I couldnt get a good picture or video. But whoever this worker was , working the trays of rice , used her bare hands to push overflow rice into the container. Also noticed she adjusted her cap and scratched the back of her head and proceeded to continue pushing the rice in with the same bare hands. Lunch time around 1212 PM 9/10/2024

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! 70% of the time it is NOT RIGHT. Example: When you order a Bigger Plate with 3 entrees for $18, you only get two. Example: If they don t have something ready for you, instead of telling you, they give you double of the other entree OR no entree at all. When you go to check the order when it s handed to you, they abruptly close the window. And yet every time they ask for a children s hospital donation. I ve given 5x! I want the right food before I donate!!! If someone reads this, please reach out to me. Most companies don t read reviews.

went through the drive thru and ordered a plate and a bowl. I got two bowls in my bag and missed my drink. Obviously a plate is more expensive so I told them I only got a bowl, the lady who was rude and dismissive told me she was out of plates. So if you re out of plates why would you give me a bowl without chicken, she then continued to give me the smallest container of chicken?

I grabbed lunch to go, and on the way back to work smelled something odd...like burnt food. When I tried the Kung pao chicken, the sauce was so overcooked it had that carbon, burnt taste. I called and the manager apologized and offered to replace my meal whenever I could come by. The 2nd meal was tasty and they were very nice and helpful. I normally have no issues with the food, but it is nice to know how quickly and easily they will handle any problem.

When I pulled up to order there we only 1 car a head of me and it took them about 5 minutes to take there order then when I pulled up it took about 3 minutes for me to order then they said they didn t glhave one of the products as per usual this has happened at this location a few times I said I would wait Then I pulled up and paid and was immediately told to go park because there was another car coming so I parked and after about 2-3 more minutes a car finally did come to the window I rarely stop here because the wait and the service is horrible and they often run out of some foods. But this time was even more excessive than the last few times. Looks like I will be taking this place off my rotation and it has been almost 10 minutes for the car that was behind me to get there order and leave I am still parked while writing this review. Do not stop here if you have any choice make them take better care of there customers before we come back if we come back!

Before coming to this location, I checked their hours of operation to make sure I had enough time to get some food. Online it shows they close at 10:00 p.m., I parked and tried walking in at 9:15 ish but the doors were closed. So they locked the doors early to prevent any more customers from coming inside. Was a little irked by this but didnt make a big deal out of it. I drove through the drive through to place my order, and when they come on the intercom, they informed me they had very little options. They have 45 mins left before they close, and only had 2 entrees available. How does that even make sense? Ordered my food but couldnt even order a soda since there was a sign saying they didnt have any available. At this point I just want my food and get home quickly to eat. You can tell the food was sitting there for a while, was barely warm and just didnt satisfy my cravings. Extremely disappointed with my overall experience with this location. The staff was friendly but frazzled and overworked. The food we ordered online was said to be ready at 6:15. We went in and through the line multiple times being told 10 or 5 more minutes. The food finally came out at 6:55. 40 minutes after the estimated time. This is NOT fast food at all. Old denton location have serious problem. I ordered company lunch 11:45 and estimated pick up time was 12:10. When I arrived for pick up, most of trays were empty. I told the order taker to make sure I receive enough beef and broccoli. In stead I had 6 pieces of beef and the rest of broccoli. The Wong cooked to hard. Wheelchair accessibility: There was enough parking for handicap people.

Panda Express has slowly been going down hill since the pandemic. We have attempted to remedy this by sending reviews to Panda Express directly but we still consistently have issues. This past Sunday we attempted to go inside the location on Old Denton around 6 PM and the doors were locked our boys really wanted to go in so we proceeded to a different location. We went on to the location on north Josey where we were told most likely the old Denton location was under staffed and that s what they typically do when they are under staffed. We ordered bigger plates which have gone up in pricing recently and noticed the portions are now smaller. They were also out of honey chicken, almost every time we go they seem to be out of something. I think we may no longer be panda customers based on our experiences over the past year.

12/6/22 This is the worst location I ve gone to which is a bummer bc it s the closest one to me. You have about a 50% they will be out of what you are wanting. I ve been going here for over a year and it has been pretty consistent that about half the time they are out of what you want. Yes, I still go here even tho they fail me often. But I definitely would go more often if they were more reliable. Update from last week 4/25/22 6:30pm and this week 5/4/22 4:30p : 1) last week I got under cooked shrimp, 2) this week I went in and they were out of everything I wanted, super greens, teriyaki chicken and string bean chicken smh .get it together! Only reason I even take the gamble of coming here is bc it s right around the corner from where I live if I were 5 or more minutes away I would not even waste my time Update 5/10/22 7pm. 2.5 hours before close- that s it I m done with this location never wasting my time by coming here again. This time it was steamed rice they were out of. and I just called up to talk to a manager and there was no manager on duty go figure I found out the managers name is apparently Jennifer Jennifer you need to get it together!

Received some of the oldest food I ve ever seen, the top looked ok as I opened the container and so I started driving and eating my second fork was a giant dark brown ball of rice and all of the orange chicken was was shaded different which indicate it had been sitting a very long time. I m guessing the lobby closed so people can t see that the food isn t fresh, I made it about 3 miles before stopping and throwing up as that chicken was not right and nor was the rice a waiste of my money! Rethink quality over food cost.

This location does have a drive-thru; just be sure to plan appropriately during the day as it could become busy during typical lunch break hours. There are a couple of nearby options just in case. This restaurant had good food and service; I ordered orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and fried rice. Yum!

Terrible service they constantly have their signs where there is no variety of food like Im sorry today there is no chicken teriyaki, there is no orange chicken they pressure you to pay quickly and they tell you that everything goes in their bag when there is no missing straw, no sauce or cutlery, pay attention and check your order before leaving or you will have a bad time
