My brother got married this past weekend and being in the bridal industry myself, I can t begin to explain how much at ease she put the couple through. He wouldn t stop raving about how easy the process was, dealing with so many brides myself it s so rare that you find a vendor that understand you. Bebe did not only understand the decor and being it to life but she also went above and beyond with her work and the vision that the couple aimed for. As soon as we all entered the venue we were amazed by firstly the stage, it was neatly put together. Almost looked like your own private garden. The florals were so fresh and arrangements were beautifully and professionally done. Bebe stayed in clear communication the final days approaching the wedding that made everyone so excited for the final product. I would highly no doubt recommend her to anyone and every couple looking for an event planner and organizer that will make your special day so much more special. A dream come true indeed!

We all know wedding planning is tough and making sure you don t miss any details can make the experience stressful - Bebe recognizes this and makes sure to capture your requests and some! She goes above and beyond for her clients, is meticulous about her work meaning she doesn t miss any detail! The process was seamless and I was blown away when I walked into both my ballrooms! It was beyond my expectations. My hotel venues and many of my vendors already knew Bebe by name. They mentioned how much they loved working with her, how experienced she was and communicates clearly with them on what she needs to make your wedding beautiful. After our old decorator couldnt provide for my husband and I- Bebe was an absolute Godsend and she SAVED our wedding. A complete and utter professional with an actual heart. She took care of us in a way that was just unparalleled. After she had heard what happened with our old decorator - she did every single thing in her power to give us the stage of our dreams. She spoke with kindness to us, and stated that our experience on our wedding day meant more to her than lining her pockets. We did not start off really well. I initially had a bad review due to lack of communication. Bebe has since apologized to me in person. We are now working together on my wedding. I do believe communication still needs a little improvement through emails since that is the first form of communication for her potential customers on her website. But when you call her cell phone directly she will answer or she will call you back if she misses it. She will seem very busy which is UNDERSTANDABLE since her work matches up to someone being that busy. Im very excited to see what she will bring to the table for my wedding. Im glad I gave us a second chance at working together. I would recommend her! but please be patient, especially if you are the bride contacting her through email or just call her cell phone if you feel like its taking a long time. As a bride Ive definitely had to learn patience in the wedding industry for good quality vendors. It will all be worth it in the end.

Bebe is amazing!!! We recently got married and she decorated our venue for the ceremony and reception. I had given her a few pointers of my style and showed her a few pictures but ultimately told her that I trust her judgment and to do what she felt would look nice. Not only did she stick with our budget, she went above and beyond our expectations!! I was so happy when I saw our ceremony and reception decor- it looked amazing and we received so many compliments on it. I would recommend Bebe for any and all decor/floral needs. Bebe is an amazing designer! We have worked with her on several events. Her creativity and attention to detail is something hard to find these days. The quality of her work and her design pieces/backdrops all the way down to the table decor in the warehouse are top notch amazing, no matter what your decor style is she will wow you with her ideas. The thing I loved about Bebe the most is her attention to detail, if she sees something missing or off she will not leave it, she takes pride in her work (as she should!), you can tell she loves what she does and it really shows in her work. Our last wedding was in a super busy time during October 21, she was so busy understandably so but when it was close to our wedding date she gave us her full attention and worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect. It was even better than we could have imagined, thank you Bebe!

I was incredibly excited to work with Bebe, she came highly recommended to me by a friend. After the first initial request for a consultation was asked for, Bebe was quick to respond (come to find out later it was an assistant, not her. Which is fine!) and the individual gave us a phone call consultation date and asked us to send inspiration photos of what we wanted so we could discuss the needed items and from there create an estimate. When Bebe herself called, she did not discuss any of the things that we anticipating and instead admitted she hadn t looked at any of the emails or the photos and only asked us if we had questions. No information was given to us. She then asked for us to send her measurements of the venue (which could ve been given much earlier if we were told to do so!) and I sent those a mere few hours later. The phone conversation as well as sending the rest of the information was done on 10/18/2021. No response, so I sent an email checking in on 10/26/2021. Still no response after another week, so I attempted to call and was sent straight to voicemail on 11/2/2021. Finally, I was tired of having to chase Bebe down for a response and sent a final email this past Tuesday, 11/16/2021.. I have no doubt that the work she does is excellent but the communication is poor and there is a lack of client care. I wish we could ve worked with her but I will NOT continue to try to work with an individual that has no interest in working with me. If you re able to get Bebe to respond, I m sure you ll be pleased with her work. But if not, just be aware you most likely won t hear from her.

Bebe did our outdoor wedding on relatively short-notice during COVID and EXCEEDED all expectations we had!!! We showed her pictures and then she gave us the options in her showroom that we picked out. We also worked with her florist for fresh flowers. On the day of, Bebe and her employees were setting things up efficiently and picture perfect. It was beautiful, fairly priced and exactly what we had envisioned. I recommend her services 100%. Bebe is very professional, hardworking, genuine, and most importantly cares about her clients and their special events. She has a lot of variety and everything I was looking for was available at her warehouse. I would also like to note that our party planner (not associated with Bebe) gave Bebes staff the wrong information and set up my sons entire wedding reception incorrectly. When I went to go see the wedding hall at 8 PM the night before the wedding, I called Bebe to let her know and she immediately sent a worker out (who was very kind and understanding) and he fixed everything for my sons wedding. She did not charge extra even though this was not her or her staffs fault. My son, his wife, and I are very appreciative for her promptness and professionalism. My husband and I worked with Bebe on the decor for three of our wedding events, and she surpassed our expectation on every single execution! Before talking about the day of the events, I should backtrack and say that even during the planning process, Bebe was patient, thorough, and very easy to work with. She never pressured me into doing something just because it would be easy for her team, and she really took the time to understand my vision for my wedding so she could bring it to life and she did so within my budget. You can tell she puts her whole heart into the events she takes on. Most importantly, I was planning my wedding from 1,500 miles away and Bebe was always available whenever I had questions or wanted to talk through tweaks (even on weekends and during odd hours). The end result of collaborating with Bebe was absolutely amazing! She always had the room setup way before time, and she worked out all the logistics with our venue directly. We are still receiving compliments on our decor weeks later, and each day that we walked into the venue, we were amazed by the way she was able to transform the space. I cannot thank Bebe and her team enough for making our wedding look beautiful.
