Everyone at this Taco Bell is so cool. Always nice with speedy service. Only complaint: I dont usually get the extra sauce I order. It wouldnt bother me, but 80 cents for some nacho cheese it a lot.

A little ticked off. I was told they now close at 0230. It still says 3 on their door, and some of the customers behind me were able to place orders after I left. In 4 minutes Ive seen them turn 6 customers away. Their hours were just updated a few weeks ago, and even the app says theyre still open.

I love the offers on taco bell but do not like the vibes usually but this place was kind of packed, which was different from what I usually see at Taco Bell locations which was a nice change. They should have more options though, I highly recommend bringing peri peri fries or chicken tacos where the tacos are made of chicken and also a different fire sauce for sure, this one tastes like chemicals and its not good at all, I miss the taco bells in India, they are so much more tasty and have great staff and prices compared to the ones in USA.

I like Taco Bell and also the restaurant because the people here serve you well and are very friendly and very fast and the restaurant is very clean, an excellent place to eat. This one is on Beth Lane and Joseph Lane in CARROLLTON Wheelchair accessibility: I have a child who has a wheelchair and is very accessible to chairs in the parking lot

I would like to say every time I can to this Taco Bell, the food and service amazing. I just recently went there yesterday, I barely walked out the door, opened my food and attacked it. You all are doing an awesome job. Vegetarian options: It depends on certain menu items on the vegetarian menu. Drive-thru but still cold Drove 4 min home and immediately opened the meal (chicken cantina bowl) and it was ice cold. The beans, I think, are the reason since theyre the coldest ingredient. I have very low standards for Taco Bell, and its still making me wanna call it quits on this location..

I place an order at the drive thru. I see the price of my order displayed on the video board and confirmed by the order taker. I pull up to Window #2 and Im told that my order costs $4 more. Im told that the order taken entered the wrong order. When asked, the girls at the window has NO interest in resolving my issue or making the situation any better. The district manager had the same take it or leave it attitude. Crummy service followed up with NO interest in customer satisfaction. Why would I want to return to Taco Bell, if they want to mistreat customers?

The service was bad at this place. I ordered a chicken chalupa and a quesadilla. The person at the drive-through charged be $2 less than it should ve been. i checked the order and I got a beef taco instead of a chalupa. i returned to get rid of the taco, and the person behind the counter did not even apologize. If it was possible I would rate them a 0 I just went thru the drive thru and order a beef supreme burrito and when I got home. My burrito had no beef at all. I paid $4.99 for a bean burrito with 5 pieces of lettuce and sour cream. Never will I ever return. Mind you the drive thru was empty so they just rushed making my order and still got it wrong.

So I just left this location and was told I could only get one sauce per item. Everytime I place a mobile order I have a problem with service. I advise you to choose a different place. This location is the best Ive been to so far. The staff was polite and knowledgeable about the menu and patient when we were changing a drink order. The food was hot and fresh and had just the right amount of sour cream, etc. Some locations pile on the condiments and it gets excessive but not this store. NO CALIFORNIA CRUNCH WRAP? Its the only one I order. The girl who took my order didnt even explain why or what happened to the California crunch wrap so I ordered a bacon crunch wrap and it was the messiest thing I have bacon bits all over my car. My wife ordered the sausage Crunchwrap and it usually has a sausage patty in it however this time around it had ground up sausage and so her Crunchwrap also made a mess in the car because all the sausage crumbles each time it took a bite would fall out. I was definitely disappointed with this trip to Taco Bell. A couple years ago they got rid of the green salsa which was my favorite and now theyre getting rid of my favorite Crunchwrap. Dont understand why companies do these things.

Arrived at this location to try out Taco Bells new breakfast meun. The front doors were are locked with several cars in the parking lot. 3 other customers pulled up at the same time. Since the doors were locked, everyone left to go eat somewhere else. The hours on the door says it opens at 9am but obviously they are not. This was at 10:03am. What are the true operating hours????
