and inexpensive, and the staff is really kind and friendly! My friend ordered a menu item that they didn t like the flavor of, and one of their kind staff members BJ offered to make her a different drink which she really enjoyed! I love this place.

I ve been coming to LA Burger for a while and noticed that they have elevated their game. I would argue these are the best burgers in the area. I choose them over Five Guys because of price point, taste, and environment. The quality of their ingredients has always been good, but this last year they ve been excellent. The food is always hot, flavorful, and delicious. I love getting the OG burger when I want a classic American style burger. I get the La Burger with kimchi and egg when I m feeling ~extra~ and want a different flavor profile. They have craft soda with what my partner and I call the good ice (small crunchy balls of ice). This may seem like a small detail, but they have new faux leather tablecloths on their booth tables which really improved the experience for me. The tablecloths feel really clean and a nice upgrade from the varnished wood. The service is always prompt and friendly when you order, and they bring out the food quickly. It s never too loud or super crowded. We like going on Thursdays because you get a free drink. Keep it up LA Burger!! You re a staple for us. Parking: Lots of parking, wheelchair parking

I come here all the time with my family. Great food, great service, great all around! I highly recommend the Coreano, especially if you like bulgogi. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and tables that a wheelchair can roll up to, but the doors open outwards to the curb.

I really love the kimchi fries, burgers & shakes from here. Its all so good! I wish they had Coke fountain drinks instead of what they have but its their business and they at least have them available as individual bottles. Their tea was in a home pitcher and that was odd but it tasted good. I love the location and atmosphere.

Its been some time since Ive been to an LA Burger location. The Hebron location is excellent. Had the Big Tex with a side of tater tots and drink. Far better than any fast food burger joint and the prices are very reasonable. If you love spicy sauces ask for the extreme sauce on the side.
