I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still got it wrong and they didnt put everything in the bag which I paid for! They seemed more interested in their phone than paying attention to what was ordered! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Food

I went to eat with family and my daughter needed the bathroom but it was closed. When my daughter asks her to please open the bathroom, she tells her to wait a moment. Several minutes passed and I had to go and tell him to please open the bathroom because my daughter needed it and he, not at all friendly, said that I had to wait. Even when he wanted to open the door.

This visit was needless to say not a good one... 1/2 of the food I ordered was not added in the order by staff. The tacos I ordered had may be a teaspoon of meat. The tacos shell itself tasted stale and we were missing 2 party tacos.... I ordered through he drive thru.. and the tacos they put in the bag were put under heavy items breaking the tacos... If I had wanted dry nachos I would have ordered it... Last time visiting this taco bueno... Not at all in line with the opening of these restaurants... They have steadily went down hill..

Walked In to pick up a doordash order. And they had their 5 year old child paying and sitting on the counter where they prepare the food. Counters are not children s playground. Not only was it not safe but it is dangerous. Management should be aware and assure this won t happen. It s know telling how clean they are if they allow such activities to take place when handling people s food.. Glad I didn t choose to buy anything from here..

I used to be the GM years ago at this store. I m so glad to see they still have people that care I ordered a muchaco and a party burrito and they were yummy!!! Pita bread was soft and fresh, beef and beans were perfect! Lady at the window was efficient and polite! Cristina made my order, wrapping was great, everything was perfect! Keep up the great work!!!

It is Taco Bueno so I dont expect much, but I do actually expect to be served. The first night before closing, the sign said open. Several cars in line waited. After quite some time, they decided to pull to the window. Still no word. Still no service. No one to be found. A car outside. Lights on inside. And the various open signs lit up outside. Tried to go in, the door was locked. Did they get robbed? There was only one car without a soul in it so perhaps there was only one person there. It was 10-20 minutes before closing but why after four cars with wait times of 10 minutes or more was there no one. Why was the door closed? Okay so people make mistakes. I will come tomorrow I thought. Day two: got there a few hours before closing time. Few people working and waiting in line inside the store... Waited and waited and no one said a word. I finally left and have decided that this Tace Bueno location needs new employees or new management before I bother again. It is just a burrito afterall. I went to a different Taco Bueno and they were on top of it and friendly and I got what I wanted.

Sometimes good, but too often Ive had to go back inside and have some part of my order re-done because the people making it arent paying attention. And when I do have to go inside to do that it can take 5-10 minutes before anyone even talks to me. I dont know if maybe the speaker is bad or something, but I repeated something 4 times to the person on the speaker, only to get to the window and have them repeat back the wrong thing I tried over and over to clarify. Also more than half the times Ive been there theyve had someones like 4 year old daughter in the kitchen area like she was just brought in while her mom worked and that just makes me a bit uncomfortable about how sanitary the area is.

I ordered two Big Freak n tacos, no lettuce, what I received was two lettuce tacos with nothing but lettuce and a tiny bit of meat. Every time I go to this place, I wait several months before trying them again because I love Taco Bueno but this location is ridiculously inept, they never get my order correct and they always skim on the ingredients, unless it s lettuce that you didn t ask for. If I ever go back, I will definitely check my food before I leave.

If I had written this review a year ago, it would have received 1 star as it actually could have physically hurt me from the objects that were misplaced in the food, and the service was horrible. I reached out to Taco Bueno Corporate and they didnt respond back, even though I had requested them to and clicked the option. It doesnt seem that Taco Bueno cares about their customers, so good luck if you get bad service from one of their locations. That being said, the store seems to be ran by a different crew lately and has been much better. I havent had sharp objects in my food in a while and they usually get my order correct.

People should know that this fast food restaurant is still 2nd to Taco Cabana and well ahead of Taco Bell. The menu is basically the same it was a year ago with minor changes. It only lacks a breakfast menu to pull equal to Taco Cabana. For my money the MUCHACO is where its at .. everything else is just average. Good food,fair price.

Food did not taste right. I got the chicken quesadilla and a soft taco. I hardly ate any of it even though I was so very hungry. The box that the quesadilla came in was so soaked on the bottom and my food was about to fall through even right after I got it in the drive thru.

Covid or whatever has taken its toll here. They close early, without warning etc. still now. I have always loved Taco Buenos food but the last two times we have been here the lettuce has been wilty and the crunch taco shells have been stale. Its sad, this was our go to/inexpensive Tex-mex fix.

I enjoy Bueno for quick Mexican. The beans have an authentic taste and I always get the Bueno Chilada. I like their Cinnamon chips. The location off Midway have great chips! Other locations had the chips broken into small pieces and too much Cinnamon and sugar.

1015pm drive through open light was on and drive through menu lights are on. Person in front of me orders and when I pull up, no one answers. Waited 5 minutes no answer. Pulled up to window and the lady in the kitchen, who wasnt wearing a mask or gloves, waves at me to go away. I waited a minute and she came over to the window and said closed and shut the window before I could ask anything. Poor service like this is probably why all the taco Buenos are closing in Dallas.

This location says clearly on the drive though window all employees wear masks for your protection but as we watch our food get made the 2 ladies making the food are talking and laughing with their masks around there necks leaving their nose and mouth completely uncovered. Then to top it all off they forgot to get me my big freakin burrito i ordered. So not only are they endangering their customers they are also ripping them off. great.
