I only spent about $8 because I had a coupon. This was hit or miss I have gotten fresh food and it was absolutely fantastic. But sometimes the fries are cold. Ive had the Reuben in the past and the flavor is good its a little expensive but its very good sandwich.

Who is the manager on a Sunday night?? Need to pay some attention was on the drive thru for a few minutes with nobody saying anything I move forward they smiling like if I made a joke . Food is allways good However what im noticing is the Price go up and Less meat i use to get the mini sliders when they were 1.49 they had lots of meat everytime now they are 2.49 and with 1/2 the meat that it was pissing me off.. I completely understand inflation However I want the same product I was getting before I dont want less product and pay more This is something that a lot of these restaurants are doing charging more giving us less and thats why I cook from home now

Ordered two half pound roast beef sandwiches for my dog. $15. Picked them up, drove home. Upon seeing them, they looked light. If Im paying $15 for one lb of dog food, I expect there to be a lb of dog food, regardless whether its Blue Buffalo, or Arbys. One had 5.8 oz of beef. The other, 5.9 oz. Either rename it the Almost-Giant-and-Nearly-3/8th-of-a-lb-Roast-Beef-Sandwich, or stop with the fraudulent descriptions. Come to Arbys, The Enron of the fast food industry! Where you pay for nearly 30% of the product you dont receive. Archer is pissed. He says you ruined his birthday.

What a ridiculous experience (8:40 pm). Drive thru forgot 1 of my six items. I was the only person in the drive thru, definitely NOT busy. I get it however, were all human mistake happen to the best of us. I was hungry so I sat down and ate when I got home. While I was eating I called...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 times at 3 mins a call (disconnected) obviously. Simple enough, call, ask that my sandwich be refunded, move on. After no answer and after finishing my meal, I head back to ask for a refund. Not real happy to have to get into the car and return. I mean answer the phone. Guess it doesnt work or they are not trained to answer. How hard is it to answer a phone at Arbys. Hit the drive thru (9:10) and the shift leader was very apologetic (which I appreciated). Explains he has been instructed to no longer issue refunds Unacceptable, owner or manager (not sure which) instruction to employees is to basically tell customers to kick rocks. Asked Shift leader to call manager which was met with hesitate, understandably so, at this point I am upset. He calls and ultimately after a few minute a refund was issued (not sure if he had permission to issue a refund). The Shift leader did what was right by the customer, issued a refund for the sandwich that I did not get in the drive thru. Not sure who is giving direction to this staff??? Someone needs to looking the mirror and remember how they got where they are today. Give employees the tools and training to keep customers happy. Tonight was a disaster. Not because they missed one item, but the lack of ownership/management not training nor giving employee the tool to ensure good customer service. Wish the crew GOOD LUCK

Paint peeling didnt take away from the nice staff and the roast beef that wasnt dried out. Usually Arbys is a risky bet, but todays experience was one of the best. Fries were fresh and meat was juicy. As the bare minimum of expectations, it seems these days to be hard to find. Arbys did a good job today. Thank you!

Einstein, taking my order today really understands business and the value of customer retention and more important a $4 milkshake. I ordered two, 2 for $7 sandwiches (at least twice a week) thats a total of $14, today I have a coupon for a free milkshake. He informs me that he can not honor the coupon because Im ordering a special discount order( 2 for $7), ok, so if I order 1 sandwich for $6. I can use the cupon, Yes. Wow, loose a $14 order today (actually 8x $14 = $112 a month) over a $4 Moca shake. I give the owner of this franchise kudos for teaching his employees never to think outside the box.

I went to Arbys Saturday and Sunday for lunch, it was amazing the young man at the drive thru window was the best he made sure I had everything I needed. His customer service was so awesome. The food words cannot explain how good the food is, you have to taste it for yourself. I had the roast beef, curly fries and a good old cold ice tea.

This Arbys needs new owners it has been not great for many many many years! Bad rancid fryer oil or stale buns and gyro bread or not enough cheese sauce and not being able to dine inside for what seemed like over a year and sometimes lazy employees not turning on the lights so no one shows up! I love Arbys just not this one and if they where better I think they would have a lot more customers I know I would be there once a week but now just occasionally go by to take a chance but I really shouldnt chance it!

Hadnt been to an Arbys in awhile so dropped in since on the way back to drop a friend off. This one was clean and quick getting our food to us. There was some issue with the exterior door, it had a lot of tape on it. The prices have gone up a bit since last I was here, but are about in line with what all the other fast food places are charging these days.

Wouldnt know how the food is lately or how the atmosphere is because the last two times I went through the drive thru (5pm or 6pm at latest bc it was dinner time and I was headed home from work). At the window the first time no one ever came to the window for me or the car in front of me. Second time someone did come to the window and told me were closed I asked for just tonight or forever? The girl shrugged. There was a car in front of me and behind me. Made me hesitant to go back ever. Almost tried a third time but after those experiences and no cars in the parking lot at 5pm I decided against it and went somewhere else. Very difficult to tell if its open and serving customers. Sign says now open now but it said that when I got the shrug. Want to go back but... Also, honestly a little concerned about quality if there seems to never be any customers are they really wasting/throwing out the food when they should or are the pushing it to save $?

I went through the drive through and ordered a meal and a drink. I ate in my car. When I finished my drink, I opened the lid to eat a piece of ice and found at least a half dozen flying ants crawling around my cup (how many did I ingest?). I went back to the store (only drive through is open) and said into the speaker that there was bugs in my food. When I got to the window, the manager immediately started telling me he cleaned the drink machine and tested everything and didnt see any bugs (how did he know I was about to complain about my drink before I had a chance to tell him?). They had a bunch of cups set out like they were pouring sodas to check for bugs. I handed him my cup and when he opened the lid, he said, oh thats just ants (as though ants are not bugs and no big deal). He offered to replace my drink and when I told him I did not want to consume anything from there again he acted like I was over reacting and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I asked for my money back and he did give me money back. But its just the attitude that this was not concerning at all and I was making much out of nothing. I am so disgusted right now.

The service at drive thru is terrible ! DONT GO TO THIS ARBYS! The owners at this lication are too cheap to hire competent help that can take orders and promptly serve in a reasonable amount of time. When are you going to open the inside restaurant like everyone else ? Are you as Owner - Manager too lazy or too cheap ?
